hey everyone and welcome to Sutter PDFs how to Tuesday's this week we'll be covering how you can use the quick send feature in our east side module using soda PDF the quick send feature will allow you to send off a document for signing containing the active document you're using insert a PDF you can verify the active document based on the name that appears at the top of the application to start this process click on e side and then choose quick send the first step will be to choose the signers you would like to use any signers available in soda PDF will appear in this drop-down list clicking over here will allow you to add additional signers last week our video covered how to manage them and you can check that out once you've chosen the signer that you want to add you'll need to choose the signature field type you have four options available by clicking on signature it will auto sign taking the information you've configured when you set up the signer when choosing initials it will display the initials of the signer after they've signed the capture signature option will have the mouse sign it as though it were a pencil so the user would sign it digitally the mobile signature will use a touch screen so that the user traces over their signature using their finger once you've chosen the signature field type you'd like you can click on the add option as you drag your cursor into the document you'll see the field appear let click to place it once you've placed your signature field while in edit mode you can move it around or resize it so that it's the perfect fit for your document you're not limited to only one signer simply go through the list and choose a different one you can even choose a different type of signature field and when you click add you'll see that each shiner has a unique color in order to help you distinguish between them on your document once you're all ready and everything is placed simply click on send package if your document is unsaved soda PDF will prompt you to save it otherwise you'll send it off and this process is complete well that's all there is to it everyone make sure to catch next week's video on how you can create a template in soda PDF follow us on twitter like us on facebook and subscribe to our channel to stay up to date with everything happening in the world of soda PDF thanks again for watching everyone please have a wonderful week
