Hello and thank you for joining me today on how to upload a document to your Kentucky Unemployment Insurance profile To begin the process you'll need to log into your account by going to kcc.ky.gov Click on the drop-down box in the top of the website that says Unemployment Services and then select File or Access Your Claim. Next you're going to be viewing our unemployment insurance claim systems page. This page will show you when the service is available what services are provided and the internet browsers that are supported with our system. Unfortunately Safari is not compatible at this time. The best browsers are Chrome Firefox and Internet Explorer. Once you're done reading this very informative page you're going to go down to the bottom and click on I agree. Next you're going to be logging into your account. Please enter in your full social security number with no dashes or spaces then you're going to be entering in your four-digit numeric PIN. Please keep in mind the four-digit numeric PIN is a PIN that you've created. Our office will never create a numeric four-digit pin for you. Next you're going to go ahead and click on Submit. Now you're going to be viewing your profile page. Before we begin I do want to note our office has received over 600 unreadable faxes. If the document(s) that you faxed in is not in your claim under two weeks under my documents which is located below document upload please use these steps to upload the document to your claim. To begin the process go ahead and click on Document Upload. now you're going to be seeing this page go ahead and click on add document keep in mind this has to be a JPEG PDF TIFF TPS or pict format it must not exceed 5 megabits in size next you're going to go ahead and select the document type you can either select dd-214 sf8 sf50 miscellaneous or identification documents below that you're going to go ahead and click on the yellow check mark box next you're going to go ahead and select browse then you're going to find the document that you need and then go ahead and click on add then you'll be able to add any additional comments that you so wish for our staff and then click on submit your document is going to be located here please make sure to review any information that you've already uploaded click on the attachment name to review the document and if you don't wish to have the document uploaded click delete which is located on the right hand side if you like the document that you've uploaded go ahead and click on next keep in mind any pictures that are unreadable will be rejected and now you're finished due to the high volume of document uploads please allow us time to process your upload up to 2 weeks possibly uploading your document onto your claim will make our office more efficient with processing your claim and other claims if you have any questions regarding your Kentucky unemployment insurance claim please call our office at five zero two five six four two nine zero zero option five and then option six we're genuinely doing our best to assist you during this very difficult time and we're working overtime to make sure everyone who is eligible on their claim receives their benefits please take care of Kentucky
