this information from get the trust from and all that all you need okay grand opening yeah okay so go to liberty aid academy to get the trust to do what i'm going to be what i'm going to tell you exactly how to do right now public i'm giving this away uh why because um you know i want to prove to you this all works and uh not make it hard this is all easy why because i already did it did it take me a while yes it did it took um different tries to get it exactly right and so on so but you don't have to waste some money you don't have to waste the time let me show you how you register uh one of the trusts that we have okay the mckeig mastery trust let me show you how you register it at the secretary of state now registering a trusted secretary of state is one of the necessary steps to get credit for any trust okay why because uh you fill out an application for a credit card what have you any credit um and you put down the address of the business right and then they go oh is this an actual business in that state and so they go to the secretary of state and they look it up because that's where corporations are okay so they go look and if it's there and it matches your application and you know you meet the other criteria like we have in uh you know the business finance 101 course tells you how to you know build credit for a trust and so on um i don't even have this in there i'm i i tell you how to do this basically but i'm going to go through an exact form of course it's going to get added to that course but i tend to put out things publicly not everything of course not the trust and stuff but i put things up because the people that follow me it's like oh okay uh thank you we're doing the work they give good feedback like that we care about our students first okay and we need to get this information out all right so how do you register it i just told you why you register uh trusted secretary of state now let's go through the how okay there's a form i i left the url so you can see it up there okay um you can also google this i use these terms to google this particular form which is the form that you fill out to get a trust registered at the secretary of state in florida so each state is different not every state has this possibility many states you cannot register a trusted secretary of state but florida is a state that you can do it okay so i'm going to go through this exact example i hope i go over the principles of uh why it's on this way i've i've done it successfully uh and anyone else who has done it successfully in florida use my methods okay and now money have um so let's go through this i already filled out the form mostly um and we're gonna go line by line of how to do this right okay uh here it is affidavit to the florida secretary of state to qualify to file or qualify that top one is blank actually and then a irrevocable trust keep in mind for forms like this there's no guidance no guidance of any kind they don't tell you what to put in the blanks they're very hard to get on the phone you'll have to be dogged and determined to get this to happen like maybe not calling them every day but definitely every week and it could take six or eight months if you do that so you might want to call them a couple times a week so you know just uh mine was very easy but that once they get wise to you know oh they know what's up you have to be meticulous and getting it right and then okay you got it right great okay so in accordance with section 609.02 the florida statutes pertaining to the common law declaration on a trustee under sign the chairman of the board of trustees of and then you write your trust name in there and okay and then a arizona trust now the uh christian ministries trust is registered um as secretary of state in florida and it was created in arizona first um and but it's registered in florida so that's fine to do that and i wanted to use this real world example to show you that now if you'd created in florida and you're registering at florida that would not read arizona so it's just i'm trying to use this example to just show two cases you know that it would be florida or in this case arizona all right um and again you know trust hereby affirms in order to qualify file or qualify again the name of the trust christian ministries trust in the state of florida two or more persons are named in the trust now this two two trustees you know uh you know grantor and trustee are separate but i think basically they want um two trustees two separate trustees um okay so you know that's not something you write in here but you can see it's on the list okay the principal address is and there's what an address would like look like in there and then the registered agent and street address in the state of florida is and i use my person's name right there see and then again the registered agent and there it is it can be the same address you see you know it's the address of the trust and the registered agent could have a separate address or it could have the same address okay this is acceptance by registered agent okay there's nothing written on this line but it's a signature line and of course it would uh you you would use the b y colon right you would write that in and then you would use your signature after that b y meaning and that's why all lawyers use it meaning you're signing as an agent for the entity you see you're not the entity you're you're signing as a registered agent you're just you know you're simply signing us out so it it cuts out all uh other jointer okay so that's good number five okay this is a bit tricky one here okay um so make sure we get it right all right that's kind of funny so you can see right here notary is going to write some stuff here right okay good uh let's go through this again okay um perfect okay so this is where name chairman of the board of trustees right uh i certify that the attach is true and correct copy the declaration of trust funding association for the purchases to kind of conduct a business in florida okay great having been named as a registered agent so he appeared the declaration of trust i hereby accept the appointment and registration degree activist capacity okay great so this is where you're gonna you know there's a and and this has to be notarized okay this document has to be notarized what we're looking at okay all this information on there okay so the signature the registered agent and so on uh so you're going to take this up not with the signa you know before you sign you're going to take this to a bank or what have you and uh you know where there's where there's a notary so this signature that's where it's going to get signed and then the notary is going to do their thing and then if they want you to sign in here too this is this is so you gotta work this out basically with them you're supposed to sign you're supposed to write your name here next to name right there name like see how you can't type it in you have to write it there and then above it you would sign here so two signatures sign there sign there so what you would like you what you want to do is take this in with you know in front of the notary and you and you don't sign it yet you see what i'm saying like you could write your name in there you see as chairman of the board of trustees um but what you want to do is kind of like wait and be make them a part of the process so oh i write my name in here you know what i'm saying like name okay great you can't type it and then they look at oh okay this is where i do my notary stuff all right great you know okay so that's how that is done in front of the notary then this has a filing fee here okay and a certified copy i get them both um you know add the fee together and then get a postal money order in this amount that's what i would make sure happen postal money order would be in in this name here and that's where it would be sent this is a second page to it okay and this is a transmittal letter obviously you know it says right here enclosed is an original and one copy of the declaration of trust okay uh because and here's the subject line christian ministries trust all right what is this uh copy and uh original for uh well first of all like when i tell you to set up a trust you just have more than one original right at least two okay so you're not like oh i'm sending my only original no sometimes you have to do things like this you know so uh that's what i recommend to originals okay so you're gonna make a copy of it and send the original they're gonna basically you know put their stamp and stuff on that uh you know that has been paid and it's at the secretary of state on the original and they're gonna send that back to you okay um and they're gonna keep one of the copies you see for you know their information all right and you can use a check i mean it says use a check use a check i've used a check i'm sorry i said postal money or i've just write a check i'm sorry about that i had that one uh then you fill out uh this bit down here uh i'm sorry i'm getting text messages uh at the bottom you know the same information down here and they needed daytime telephone number you see it uh so great this is how this form is filled up all right this is you know much like the last i did a i just did a video on how to fill out a form um what was it on like what can you remember right now i i oh gosh i really can't because i'm so focused on this um but but you see people are looking for terminology of uh oh but this in the dictionary means this or this has this meaning or that has this meaning there's no guidance to fill out these forms you see what i'm saying do you see any guidance here oh the other thing was property tax i'm sorry anyway there's no guidance you see in these fill in the blanks there's no guidance there's nothing you know only under like oh name of trust great state but other ones this doesn't have any guidance up there you see so you're not 100 sure on these forms you know exactly oh this is exactly how you fill it up until you get it in there they say okay and it's done you don't know until you get it completed so that's why i'm trying to uh show you you know this is exactly how you do it because i've done it successfully you just who would know to write irrevocable trust in the top line it's like you know oh no um and other things and that's like with this other property text form and so on the things i go through it's like not only do i know all the principles i created the stress and everything and how to interact with it but that's not what what we're talking about exactly because you know technically this is a common law trust it is so this this works but it's a common law irrevocable ecclesiastical trust doesn't have the ecclesiastical in there they don't care that that doesn't matter and there's never going to be a box to check off oh it has all those names that's what it is never okay but you can see a common law trust you see you're you're revocable you got it right in there this gives them the information to do exactly what you're trying to do this is the process and i'm trying to show you you know uh these forms um because you could take the principles i'm talking about the terminology and so on to other forms you may need to fill out to get some other you know exemption tax free this that or the other thing okay you know and or credit or what have you just so you if you can see me doing it you can understand the principles all right so uh yeah let's get some credit uh you know so much credit for christmas who stress eid alone just you know a dozen credit cards and another dozen accounts and so on so plenty of credit once you register it's not a problem it's fantastic it's a relatively inexpensive fee really because it's a one-time fee there's no annual fee or anything it's pretty amazing okay all right uh i hope you enjoy the and those difficulties if you can get it as close as you can in the beginning okay and if they don't pass it don't don't give up just expect okay okay i'm gonna stick with the stick with this they've got something like this one little tricky thing i'm gonna i'm gonna throw it in here too is on the trust itself when you sign this trustee there's nothing under there like with an address in there okay but the florida has asked for that to be in there when you send it in and a copy of like driver's license so they could just oh that's who it is you know and the address matches the address on the driver's license or whatever and it just works out that way so uh anyway um getting these texts um sorry uh great okay so going back to what i was finishing up okay underneath where you sign this trustee okay if you just you know have our trust and so on on the signature line uh on the trust where you sign it underneath of that you can hand write in your address okay on the original um and under you know two trustees right because they said two so you hand write in the address you know how would you know how to do that um you know to get your trust prepared to do it it's not required or anything it's just something that i mean it's not something required to create the trust so you're like this is another step you know that you're trying to take you're trying to get it registered as secretary of state and they may have certain requirements in your state and so on so that they they intentionally kind of like seem to add a little tricky one here and not be able to answer the phone and so on so you just stay with it okay it's um because once you get it done that step is done you never have to repeat it's a one time thing yay okay that's really everything so you can get your
