The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

It is innovative to send documents to customers and obtain your signatures and to notify customers when documents are signed and the process is simple for them to do so. airSlate SignNow is a configurable digital signature tool.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

How to digitally sign any pdf?

A: The pdf can easily be signed with a free tool like Q: My pdf isn't signing properly. A: Your signed pdf has the right key, but the key it uses is incompatible with our key. To sign the file you use to sign it. (This is a free tool) You can also download the file from my website and copy it to your downloads to be signed by me. Q: What key do I need to use to sign a file? A: The key that I use to sign everything is a 2048 bit RSA key. If your pdf is signed by you, and I want to use it, I need the key to copy. Q: Why don't you have an upload button on your website? A: I have always tried to make this website look as good as possible, and the upload button isn't working. You can use the links on my website to easily download any pdf that I have signed. Q: My signed pdf does not work in my email client and I cannot find it anywhere. A: To use your signed PDF in a client, you need a PDF viewer that accepts signed pdfs. I don't use any clients, so it won't work. Q: Can I copy and sign my own pdf and use it on my website? A: Yes, you can. Q: Do you sign every pdf on your website? A: No, there are a small handful of pdfs that I sign for myself and I also sign pdfs that people send me so they can be used on my website. Q: Can I download the PDF from your webpage, use it on my website to sign it, then send it off to you? A: You can download the PDF to an email for you to send off for signing. I am not selling the pdf or the software, so you will not make...

How to sign a pdf document electronically?

You can get the most out of your PDF document in one of two ways. You may want to create a new PDF document that incorporates the information you've already entered. You can choose the file format, size, and alignment settings (margin/border) on the "File," "Options," "Save As…" page. You may also want to convert the information entered on the page you want to use into PDF and upload the converted file to the Office Web app. You'll be notified if a PDF is ready to be converted. If you prefer to edit a PDF document on a computer you already own, you can import your work by clicking on an existing PDF you want to edit. Then click the "File, Options, Import," and then go through the prompts to download the document. You can then import the file into the Office Web app. This method also gives you the option to import into a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file that you've already created or imported. Note that the document might be stored in a format that you don't recognize from the Office Web app. You'll need to convert it to the format you do recognize (like DOC or DOCX) before you can continue making changes to the PDF document. Note: If you want to create a new PDF document but don't have an Office Web app on your computer, open the Office Web app (, Start > Office Web App > Office Web App). How do I change or add formatting to a Word file that I saved from the online Office Web app? You can use an online version of Word to save your document. When you save it, Word automa...
