What do you like best?

airSlate SignNow has simplified the process of getting documents signed and returned to us by our vendors, subcontractors and others. We've found the app simple to use and have gotten positive feedback from those receiving our invites; along with the ease of using the app on mobile devices. I feel their website does a good job laying out the features each package offers. Where we did have questions on certain features or capabilities we found the live chat to be responsive and helpful. Also, it is nice that they held a recent webinar for users to attend. Our business is project oriented so we like that invites/documents can be archived in unique folders. Unlimited invites leave the possibilities open for other uses for us.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

How to add a initial and sign area on pdf?

- thanks! The initial is a simple rectangle for the first letter of a name. You can add a rectangle for the first letter as part of an email signature. This means you could set up a sign area on your website for all emails. Then, whenever a user wants to subscribe/renew ( sign up/renew a subscription to your ecommerce site), they click your subscribe button and it will take them to your sign-up area where they can put in their name and a link to the sign-up form. I'd like to have two sign-up signs with different email addresses on my site (so that I can easily have a "subscribe" email that sends a confirmation email every time a user submits a sign-up). Do you have any idea how I can design these two elements so that it's as simple as possible. I would prefer to be able to have an opt-in form for subscribing/renewing/etc. and/or a sign up form for the opt-in forms. Thanks in advance. That's pretty straight forward. Use your "subscribe" button in your footer as a sign-up button. Here's something I've seen in the past few years on many sites to add a "sign in" button to a sign-up form (with all caps): <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-12 col-md-offset-2"><a href="#">Sign In</a></div> <div class="col-md-12 col-md-offset-3"> <button id="sign-in">Sign In</button> </div> </div> <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-12 col-md-offset-4"><a href="#">Sign Out</a></div> <div class="col-md-12 col-md-offset-5"> <button id="sign-out"><a href="#">Delete</a></button> </div> </div> T...

How to complete an electronic signature?

An electronic signature is a type of signature that may be used to sign a document. Electronic signatures differ from signatures on paper. The Electronic Signature Act defines a signature on paper as one that: is handwritten, printed, stenciled, or by any computer-readable means, and notarized by a notary public, and is accompanied by: an identification of the person or organization signing in the form required by the Electronic Signature Act of 2005, a date that is not less than three years from the date of the signature by the person or organization If the person or organization signing in the form required by the Electronic Signature Act of 2005 is a corporation, a partnership, a limited liability company, a limited liability partnership, or an individual, the signature on the original signature page of the document is sufficient evidence that the person who signs in the form required by the Electronic Signature Act of 2005 personally signed the document. The signature on an electronic signature page is not necessary to complete the electronic signature. The signatures must be signed on a document that has been printed, typewritten, printed electronically, or digitally scanned. The following are examples of electronic signatures: The following information about the person or organization signing must be attached: An identification of the person who signed in the form required by the Electronic Signature Act of 2005, the date that is not more than three years f...
