hi I'm Kevin the creator of WP ease signature by approve me I hope you'll find our plugin a fantastic fit for your company the purpose of this video is to walk you through how to save your settings and create your very first contract using WP e signature once the main WP e signature plugin is installed and activated we're gonna head over to the WordPress dashboard let's navigate to the e-signature dashboard which can be found in the top and the Left menu click settings into your first and last name in the email address you would like all document communications to be sent it's important to note that each signature is a multi-user platform meaning with our unlimited rolls out on which comes with the business license you can have more than one document creator or document sender each managing their own set of unique documents that they can choose to share or not share with other WordPress document senders go ahead and enter your organization's name this is important because it's the name that will show up in the header of your document signing page draw or type your signature this is the signature that will be used later if you choose to automatically attach your signature to a document or contract that you are creating the super admin user is the chief honcho of the plugin they can manage updates AB new document senders and create the global settings of the plugin for security reasons there can only be one super admin user at a time don't worry though you can hand off access to another user if you need to later let's select our time zone which is very important because the time zone will be displayed in the audit trail of your signed documents save your settings now we need to enter our license and install our desired add-ons once your add-ons are installed you can manage your add-ons from the add-ons tab underneath the e-signature menu however only the super admin has control to turn on and off their desired add-ons WP e-signatures extremely customizable so chances are you may or may not need all of these add-ons if that's the case feel free to enable or disable the add-ons of your choice with our desired add-ons installed in our settings save we're now ready to create our first stock to create a new document we will navigate to the add new document tab located under the e-signature menu in the top or the left-hand section of the wordpress dashboard you'll notice we have three different document types to choose from a basic document which is an email invitation only document you would create a basic document if you'd like to send a private URL to a signer to sign their specific document or contract a template document which is a way to save time if you find yourself constantly creating the same basic document over and over again you can easily...
