gangbusters why and we don't even promote it that much we don't even we don't even i don't think we even have that great of sales message but it simply is something that people really really want and really really need and so you can do everything wrong but if you have simply this amazing topic this right idea then you will be successful now obviously it's great to have the other pieces and it's important to have the other pieces but this is the number one piece that matters is just simply the right topic that people actually want so you have to have the right topic now really quickly how do you know what the right topic is well first you know do some soul searching try to think what do i want to talk about what am i passionate about what do i have some skills then what am i knowledgeable about that's the very first most important thing because if you don't love it if you're not passionate about it if you don't have some sort of expertise or skill in it it's going to be very hard for you to teach it to other people so you do want to have a little bit of background in it and really like it or maybe you're super interested in it and want to deep dive in it you can get experts on and use that to sort of monetize your business if it's maybe a podcast but you want to do some soul searching what do you like to do what do you like to talk about what do you like to teach what are your passions what are you good at um maybe what's your career can you teach people about your career okay so now that you've done your soul searching then do some market research so go on to google and just simply in google in the search bar do an incognito window so that it doesn't because what will happen is google knows what you're searching so it'll pop up things that you've been searching for so it's tailoring it to you so open up a google incognito window which is going to basically make it so that it doesn't know anything about you and just type in some of the things that you're passionate about some of the things that you maybe think you could teach or you could sell or that you could make an online business from do the same thing in amazon go in amazon same thing keep the incognito window and type in the amazon search bar go to um the kindle store on amazon type it in there see what books there are see what things there are youtube as well go into youtube see what people are searching it's really really helpful to see what people are searching and then lastly ubersuggest ubersuggest is a free way to see what people are searching on the internet as well and get a little bit more of the exact number so not just what people are you know what google is filling in showing you what they're searching but then you can get the numbers you can get oh a thousand people are searching women's health versus 25 are searching this this so so really do some research here now research is not the paramount it's more about your passion your heart but you know when you then narrow down the niche go to your family go to your friends go to your co-workers and talk to them about your idea and if they're all going no i could care less then maybe you want to go to you know your second idea or your third idea you'd be surprised what people are interested in you really would and you'd also be surprised that that you know you can be successful in a lot of different niches like they're successful sowing people they're successful potato farmers there's so many successful areas so you can be unique and creative it doesn't just have to be online marketing um but do a little research both on the internet and then also take that research to actual people and tell them your idea okay so that was just really quickly about your niche does anyone have any questions your niche okay so step two is branding so branding is super super important because just like when they say people make the first impression within what is it like the first five seconds or ten seconds um hopefully i've made a good impression on you if you have please put in the comments something nice i'm really you know i would love support i am a human being not a robot and i'm just trying my best to give you the best help or you can give me a thumbs up or even better subscribe thank you that was my shameless plug um so branding branding is really important because just like people make the first impression brands and businesses it's the same thing like i'll go and i'll go to a website and if the website is ucky i'm gonna leave i don't really trust it so make a good first impression with your business just as if you were going to go to like an interview and try to look nice and try to have everything all put together we want to do the same thing in our business let's make our business look as professional as possible so people can trust us they can feel like yes they are not a robot they are a real business so the first thing is is just naming your brand when you name it i've had a lot of people lately ask me like oh you know what do you think of this name what do you think of this okay couple simple things you want it to be easy to read easy to say and easy to write those are the first three things and the reason why is because eventually you're gonna have a youtube channel you're gonna have a podcast you're gonna have a blog you're gonna have affiliates and advertisers you know saying your business writing about you and people have to type it in and if it's hard to spell or hard to say gonna be really hard for people to find you and to promote you so try to have it be easy to read easy to say easy to write okay then the next thing is we want the branding to create some sort of emotion or feeling now your name doesn't necessarily have to do that the rest of your brand can but i just put that here that you want to convey an emotion or a feeling to your brand whether that's a positive emotion whether that's an uplifting emotion whether that's a healing a comforting a supportive emotion your brand you want to provide that based upon the services you provide so let's take like a holistic medicine or integrative medicine or yoga you know when you go to yoga websites you want to feel sort of calm because that's sort of the goal of doing yoga or holistic healing is that we are relieving your stress it's a natural method it's a it's a happy place it's a calming place and so your brand should invict that so maybe it's um like a light blue maybe it's um you know like very friendly pictures on the website maybe it's the font is a very sort of comforting font friendly font you know all those different feels versus you know maybe you're some cutting edge you know digital agency well then you're going to maybe have red yellow and black and it's going to be super cool and super super you know 2020 and so you want your branding to you know create this emotion and feeling so that people know that they've come to the right spot you want to contract the right people that's what branding is trying to do is attract the people okay so then we'll go a little bit to colors we already started talking about that so each color sort of shows a different feeling so besides your name and your font and your website feel your colors so usually blue is more health and wellness and you can have different blues along that spectrum so a lighter blue a darker blue you know a royal blue you can have these different colors but generally on the color chart which you can look it up on google uh you know blue is sort of more for for healing for health for wellness now green for example is more finance so if you have a finance site you're going to be more green and so just like go to a color chart and you can see the different colors that you want to convey um not a lot of companies are using purple uh not a lot of companies are using some of those other colors out there but you can and you know if you really love purple maybe you don't make it your main color it's like a secondary color that's what you can do as well is have a secondary color okay so any questions so far about branding okay so the next thing about branding which it's it goes into branding and it goes sort of out of branding so i just you know bundled it into branding is your story creation now a lot of people call it your story a lot of people call it your mission um your why you can call it whatever you want to but a sen i think i think a story is really helpful and a lot of people call it a story like pat flynn and other people mention it as a story because it helps you to write it i think when we think of oh what's your business mission that's very sterile it's very stark and it's not in it you know evoking emotion versus your story is it's easier for you to write you know when someone asks you what's your business mission that's a little harder but if someone's like why'd you why'd you create this business it's easy right away in your brain pops up a story that maybe caused you to start this so for me like i said my story is i became a traveler and i realized oh my gosh this was an amazing solution to solving my student debt and so it it it started me on this whole entrepreneurship journey but i really wanted to quit a lot it was really a struggle i felt alone there were so many things that i feel like i could have changed and really improved and so that's why i am trying to help people with their online business now because with alternative healthcare careers we've changed we've we are awesome we have 22 000 followers we are an amazing business and so i want to learn from my other business debt free pt in alternative healthcare careers and really teach you what i wish someone would have taken the time to teach me so that's sort of my story and so that is your why is think back to a specific moment or several moments and write it down and you're going to continue to repeat that over and over again when you do your live webinars when you do your videos when you talk to people you know tell them your story because i don't know if you were ever in history class and like if you ever think back to like what facts you remember in history class you know do you remember the stories of history or do you remember like standard facts like in 1960 blah blah blah you remember the story or at least i do and so people can associate you better if it's a story than if there's nothing behind it and they also want to see a little bit of you it's a give and take in an online business so they want to see you vulnerable they want to see you as a human being and see that you're caring and you're passionate so have this why have this mission share this life event that caused you to choose this and then go through maybe you know the mistakes you made the learning process what it cost you was it burnout was it money was it a relationship whatever and then now where are you at and you know now you're at six figures now you're making five thousand dollars a month you know recurring revenue and that we will really transform your business and allow people to really relate to you so create this story and you don't have to make it up just literally just ask yourself well why and you already know the story and then you just you know hone it down maybe cut down some of the fluff and there you go okay so that is sort of more your branding because all of that is what you're going to be repeatedly doing and using to grow your business okay so in the comments let me know your story really briefly but share with me a little bit of your why i'd love to know your why um and that's just because i think i think we can help each other by understanding our whys and you know if we share our whys in the in the comment section i think we can get some more ideas so i've shared you my why but let's help each other out and share our wise so that we can we can further know you know and see some more examples of other stories so i appreciate everyone being a community and helping each other okay so now we are going to go to business setup basics so this is the easiest part because it's black and white it's cut and dry you just gotta do it it's a pain in the butt but do it and it's not that scary so let me de-stress you this is not very scary at all okay so the first thing is you have to decide what type of business right here what type of business are you going to be are you going to be a sole proprietor an llc there are a lot of different business types but i'm going to keep it at these two because likely you're going to be a pretty simple business at first and so just choose between sole proprietor and llc now i'm not a tax attorney i'm not you know anyone that does you know provides legal advice so this is not legal advice but i'll sort of really quickly give you the differences so an llc protects your assets more than a sole proprietor so if i'm a sole proprietor and someone sues me they can take my assets now if i'm an llc and someone sues me they don't sue me they sue the llc and so they can only take the llc assets so you're more protected that way and so that's really the biggest difference in terms of why you would do one or the other is for the financial protection now if you have a business where you feel like the likelihood of you being sued is really low and then you take extra precaution with disclaimers and other liability uh notices on your website on your emails on your forms on your courses then you can feel i think pretty protected as a sole proprietor but if you if you're providing health care so so if i'm like a digital agency and it's just me i can be a sole proprietor easy peasy because there's not i'm there's what are they going to sue me for i didn't make a pretty enough graphic i'm not hurting someone that's not really suiable now what you know if for an llc though if i am treating people there's a lot more liability that goes into treating people and so that's where you know i would maybe lean you towards the llc but that's really all i can say because i'm not you know this is not legal advice but hopefully that sort of helps explain you know the protection and differences now there's also differences in terms of the amount of paperwork so a proprietor all you have to do is what's called a doing business as form if you are doing a business under a different name so for example if i'm going to be a sole proprietor i'm going to start my business and just myself so a sole proprietor also means just you so an uh solo business so if i'm gonna start my own you know online courses and i'm calling it emma shapiro then i can be a sole proprietor no other information i i need to do i don't need to do a business as form because it's under my name now if i say it's alternative healthcare careers i have to go and fill out a doing business as form and then that basically is saying that hey i'm a sole proprietor but this is the name not my name that's it you doing business as forms they are they run you like 50 so basically you go right here to nolo.com search your state and it's going to give you your state's requirements and where you need to go what you need to do you can also just look it up so if you go to google i'm i'm in new jersey so new jersey doing business as form and it took me to um the county i'm morris county so it took me to morris county and from morris county i just downloaded the paper basically i just filled out my name phone number address social security i think business name and then i had to go to a notary which if you're trying to find a notary ups just go to ups it's just ten dollars and they'll be your notary it's great and you can go all the time all of them are notarized so i just went to ups got that notarized for ten dollars sent it into morris county with a check for 52 dollars and i'm all set to go and so an llc on the other hand there's more paperwork you can um go to like legalzoom or other places you can go to a private attorney and get your llc set up there but there's more paperwork it's basically like an application you have to fill out so sole proprietor no paperwork and taxes are super easy llc more paperwork taxes are more complicated but more protection so if you feel like your business is complex the care that you're giving is complex what you're teaching is is more you know people could maybe get hurt then an llc is the way to go let me know if you have any questions about that then you want to open up a business bank account so you can go to chase wells fargo and then just search business bank account and that's it it's just like opening up a regular bank account but you need to show them that you have the business forms so the doing business as form or like some sort of irs form you need to show them that before you can make a business bank account so you have to do the above first then go and do your business banking on the same with credit card you go to chase you can go to wells fargo uh you can go to goodness you know any of those and then just get a credit card there but it's a business card so specifically look business and why is this so it's for taxes and accounting purposes so when you go into your taxes it could be really easy to say this is exactly what i earned this is exactly what i spent just subtract and boom that's what i owe very easy accounting wise if you mix different accounts then it's more tricky and if you get audited they can be like well you have your gas on here deducting your gas but you're at home not driving so they can you know it's just more complicated having having you know your own business bank account and credit card it just then basically tells them that yes this is only for business purposes and then if for accounting you can just simply use google sheets i talked to several uh accountants before i came on today because i don't know i felt the pressure to get quickbooks and fresh books and i was like just confused um but you know a lot of it they were just like just do google sheets at first you know and then from there then you can do quickbooks or fresh books it really depends upon how much sales you have how many expenses you have many of you are not going to have that much expenses if you're an online business literally your only expenses are more training so like courses or seminars or conferences you're like website host email slash uh you know like software to run your business and then affiliates that's it three costs maybe you have a contractor so for cost so it's very easy to track now if you start having a brick and mortar business a lot more you've got your utilities you've got just a lot of more things go into that so that's where more like quickbooks and freshbooks comes in um and also i feel like quickbooks and freshbooks come in when you have employees so if you have employees then you definitely want to look into these because you just there's different things that you have to do for w-2 employees and it's a lot more tricky and so quickbooks and freshbooks can help you pay your employees lastly you have your taxes and your sales tax so i really want to tell you because no one is saying this online courses get taxed so fyi i'm not a tax attorney so i'm not going to say any more than that but look it up online courses get taxed now you usually have to have a pretty decent amount of sales like 10 or 20 000 about um in sales to then start paying sales tax uh i believe but don't quote me on that but it's you know you have to pay sales tax on online courses now so just an fyi um and then taxes too you have to pay quarterly taxes now so it's a lot more complex so really go to the irs website and look up quarterly taxes you have to do online payments if you want you can send a check in as well but um you have to sign up for online payments it takes a little while to sign up so there's all these things you have to do so it is it is good to to you know to do all that okay so that is the business setup basics okay hopefully you're not freaking out about you know banking and taxes taxes suck just speak to a tax person have them help you um that's what i've realized just because it's just confusing i feel like taxes is confusing if taxes is confusing let me know say yes okay so now you have your creation of your online presence so that's the next step so we've got all our ducks in a row with our business we are getting everything set up so that we're running our business in a streamlined fashion now we have to go and start creating places where people can find us so the first is just to make your logo you can go to canva.com for free i believe crello.com also has a free version um go there make your logo they actually have logo templates it's amazing so go and make your logo then go to social media and create your different social media profiles now i'll say this create all your profiles so go to twitter go to facebook go to youtube claim your business name in all your profiles but this does not mean that you have to manage and share to all your social media so let me say it again we want to claim the name so let's you know because say your business goes awesome and you all of a sudden want to start doing twitter because now you can hire a social media expert but you go to twitter and someone's taking your name so right now we want to go to twitter go to instagram go to facebook and claim our name so whatever you want it to be go ahead and make those social media profiles because it's all free so just make them and have them on the back end for just in the future then try to think to yourself okay where do i want to be really visible and where is my audience really at are they on facebook are they on instagram are they on tick tock are they on uh twitter where are they different ages are going to be different places so right now it's 2020 it's july 29th 2020 and a lot of people who are slightly older are on facebook a lot of people who are slightly younger are on instagram and a lot of people are um also starting to go to tick-tock so that's what you want to think about is where's your audience if you are a healthcare professional and you want to treat geriatrics i highly highly doubt they're going to be on instagram i think they're going to be on facebook maybe on linkedin it depends on how you know what your audience's age is um and then uh you know maybe if you're younger you're probably gonna be wanting to go on instagram or two talk but here's what i also want to say which i don't think a lot of people are saying is also even if your audience you don't feel is on youtube and on google make that a priority too i feel like a lot of people are like oh only focus on one social media profile and yes only focus on one social media um you know whether it be facebook or twitter only focus on one but in addition to that one please please please try to also rank on google try to also rank on youtube and the reason why is because you will be visible forever so on facebook it's like a black hole where you you you go ahead and you make this amazing webinar and you got like a thousand people loving it and liking it and a week later it's disappeared no one searches the video section of groups trust me i don't do it no one does it no one will see that video again it's disappeared into the black abyss versus if you were to do a rockstar youtube video or at least take that facebook live and put it on youtube people will find it for forever because google indexes or basically searches and ranks youtube videos as well so you know you want to have what's called evergreen content and be be there for forever so also put your stuff on youtube and also make a really quick blog post on it on your website as well now if you can make that uh blog post really awesome that will help because blog posts rank indefinitely too they're evergreen as well so i really want you to take away from this is that you know yes go to the social media area where people are on a bunch but tick tock and facebook and all that they're very smart they know that you in order for you to stay popular you have to keep posting because they're a black abyss but for youtube if you go type in something and you'll find something from 10 years ago go to facebook can you find anything from even 10 days ago no so youtube i wish i would have started on youtube 10 years ago because even the suckiest videos you go on there and they're horrible quality they've got like 10 000 views it's amazing so please please please also try to focus on youtube and google you can repurpose your content so like i said take that facebook video download it put it into youtube or make a youtube video first put it into facebook whatever you want to do you can mix and match them but also do social media on these evergreen channels which no one is saying so please do okay next make your booking link go to go to square yes square as in like the card reader go there and you're going to create your free appointment booking link i used to always say calendly but square is the bomb because square gives you paid appointments calendly does not for free and square gives you that for free square gives you multiple appointment types for free calendly does not square gives you beautiful landing page just like calmly it's very easy to book you can connect one calendar all that it's amazing so and i almost forgot the most important thing square gives you free text reminders not calendly so go to square and get your booking link if you have any questions about that let me know in the comments if you want me to make a video just on square because it's amazing it's life-changing and you can run your whole business just on the square booking link because it makes you a mini website now it's not like a website where it's got blogs and all that but it's like a page where at least people can see you can read about you can can see your different services and can buy and book and get reminders and all that it's very professional um and literally you can just start with that start with social media and a booking link you can be awesome with that and it takes five minutes to do this um but if you want me to to make a video of square put it in the comments and i'll for sure do that okay then you have a website so i'm gonna go into more the differences between all these different websites you have wix you have wordpress you have podia click funnels kajabi you have all these different ways to create your website and i'm going to tell you that you know not one way is perfect and not one uh provider will be the right provider for all of you uh it really matters on what you want to do if you are a hardcore blogger and you are really wanting to rank your blog posts and get that ranked wordpress is the way to go because it's the only website um you know builder i guess that allows you to just hone super super super specific like a magnifying glass onto your seo your search engine optimization so wordpress is the way for that now if you're like hey i don't want that i want to sell courses then i would go with either podia clickfunnels or kajabi now clickfunnels is i wouldn't choose it i think kajabi and podia are better but there's different reasons why i would choose one or the other and i'm gonna make a whole another video maybe it's gonna be up here you can see it maybe in the future but podia versus kajabi two big differences podia is like eighty percent of kajabi but kajabi is way way more expensive it's 115 to start a with kajabi um and podia you can start with my coupon if you use code acg um you can start at 25 and they both give and they're both a website you have a blog in both you host courses in both you have emails in both um you have webinars in both but kajabi is just a little bit more salesy it's just got a little bit more different things but it's also like five times more expensive so for me starting out i say go with podia build a brand make some money test this out make sure you really like it and you can always switch to kajabi but podia is constantly growing too they're building a better web editor they just updated their email system so everything is growing they're just a little younger than kajabi but i mean for 25 dollars an all-in-one solution with unlimited emails unlimited courses unlimited subscribers your website unlimited hosting bandwidth all of that it hosts all your videos for twenty five dollars a month you can't beat that and i'm not even trying to sell it to you it's just that's what it is you can't beat it and so i wish we use podia now but i wish i would have gone to it going to it has has changed our business and made us earn like three times more just because it's so all in one it's so easy um and you can use it as your website so i wish i would have never tried to go traditional like what everyone is saying come on people it's 20 20. you know don't do something new do something creative this is the new way better way less headaches is to use something like podia or kajabi because it's your website already that way you don't have to piecemeal everything together um but like i said this is for more sales if you want to do blogging wordpress if you want to make sales and courses and coach and things like that podia or kajabi okay okay now we've gotten our stuff together um also i i'm gonna make a podia tutorial and it's going to be up here so if you want that podia tutorial just somewhere in the clouds here and that'll be that'll be there okay so now we've got our stuff together we got our social media we've got our mission we've got our ideas everything now we're going to launch now we quickly go back to chat here does anyone have any questions in the chat um on on any of the which is basically when you open think of launching like your grand opening okay so with your grand opening you want to be prepared so if i were a brick-and-mortar business right i'm going to have ads i'm going to be promoting i'm going to have something really awesome and people come it's the same idea for your business we want to we really want to have something written out and this is what i've learned so this is a big takeaway right here is to actually launch like you mean it i gotta i gotta coin that launch like you mean it and so don't just go out and make a website and say oh no no one came what's because you didn't launch like you mean it you gotta launch like you mean it okay what does that mean okay it means that we are going to really hit the pavement and really hit the ground running with really trying to get people to know us right away so before you launch i want you to write out a series of posts and video ideas and have everything ready for your launch and you can even schedule it so say we're using facebook go on facebook schedule every single post because you're going to be too busy to do it and we don't want you to forget so you're going to schedule out your posts and then you're going to have your videos all set and ready you're going to be ready to maybe do some lives but we want to have that all scheduled now why because we want to have a specific purpose or route to take people to this is where i did it so wrong is i was just like here you go and even my videos i'm like okay let me do this and this no you need a path so let's take um let's take like weight l ss so when i launch i'm gonna say okay guys i am doing a five-week free weight loss so i'm i do it like a challenge i'm gonna do a five week free weight loss in this five week for you weight loss you're gonna join my facebook group you're gonna get my free uh you know uh five day uh mini e-book and that's gonna teach you everything you're gonna get my free little mini course and we are going to do targeted facebook lives each week once a week with then a countable post throughout to make sure that you go um and lose five pounds in five weeks so that's your mission that's your idea and that's what your first live is gonna be and then you're gonna have a little post throughout and you're gonna do your big your live training people on you know eating healthy let's say the first you know training is eat healthy and you're gonna have those accountability posts for that first week and then the next week is fat burning techniques and you're gonna have accountability posts and what's going to happen is you really want to get people communicating get people talking um and while they're commenting comment back to them make a dialogue private message them behind the scenes and make more dialogue there because what's happening is you're getting people to like you to know you and to get hooked and they're gonna need your accountability after these five weeks so these five weeks yes it's free and it sucks you're gonna work really hard you're gonna be like hey i thought i was gonna get paid you are after the five weeks okay so you write out these posts you do the videos choose a choose only one social media for this launch don't do it on all your different channels choose just one on the launch and focus on that schedule out the post and be very active now i mentioned those freebies in the beginning so you want to give people bonuses to go into your facebook group or go into a private community and the reason why we are going to be trying to collect their emails so that you can reach back out to them after or during the live trainings the challenge the launch so the free ebook and all that it's really so that you can collect their information so that then you can reach out to them later okay so that is the launch now i've really simplified this because this could be many hours going and being nitpicky but this is the launch and this is how you are going to really grow and the reason is not only because people are actually going to get to know you and by challenge by creating a challenge and by having a plan it's going to help you make content because already i'm easily making content for that versus if i just really nearly did videos here and there it's going to be hard for me to come up with an idea versus if i have a goal so make is the more people see it on facebook the more it's it's you know it's promoted and other things and so you want to be very active because your group will grow faster your group will go more naturally and easier that way so be very active and really treat your followers like gold i think i have that somewhere here but if there's someone who's really liking you and really always commenting you know private messages them and just say hey oh my gosh you know thank you so much for for supporting me like i really want to support you but i feel so much like you're supporting me too and that means a bunch just let them know because whenever people say like i've helped them it makes my day and so even to your supporters you know let them know that you feel supported by them too and that they've made your day because they want to give just as much as you want to give okay so help the community a bunch and then at the end of the five weeks provide them with some sort of you know where do they go next what should they do provide them with some sort of offer whether it's a coaching whether it's a course something um and private message or email those people who have been really you know interactive and make it specific for them and i don't mean tailor the offer to each of them but tailor the writing the communication so for example say i've been doing like free fitness group for several weeks and i noticed that you know someone uh say bob will call him bob you know he he's really having a lot of hip pain and can't really move because of his hips you know i'm gonna private message him and let's say my offer was like you know personalized fitness services i'm gonna offer and be like hey bob you know you you've worked so hard during these fitness classes but i really see that your hip is it's still not where you want it to be i think just like a couple private training sessions i can really help you with the strength and flexibility and get you to do you know the such and such that you say you want to do and he's he's going to really appreciate that much more than saying hey guys i got this big you know individual trainings if you want to come no because he doesn't know how you can help him so tell him how specifically you can help him i think the biggest lesson i've learned is that people don't know what i do i have to tell them i'm really shy i don't promote myself i don't brag but people don't know what i do they just they just can't they just you know it's impossible to see everything that i do so tell people what you do and specifically what you can do for them be specific um consistency share your story share your goal share your mission and consist consistently try to provide the best help like for me i am working so hard to help you um and really i i hope you i hope you see that i hope you see my passion and i hope you see how hard i'm wanting you to succeed um and so and so really just try to provide the best help to whomever as well okay uh ah here it is treasure your audience and find people that you can support together so like i said those people who really you know are are nice to you and are following you and supportive of you oh my god they make my day so much uh you know it's just amazing amazing how much they helped me and you know so so treat them like gold because they are going to help you so much with with helping you with ideas you know you can feel comfortable enough to go to them and say hey here's a beta course or beta program what do you think they're gonna be so helpful and it's just gonna be great because you're gonna stick with them for for a long time so just really try to treat those people with just you know just really appreciate them okay and then find those who have a similar mindset and partner together to share ideas to share feedback just to support so for me with debt free pt i sort of struggled finding people that i could sort of you know hang out with in this space and that could understand me because your parents your friends your family they're not going to really understand this they're going to get bored of your business talk so find business people that you can you know try to shoot things off of and support and so that's why i'm so appreciative of um mike mike you and my business partner and good friend and support because there's days where i want to i want to quit and i'm like i just i just am so bummed i just don't know i i'm trying to do right and just nothing is happening nothing is working out and he has just been my rock and so you know having these people whether it be a partner in your business or whether it just be you know other people that you're just communicate with it's just so helpful and it will help you survive through the hard times the
