licenses or permits you already hold from the TABC by clicking add a row if you do not have any existing licenses or permits please click continue application on this screen you will select new license if you are applying for a new license from the TABC if you are submitting your renewal application please click renew existing license in this drop down list please note on each screen of the application there is a yellow button in the bottom left corner that says save and resume later you can use this button to save your application at any point in the application process and return to our LPS to complete and submit at a later time for this demonstration again we will select new license after you've made your selection in the drop down menu please click continue application on this screen you will enter the physical address of your business please complete the required fields designated with a red asterisk once you have completed the information click continue application on this screen you will enter your business information and the legal structure of your business please select your business structure from the drop down menu and enter your secretary of state control number if you are a sole proprietor or a general partnership and do not have a secretary of state control number you may select no for the question regarding the secretary of state control number if your business structure requires registration with the Secretary of State you will be required to enter your control number the system will validate your information with the Secretary of State please verify this information for accuracy and click yes or no now click continue application before we enter contact information into our LPS let's explore the four most common contact types used for applications the business information contact type contains information related to the potential licensee and its physical location you will submit only one business information contact type per application business owner individual contact types contain information regarding individuals who are part of the applications ownership structure there could be multiple entries per application for Edit to finish entering the information if you did not enter a secretary of state control number in the previous screen please click add new and select business information to enter your business information contact type for this example we will click Edit then we will fill out the information designated with the red asterisk you have now successfully added a business information contact Titan now that we've entered a business information contact type we will enter the ownership structure of the business we will begin by clicking add new we will select business owner organization from the drop-down menu and click continue on this screen we will enter all the information designated by a red asterisk for example one LLC as previously discussed once you have entered that information click continue you will see confirmation that that contact has been added successfully you will repeat this for example to LLC after entering all the business owner organization contact types we will now enter the individual owners of each LLC by clicking add new again and selecting business owner individual from the drop-down menu click continue and on this screen you will enter all of the required fields designated by a red asterisk we will again use our example from before and enter John Smith as a 50% owner of example1 LLC at the bottom of this form you will add a contact address for the individual owner after you have completed the form click continue you will then see confirmation that that individual owner has been entered into our LPS you will repeat this process for all owners associated with the business owner organizations after you have entered all contact types for the business ownership structure of your business and any optional third party representatives you can click continue application on this screen and the following screens please enter any application specific information designated by the red asterisk when you've completed this information click continue application on this page you will be required to enter all required documents for your specific license type for more information on required documents please visit the our LPS webpage on the T ABCs website to begin uploading your documents click the Add button in this window click the Add button again you may now select files from your computer to upload to our LPS the system allows you to upload multiple files at the same time after you select all your files and click open you will see a list of files you have selected from your computer click continue to upload them to your application for each document you have uploaded you will identify the document type using the drop down menu above each document listed please remember you must upload appropriate government-issued identification for each individual owner you added in the contacts screen earlier in your application for a list of acceptable identification documents please see the our LPS webpage on the TABC website after you have identified each of the documents you've selected please be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen you will see confirmation at the top that your attachments have been
