citizen we found their immigration questions uh sometime i give advice to you know newcomers to united states of america based on my own experience so they can have a better life here in the us okay today's video like i said in introduction will be about affiliate support on financial document okay if you've been watching my video last week uh you know i made a video uh about i 130 process episode number 14 and i'll talk about fidelity support form like is64 x64 easy a64a okay so if you are petitional petition for relative you find the affidavit of support or you know that you have to submit on um financial evidence just to support on your your phone basically just to show the us government that you have uh money coming in you have an income to support an intended immigrant once a he or she comes to united states of america okay so today the first financial document we're going to talk about will be the irs transcript okay so ira transcript if you file a 64 inc for easy or i64 a you have to on submit on the irs transcript where to get a irs transcript you can go to iris website and then request on you know on the transcript they will send it to you okay in case you cannot obtain the average transcript then you can submit on the most recent tasks or return all right the reason why it's better to submit the tasks on transcript because uh you know it can be processed efficiently that's the the main reason all right but some of you guys who file jointly okay when you file jointly not only you're gonna submit on the irs transcript or your thousand or the most recent tasks on return but you also have to submit on your w-2 form okay if you're in that category you may refer jointly you submitted w2 form as well but some of you guys on who file extension if you file extension you have to write a statement you know you know explain that on your file extension and that way what you're going to do you have to sign this on the letter as well and then you also meet the letter and also the task return or the that's on transcript from the previous year okay you have to submit those but if you didn't file that's returned what you're going to do also is you're going to write a statement sign and date explaining that uh you didn't file and the reason why you didn't follow your task basically all right that's what you're going to do okay now the other financial document you're going to submit will be evidence of income all right so some of you guys are like i say if you say you're gonna support somebody you have to show proof that you have income coming in so if you are employed by a company or a an individual you can submit on your pay stub uh we found the name of your company on it and also your name on it you know showing that you know the pay stub is on your pay stub basically all right so you can also submit um a letter okay a letter or written on your own business or a letter ahead your company's on business only ahead assigned and date within three months you can submit a copy of that as well as a proof of income but some of you guys are who are an employer or retiree you know you retire your if you use on a household member you have to submit the uh evidence of income of that household member or if you have you get any benefit from your retirement you have to submit or donate those benefit as well all right in case you are a self-employed if you are self-employed what you're going to do you can all write a letter uh with your business and let ahead sign in date within three months or what you can do also is uh submit a copy of a contract if you have a contract with another company as a self employer you have to submit a copy of that um contract okay there are other categories of safe employers that don't need to submit evidence of income according to nvc those people are people who are uh take care of old people like elderly people or people who are construction workers people who are a handy person people who are babysitter or have some keepers on people who are landlord musicians people who are nanny people who are teller artists or writers so those people according to nvc don't need to submit on evidence or offer income for people who are an employer also if you're going to use an asset to sponsor the immigrant you have to submit a document of those assets and also if you are retiree you have an asset you want to use you can submit those documents but this document had to have your name as an owner of the asset okay you have to submit on those documents and then um the last category i want to talk about are people who are qualified for 40 quarters of work or based on social security which is uh equivalent to 10 years of of work based on social security act or in that category you have to submit a social security administration earning statement okay you have to submit those statements don't show that you know you are exempt from affiliate support basically so those are the financial documents you have to submit uh when you file your affidavit support on either a64 x64 easy or i84a in the next video which is going to be r130 processor number 16 i'm going to talk about
