hi thanks for dropping by this is Steven socket I'm going to teach you how to create a free digital signature for your PDF documents absolutely free you'll just need a couple of things the first thing you want to do is get onto your web browser and go to adobe.com click once you're there click on the Downloads link select get Adobe Reader and my advice is don't get McAfee just other great antivirus programs out there click download and follow through the instructions open up the reader now go to edit and choose your preferences go to security click on new give it a title and don't worry about the graphics just click on name that'll put your name there it'll be your name instead of your common name here and what you want to do is probably get rid of labels and distinguished names that's a little extra information we don't need and you can see here the logo up top here on and off on off and then we'll just leave everything as it should be and that's it essential now we're going to go up to document click on security settings and click on add ID ok and then a new digital ID new pkcs number 12 that's the standard and put in your name put in your unit I'll just put my name in your organizational name your company whatever you want and of course your email address and I'm from Canada so I will select Canada and here's where you can save your certificate here's the route that's the default I'll just leave it like that save that and it needs a password because when we sign it we need to put our password in so I'll just put this password in and that's it now in that's my ID right there now in order to use it go ahead and open up a PDF document that needs to be signed here's one coincidence open that up and there's a signature box is very universal that's what they look like and just double click on that you'll select your signature typically to default if you only have one and there's your password that you need to enter and I'd actually created a signature so this is obviously I've been editing and then select I agree whatever you want that's the reason select your location I mean just my my grammar or my capitalization is my contact information save that as a unique document and that is it I now have a signed document with my very own PDF ID signature absolutely free so I really hope you learn something and I appreciate your time thanks bye bye
