What countries have "one country, two systems" or similar models?
This country:Well, it tried.North Korea has a history of trying to emulate China’s economic policies, only to fall short in the end, partly because the leadership is more conservative but also because its outright enmity with the West makes looking inward very attractive. One such example was North Korea’s attempt to build its own special administrative region in a small plot of land right next to China— a region that to this day exists only on paper.Sinuiju Special Administrative Region - WikipediaThe Sinuiju Special Administrative Region was carved out of the North Korean city of Sinuiju, which is located across the Yalu River from Dandong, Liaoning. It was established by decree in 2002, not so long after Hong Kong and Macau were returned to China and thereafter governed under the “one country, two systems” formula. The planned area of the Sinuiju SAR in North Korea (pink)Like Hong Kong and Macau, the Sinuiju SAR had its own flag:Emblem:Upper text: “Democratic People’s Republic of Korea”Lower text: “Sinuiju Special Administrative Region”And its own “Basic Law,” the Kibonpŏp — a direct transliteration of the Chinese 基本法 (Jīběnfǎ/gēi bún faat).[PDF] The Basic Law of the Sinuiju Special Administrative Region: A Happy Medium Between the DPRK Constitution and Hong Kong Basic Law? - Semantic ScholarLike its Chinese counterparts, Sinuiju’s Basic Law mandated that the central government will not change Sinuiju SAR’s legal system for 50 years. In spite of the stark similarities between the Sinuiju SAR and China’s SARs, in some ways North Korea’s 1C2S was a lot more radical than China’s. While Hong Kong and Macau continue to have their own currencies, the Sinuiju SAR was supposed to accept the use of foreign currencies, namely the US dollar and Japanese yen. The leaders of Hong Kong and Macau are local inhabitants, but North Korea was fine with letting a foreigner lead the Sinuiju SAR as its governor. It didn’t object to foreigners making up half of the SAR’s cabinet, either. But for the most part, North Korea was less accommodating than China. According to Patricia Goedde, who did a comparative analysis of the Hong Kong and Sinuiju Basic Laws (link above), the Sinuiju Basic Law leaves out many safeguards found in the Hong Kong Basic Law, creating a legal gray area that would give the North Korean government the ability to exert too much control over the Sinuiju SAR, thereby rendering the SAR’s allotted autonomy useless.Noting that the North Korean regime was trying to strike a balance between keeping power and making money, Goedde concluded that the Sinuiju SAR Basic Law “is an ambiguous policy charter saturated with devices of state control, signaling that the future Sinuiju SAR will be yet another unsuccessful North Korean attempt to induce foreign investment.”Indeed, compared to China, North Korea was less prepared to make 1C2S work within its own borders. China inherited two cities that were economically well-off under colonial rule, but North Korea was trying to build a city from ground up. It didn’t negotiate with any other country or party to establish the Sinuiju SAR, nor did it have anyone in Sinuiju to consult while mapping out the SAR. Not to mention that North Korea is a lot more sensitive to change than China. All of these factors helped kill the Sinuiju SAR. But in an ironic turn of events, there was another factor that prevented North Korea from putting the Sinuiju SAR into practice: China.Around the time North Korea announced its intention to set up shop in Sinuiju, China had just joined the WTO, a move that devastated the northeastern provinces which traditionally relied on heavy industry. As such, the Chinese government did not want to drive foreign capital away from northeastern China.Along comes a neighboring piss poor country with a plan to divert foreign capital away from northeastern China — without consulting China beforehand. And this guy, of all people, was selected as the man of the plan:Yang Bin, a Chinese-born Dutch businessman who was chosen to lead the Sinuiju SAR as its first governorYang Bin was closer to North Korea than he was to China. After pumping millions of dollars into the country, he became especially close to then-supreme leader Kim Jong-il, earning him the nickname of “Kim’s adopted son.” Yang was the one who reportedly suggested to North Korea that it follow China’s example and build its own SAR in order to attract foreign investment. He traveled the world in search of businesspeople who would sign up to invest in Sinuiju. But before North Korea could launch the Sinuiju SAR, China charged Yang with tax evasion and bribery and sentenced him to 18 years in prison.North Korea ended up appointing another foreigner to lead the Sinuiju SAR — a South Korean-born US citizen businesswoman — but by then the Sinuiju project was effectively dead. China, the only country who could give the Sinuiju SAR the boost it needed given its proximity to the border, was unwilling to cooperate, while the US was at loggerheads with North Korea over the resumption of its nuclear program. Whatever interest North Korea had in opening itself to the rest of the world dissipated; like that, the Sinuiju Special Administrative Region never came to fruition. The story may not end there. If China killing 1C2S in another country wasn’t ironic enough, in 2018, it was reported that Yang Bin had left prison and visited an island that is trying to resist 1C2S to “promote the development of the Sinuiju region.”Chinese billionaire who plotted with North Korea pops up after 16 yearsAnd this happened all while North Korea was repairing its relations with the US, South Korea, and China, and the North Korean government — now led by Kim Jong-un — shifted its focus from developing nuclear weapons to economic development. So who knows? North Korea may ultimately implement “one country, two systems” after all.

What are some good computer tricks that are not commonly known?
I’m not a computer specialist. But someone has asked my answer even on this topic. Alright, I try to contribute something. Almost every one of us is sure that he knows the computer well, whether it's “Windows” or "Macintosh". And 99% of us are mistaken. Meanwhile, studies show (and any programmer will confirm) that short-cuts can speed up your computer tasks by several times. Here are the main hot keys. Maybe some of you know these tricks, but if you don’t know them, I assure: they will really save you thousands of hours of life! 1- How to instantly open a randomly closed tab? Unfortunately, this happens often: wanted to close a window in the browser but accidentally closed other important windows as well. Instead of looking for it in history, use these "short-cuts" to compensate your inattention: For Windows: Ctrl + Shift + T For Mac: cmd + Z (Safari) and cmd + Shift + T (for Google Chrome). 2- What if the boss/Papa/Mama crept in from behind? Sometimes you feel lazy at work and start reading random stuff on Quora. And you have a dozen other windows opened. How to quickly pretend that you are working? These shorts quickly remove the browser windows by minimising all and showing the desktop(in windows) and you can return to the Word or Excel screen (manually): For Windows: Windows + D (minimises all applications and shows desktop) For Mac: Fn + F11 3- How to lock the computer, if you need to leave for a while? No one likes his boss to read his chat conversations or you do not want anyone to look into your monitor, until you leave to make coffee. Others will not able to open only if you have set a password to login. One can simply enter by clicking your user icon if you dont have a password. This quick combination of keys will instantly lock your computer and you will be able to fully enjoy the break: For Windows: "Windows" key + L. For Mac: cmd + Alt + Eject. 4- What if the computer halts? It happens that you are sitting in Photoshop, and all of a sudden - the entire computer is “hung”. And it does not react to anything. Typically, users immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Del to reboot. But this is far from the best solution. It is much better to use short-cuts: they will stop only this one nasty program: For Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Esc (Opens the task manager) For Mac: cmd + Option (alt) + Shift + Esc. Hold these buttons for three seconds in a row, and the hung program closes, and you will be able to work on and not lose any changes in all your documents. 5- Need to quickly save the url of any web-page? As practice shows, this combination will save you millions of minutes: For Windows: Ctrl + D Mac version: cmd + L 6- How to make a screenshot not of the whole screen, but only of the required part of it? All Windows users are accustomed to press "Print Screen" when they need to show something to their comrades. But it happens that there are too many things on the screen, and it is long and tedious to crop the picture. Here's how to always allocate only what you need: For Windows: -Alt + Print Screen(the screenshot is saved to a folder called “Screenshots” in Pictures folder) For Mac: - cmd + Shift + 3 (the screenshot is saved on the desktop) - cmd + Shift + Ctrl + 3 (the screenshot gets to the clipboard) - cmd + Shift + 4 (Only the desired piece of the screen gets saved on the desktop) - cmd + Shift + Ctrl + 4 (the desired piece gets copied to the clipboard) I think for now, it’s enough. Maybe next time, under any other question, I’ll add a few more tips. Good Luck!

How can I change the name of file types for the Kind attribute in the Finder?
This answer was posted before OS X Lion was released, and unfortunately this doesn't work on Lion. See Jannis Segebrecht [ https://www.quora.com/profile/Jannis-Segebrecht ]'s answer if you're looking to get this working on Lion. I confirmed that my method worked on Snow Leopard, and it may or may not work on earlier releases of OS X. Apple doesn't provide an easy way to customize these through any preference pane, but there's a file buried deep in the system that you can edit to customize most of these Kind attribute strings. You'll want to open up /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/InfoPlist.strings with a plain text editor that is capable of saving files that require administrative access (Vim (text editor) [ https://www.quora.com/topic/Vim-text-editor ], Emacs [ https://www.quora.com/topic/Emacs ], TextMate [ https://www.quora.com/topic/TextMate-text-editor ], or even nano [ https://www.quora.com/topic/Nano-text-editor ] are a few that come to mind). In the file, you'll see a ton of strings like so if you're on Snow Leopard: %3E "CFBundleName" = "CoreTypes"; "3GPP movie" = "3GPP movie"; "3GPP2 movie" = "3GPP2 movie"; "AC-3 audio" = "AC-3 audio"; "Ada source code" = "Ada source code"; "Adaptive Multi-rate audio" = "Adaptive Multi-rate audio"; "signNow Forms Document (FDF)" = "signNow Forms Document (FDF)"; On Snow Leopard, replace the text after the equals sign. For example, to change the PDF string, you'll want to find the following line (as of OS X 10.6.8, it's on line 303): %3E "Portable Document Format (PDF)" = "Portable Document Format (PDF)"; Change the part after the equals sign to whatever you'd like. The line should now look something like this on Snow Leopard: %3E "Portable Document Format (PDF)" = "PDF"; On Lion, the two lines should look like so: %3E %3Ckey%3EPortable Document Format (PDF)%3C/key%3E %3Cstring%3EPDF%3C/string%3E After you save the file, you'll have to restart the Finder for the changes to take effect (either
killall Finder
in the Terminal, or restart your Mac). Keep in mind: that file may be overwritten with system updates, so you may have to make your changes again after you install any updates.

How do I change my college after completing 1 st year? My college is affiliated to Anna University?
This was ny answer to a similar question. I have just copy pasted it...A straight thing that slaps you...Finding vacancy is a waste of time! Although if you find a way to Know the vacancy, it's all in the hands of the college to which you are going to get transferred. You need to convince them. I have went to a college and asked was there any seats vacant. They said NO! which I later found had 3-4 vacant seats. So how to find vacancy?Sorry to say, but I really don't know! I just visited colleges or called them to know if there was any vacant seats for my year and department. Having a person known in that college or any recommendations is a boon to you! When to transfer? You can only transfer yourself to odd semesters! The procedures? At first there was this procedure just to fill an application and form and get the principal's sign from both the colleges. But it changed last year. It is now completely online. The stepsFirst you have to confirm with the college you are going to get transferred. Now after confirmation, go to your current college and ask the administration toPfill your details for transfer in a website that they only have the login permission given individually to all affiliated colleges. You have to fill in to which college you are going to get transferred. After filling up the details, a PDF will be generated that needs to be sealed and signed by the dean/principal of your current college.Collect the PDF from them and give it to the college you wish to transfer. They would enter their part of details online and generate a PDF that would be signed by that college principal/dean.Now collect that PDF and mail it(I suggest registered post or speed post) to the DOTE office in chennai. The address will be available in the PDF. If you are by any chance in chennai, I think you canThings you needHall ticket of previous semester12th MarksheetThat's all I can rememberThings to do nowDownload the guidelines from the official DoTE website as they may change from year to year.Next semester, keep checking when are the applications for transfer open. Some tipsAlways never apply for a seat that has competition.(My classmates have been rejected) If so, make sure that you submit the final PDF as early as possible because they allot seats giving first priority to early application submitters. If in case more than one people have submitted on the same day, make sure you have scored high marks in 12th std.Make sure that the college you are going to get transferred has informed it's vacancy to DoTE. Else you would be hopelessly waiting for the order that would never be passed. If in case the college has not informed it's vacancy(only in cases of students who drop out of that seat) you need to submit the photocopy of the TC of the student to whom that vacant seat belongs and also a copy of the college's seat status.Always keep the rules in mind. You cannot transfer from a private college to government one.Whatabouts of feesThat purely depends upon the college you are going to get transfer. Even if you may have got a seat through counselling, you may be subject to management fee. Also if the college asks donation so that you can get a seat, you need to payAfter submitting application to DoTEThere won't be any letters coming to you. You either have to check with the college you are going to get transferred or download a PDF daily(as new orders may add) from DoTE that has the list of people who are approved fro transfer.Kaboom! If you have your name in the PDF that has a long list of approved transfers or the college has confirmed it, you are officially a transfer student and your new register number may end with *********701. Until then you can view the semester results with your previous register number.Sometimes you have to walk a lot to get transfer( I have done it. Visiting colleges and I had a problem of the vacant seat not reported which made me walk more. Luckily, my father took the heat and did the procedures.) You may or may not get transfer. But don't lose hope if you don't get one. All scripts go well in this world drama ;) All the best !!!P.S. This is my first ever answer to a question in Quora :PIf people find any corrections, please do inform! I'll edit it right off.

What did the Obama administration spend the roughly 10 trillion dollars on that tripled the national debt?
The Obama Administration didn’t spend anywhere near 10 Trillion Dollars, nor triple the National Debt (something that didn’t even happen). In 2009 the “Obama Administration” spent $0.4B for the year. —2009 United States federal budget - WikipediaThere are two types of Government spending: Discretionary & Non-Discretionary (Mandatory and Non-Mandatory)Non-discretionary spending is mandatory, it is not part of the yearly appropriations process. Period. That means that there is no requirement needed for the current President to approve it, for it to happen; it also means that there is no way for a President to stop it from happening. There is only one way to change mandatory spending programs, the Congress has to write legislation to do so, and the President has to sign it. This is all stipulated in our Constitution. We do it this way because this is “The Intent of the Original Framers”, i.e., it’s the law.Mandatory spending consists of Social Security (24% of spending in 2014); Medicare and Medicaid (also was 24% for both programs in 2014); Food Stamps & Unemployment Compensation ( 12%); and Interest on “The Debt” (6.5%). This all adds up to 66.5% or almost exactly 2/3 of spending in the year 2014.—Expenditures in the United States federal budget - WikipediaDiscretionary costs require an appropriations bill every year, these would be costs that a President has the ability to affect every year. This consists of the Military and Cabinet Departments. Here’s an example:So why didn’t Obama just disband the Military, DOE, DOJ, etc. close the Whitehouse and Capital building to save money and balance the budget???Because that also requires Congressional help to do; all revenue bills originate in Congress:“In the United States, there are two types of appropriations. When Congress sets up particular programs, the legislation may itself set up the necessary appropriation mechanism, such as the social security program where payment of benefits are "mandatory". A mandatory program does not need an additional authorisation [sic] in order for spending under the program to occur. An authorization bill can create programs and make known Congress's intended level of spending for programs that also require an appropriation. What distinguishes a mandatory program from a discretionary program is that after Congress enacts a law creating a mandatory program, the program is permitted to spend funds until the program expires based on a provision in law, or until a subsequent law either terminates the program or reauthorizes it. "Discretionary" programs typically require annual appropriations legislation. An appropriation bill is used to actually provide money for "discretionary" programs. Appropriations are generally done on an annual basis, although multi-year appropriations are occasionally passed. According to the United States Constitution (Article I, Section 8, clause 12), Army appropriations cannot be for more than two years at a time. An annual appropriation requires that the funds appropriated be obligated (spent) by the end of the fiscal year of the appropriation. Once the fiscal year ends, no more money can be spent via the prior year's appropriation. A new appropriation for the new fiscal year must be passed in order for continued spending to occur, or passage of a special appropriations bill known as a continuing resolution, which generally permits continued spending for a short period of time—usually at prior year levels. The Anti-Deficiency Act makes void any attempt to spend money for which there is no current appropriation.According to the Origination Clause of the United States Constitution, all bills for raising revenue, generally tax bills, must originate in the House of Representatives, similar to the Westminster system requirement that all money bills originate in the lower house. Traditionally, though, appropriation bills also originate in the House of Representatives.House appropriations bills begin with "H.R.", meaning "House of Representatives". In reference to revenue bills, the Constitution also states that the "Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills." As with revenue bills, the Senate and House each drafts and considers its own appropriation bill. The Senate then "cuts-and-pastes," substituting the language of its version of a particular appropriation bill for the language of the House bill, then agrees to the bill as amended. “ —Appropriation bill - WikipediaThe only thing the “Administration” actually spends money are things like Office costs, Travel and Security … administrative costs.“The Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP) is a group of agenciesat the center of the executive branch of the United States federal government. The EOP supports the work of the President. It consists of several offices and agencies, such as the White House Office (the staff working directly for and reporting to the President, including West Wing staff and the President’s closest advisers), National Security Council or Office of Management and Budget. “—Executive Office of the President of the United States - WikipediaIf you insist on blaming all debt as being the fault of the President the day he’s sworn in, then you also have to admit that during Obama’s Presidency the deficit was cut by 2/3’s from George Bush’s 2008 continuing budget resolution for the year 2009 (estimated at $1.2T two weeks before Obama took office—CBO projects record $1.2 trillion deficit) to only $438B in 2015. The last budget Obama signed was the 2017 budget, the deficit was $665B, still half of George W. Bush’s last signed budget for 2009. Trump’s first signed budget is estimated to increase to $832B this year (2018), and then Trump’s budget next year increases to just shy of a Trillion dollars ($984B—estimated).Historical Tables | The White House2009 and 2017 budget years were submitted, debated, decided, and signed the year before … at the very least a continuing resolution is signed the year before— because all budgets are done ahead of time; if they aren’t done ahead of time they aren’t budgets, they’re reports, (and we have a shut down like right now—Edited Jan 7th, 2019).In general, budget authority provided in regular appropriations expires at the end of the fiscal year—September 30—unless otherwise specified. If action on one or more regular appropriations measures has not been completed by the start of the fiscal year, on October 1, the agencies funded by these bills must cease non-excepted activities due to lack of budget authority.Traditionally, temporary funding has been provided in the form of a joint resolution to allow agencies or programs to continue to obligate funds at a particular rate (such as the rate of operations for the previous fiscal year) for a specific period of time, which may range from a single day to an entire fiscal year. These measures are known as continuing resolutions (or CRs).In only four instances since FY1977 (FY1977, FY1989, FY1995, and FY1997) were all regular appropriations enacted by the start of the fiscal year. In all other instances, at least one CR was necessary to fund governmental activities until action on the remaining regular appropriations bills was completed. —https://fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/R42...Tollestrup, Jessica (February 23, 2012). “The Congressional Appropriations Process: An Introduction” (PDF). Congressional Research Service. p. 13. Retrieved January 7, 2019.While both Obama and Trump both re-signed 2008 & 2016 continuing resolutions as the 2009 and 2017 budgets respectively, the majority of spending in each remained relatively untouched, Obama’s “Stimulus Act” increased the 2009 budget by about ~$200B, (increasing the estimated deficit from ~$1.2T to ~$1.4T).The changes Trump signed into the continuing resolution Obama signed in 2016 increased 2017 spending by ~$10B total.A better question is why do Republicans keep increasing the deficit to the Trillion dollar level? Republican borrowing and spending has just really gotten out of hand ever since Reagan popularized it in 1981, what’s up with that? Every Republican President except George H.W. Bush has signed off on Republican legislation that has increased non-mandatory spending and reduced tax revenue, it has now added up to $20T. Why do they say one thing but do another? Do they not understand that when you decrease a percentage the result is always a smaller percentage? When supply-side economics reduces a tax rate, the result is lower tax revenues as a percentage of GDP, it’s called prealgebra, look it up.The entire “Obama Stimulus” the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) total cost over the last decade $831B is less than the current budget deficit for 2018 ($832—estimated).—American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 - WikipediaAnother thing to note about the deficit during the Obama years, TARP ended up making money in the long run. In 2009 about $245B of the deficit spending was from TARP … but by 2016 the project had made the government $7.9B:As of October 31, 2016, cumulative collections under TARP, together with Treasury's additional proceeds from the sale of non-TARP shares of AIG, exceed total disbursements by more than $7.9 billion.—TARP Programs

Are millennials voting for Hillary Clinton? If so, why? If not why not?
Because many of us are tired of Clinton being lorded over us as the inevitable. She's not the inevitable, as much as the DNC wants me to believe. I disagree with a myriad of her policies and approaches to inciting change. Yet, I'm supposed to vote for her because I have to. She’s going to be president. I want a different approach than all the incrementalism that’s been benefiting the wealthy. That’s the only way. Just vote for her. She’ll get things done in small bursts! I want a consistent candidate. She’s always wrong before she’s right. Oh please, kid! She’s the only option, and she’ll be better this time! I think she’s going to be in a heap of trouble come August due to all the information that’s come out about her email server - especially since one of her ex-staffers was granted immunity. The FBI doesn’t just grant immunity to people unless they have some hardcore evidence against someone. It’s all republican lies! Just vote for her! The server is no big deal! I fundamentally disagree with voting for a woman just because she’s a woman. Oh! You’re just voting for Bernie to please your boyfriend! You’re not a real feminist! If you were, you’d vote for Hillary! Vaginas help vaginas! I am a bisexual black female. I don’t feel Hillary really represents my demographic well, as she supported DOMA, DADT, and has taken donations from for-profit prisons. And she didn’t really come out as a supporter for gay rights until she had to. But she’s done so much for gay rights and the black community! Just vote for her! I also don’t like the people she’s surrounding herself with. DWS and their ilk haven’t made the best arguments for millennials to vote for her. Just stop being naive. If you were smart, you’d vote for her. Also, I’m not terrified enough of a Trump Presidency to vote for her in November anyway. Sure, if she gets the nom, she’ll be the lesser of two evils. Yet, that is still voting for evil anyway. I’m not going to vote for a candidate I don’t agree with. What has blind party allegiance done so far? Nothing but make it more expensive to be poor. Now, I’m not blind enough to believe that Bernie Sanders is going to get everything he wants done (as our current Congress seems to be the laziest bunch of moochers currently sitting pretty on their gilded thrones), but I’m also not blind enough to believe Hillary’s going to be able to get anything done with them either. After all the s*** they gave Obama, does anyone really think they’re going to let a Clinton - especially ambitious, uppity, smart Hillary Clinton - who they despise more than a teenage welfare queen contemplating abortion just so she can afford to go to college get anything done in office? No! Of course not. Much like Bill, they’re going to search through every nook and cranny of her personal and professional life to find some BS reason to impeach her before her first year in office. They couldn’t do much with Obama because he was new. He hadn’t been a senator that long before he became President. He hadn’t burned as many documents or stuffed as many skeletons in his closet yet. But Hillary’s been in the game forever. She’s got a history of fabricated lies for people to jump on. And the populace, who aren’t interested in looking up the facts for themselves, will jump on them. You think Obama’s racist memes were bad? Wait till they get a crack at Hillary - the PC crowd, the sexist crowd, and the (not all) GOP-ers who hate her freaking guts! She’s an over-emotional commie who wants to steal your tax dollars! She should be at home educating her daughter on how to be a good wife! She ignored that lesbian woman at her rally - she doesn’t care about gay people! I like Bernie because he’s been saying many of the same things for years, he doesn’t blindly align himself with a party, and he has a history of working with the other side. He’s not afraid of compromise, and he has an actual vision besides “I want to be President”. Why? Because at this point, the presidency doesn’t matter anymore. He’s fighting to for progressive values. He’s not alienating voters who wouldn’t normally vote for a Democrat. Unlike Hillary, he has many independents and Republicans voting for him - a large voting block that is normally ignored and/or discredited by party loyalists. The worst they can call him is a socialist or a commie, but neither of those words carry the same connotation that they did for our grandparents. If he doesn’t get the nom, I’m not going to vote. After all, she’s going to be president anyway, so why should my vote matter? For god’s sake, we don’t even elect the president - the electoral college does, and they don’t even have to adhere to the popular vote.

Trump Jr. also sent the email after news broke that former acting Attorney General Sally Yates had alerted the White House that Flynn might have lied about discussing sanctions with then-Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The White House, which initially said that Trump didn't know any details about Flynn until he learned about it later — then said that the president only found out about them through media reports — has faced questions about why Trump's son was seeking to establish communications with the Russian government in the first place.
In a series of tweets, Trump Jr. denied that he and others had received the emails, and called the Times story "a COMPLETE and TOTAL FABRICATION" of his meeting. He said the Times' "fictional account" was "100% made up."
