last person that i had logged into it also remembers the last person i logged into through the drop-down menu at the top under find patient so from here we select new document and it is important to be very careful about what you select here because I am logged in as myself it knows my location of care and who I am but for this example it's dr. finer and it's an established chiropractic visit so I'm going to scroll down to Cairo daily note and change the provider to dr. finer I can click the binoculars and click search last name first enter and there's dr. finer from here the location is also incorrect because I have logged in to be and CeCe Clinton serve is not a location and all of your orders will come back as admin hold we'll review that later but now that i have selected the appropriate provider and the appropriate location from the schedule it syncs the appointment to that patients appointment that is scheduled on this providers so this check box will appear as an associate to existing patient appointment on this clinical day now that I know all of my information is correct I will click OK once I do it will open a update chart menu and you'll know because we to keep populating your note and the subjective complaint isn't it back let's say and the previous complaint is listed here pain scale they can list out examples and so on I'm just pre-loading some information so you can see what I'm trying to build for here so as they go through their exam and assess their document is loaded far more expansive than other documents another thing to be mindful of his radio buttons is only one drop downs give you a selection of what is an option within drop down you'll see some text boxes available for you to text free use a narrative version and then up at the the encounter that you select the forms will load on the left so this one shows a little bit more forms listed because it's a reexamination click tinkerbell new 90-minute from here there's a couple documents already on hold if you look at her documents you can see they're on hold here with the pencil and we will click new document or a new massage there's our initial evaluation and this one I am selected as the provider so i will click ok now that it is the proper location of care no it is not I'm logged in DLC there we go and it shows here that Victoria you would have seen her after this appointment so it's a good reminder to make sure you end on time and initial evaluation for massage these are the forms that will preload here there's different tabs on top and different selections and different text boxes based on the type of form looks like health history contraindication experiences and preferences goals complaints each form is a little different it was all developed almost click change properties and change the original creation of the document only because it is unsigned for changing properties within signed documents it is unable to be completed but this is the append because there isn't anything in the document it would show up here normally but for here it was you know wrong date of service of course typo here so from here you can sign and I will click OK to sign airSlate SignNow has simplified the process of getting documents signed and returned to us by our vendors, subcontractors and others. We've found the app simple to use and have gotten positive feedback from those receiving our invites; along with the ease of using the app on mobile devices. I feel their website does a good job laying out the features each package offers. Where we did have questions on certain features or capabilities we found the live chat to be responsive and helpful. Also, it is nice that they held a recent webinar for users to attend. Our business is project oriented so we like that invites/documents can be archived in unique folders. Unlimited invites leave the possibilities open for other uses for us.
