always filed a week after so for example I'm going to show you here a calendar if I file my initial claim initial claim effective this week let's say the weeks go from Sunday to Saturday so let's say I file my initial claim effective April 15th which means my initial claim is effective this week I cannot file a weekly claim until the following week the first day that I have is Sunday in this case it will be April 19th and I have until Friday in this case April 24th I have until Friday 12:00 p.m. 12:00 a.m. I'm sorry to file your weekly claim for the previous week this is applicable for every
