[Music] to review and sign a document with open text core signature simply access the document through the link in the notification email received this will bring you to the core signature preview window with instructions to click anywhere in the document to sign an existing open text core share or core signature account or subscription is not required to sign a document once you have reviewed and confirmed the document can be signed select the signature line to see your signature options if you had previously used core signature you may see your previously saved signature here to create a new signature you have several options you can simply type your name and core signature will provide a variety of signature choices for you to select you can also upload a scan of your saved signature or you can simply draw your signature once you draw your signature save and insert your signature into the document you will also have an option to resize or change the positioning of your signature on the signature line a bouncing blue arrow in the upper right of the window will let you know that now you need to finalize the document by agreeing to the open text terms of use and privacy policy once you select sign you'll receive a confirmation that the file has been signed and sent back to the requester for review both you and the signature requester will receive a notification from core signature that the document was signed with the option to download the document to view offline or sign in to core signature to view the signing log which provides a full audit trail of all actions on the document including downloads views and edits of [Music] signatures
