First of all, good for you for having the mental clarity to want to use contracts for web design. You believe it or not, are far ahead of most “developers” just by virtue of being able to conceive of using contracts. You’ll be ahead of most “wantrepreneurs” and “startup founders” just by thinking of using contracts, so hats off to you young man.You can find sample contracts very easily, just by Googling the free-to-use “contract killer” template. Just Google “contract killer web design contract.” Another way to find even more sample contracts is to take a few “how to be a web developer” courses on Udemy and I think you’d probably find more by Googling “sample web design contract,” going to the Freelancer’s Union website, going to signNow and looking at theirs as well.I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t have to be one (nor do you) in order to use or edit contracts. I started out as a web developer not using contracts simply because nobody else I spoke with knew anything and it was a very intimidating topic; and like so many other things of value in life, if you want it done correctly sometimes you just have to get off your butt and do some hard work. I had more than my fair share of being taken advantage of by non-profits (I used to be in favor of volunteering, now I will never do it again) who once they had pro bono (free basically) work, had “revisions” without end - taking professional design and wanting to turn it into a coloring book for a bi-polar paranoid schizophrenic. I had “agencies” asking me to build sites for them “on spec,” (for free), playing mind games with “more work later.” “Agencies” with $200 budgets, and so on and on it went. Until I saw what real agencies charged for crap work with no SEO or thought. Now I always contracts, and I use electronic signatures, and store contracts for years on Dropbox in case they “forget” something a year or two out.I keep a folder of different contracts, RFP responses, generic “sorry your budget is so low” letters, and “hey, we’d love to work with you” letters and suggest you do the same. You can use Gravity Forms to set up or send form contracts with IP tracking and e-signature or use fill-in PDF forms, or even old-fashioned paper contracts, but contracts are a necessity especially in a profession as under-valued and as misunderstood as ours.Good luck and if you need any future help, I’d be happy to pitch in.

For example, you can tag people in your organization in a specific mail instead of forwarding the e-mail.A big plus is that you will be able to integrate with a entire suite of Zoho products: forms, campaigns, CRM etc. Some of these products do not exist for Google or is a lot better.A drawback of Zoho Mail is that you do not have all the cool labs of Google. Setting up signatures is a bit difficult. Canned responses do not exist. There may be some font issues if you are writing e-mails in non-alphabetic languages.The coolest thing is that their basic plan is free forever up to 15 e-mail addresses. Lots of nationalism in these answers… Let me try to be a bit more objective.The Gripen E/F was able to cost only $2B to develop because of several reasons:A) Sweden has a long history of designing fighter aircraft in cost effective ways. They have never been able to afford the sort of ‘golden bullet’ other countries can, and thus have learned to stretch resources effectivelyB) The Gripen E/F may be very advanced, but it is still just an overhaul of a long running design.C) Its a single engine light fighter, comparable in size to the F-16. It weighs half of what an F-18 or F-35 does and is outright dwarfed by the F-15 and Russian Flankers.The Gripen E is basically a far superior, more modern interpretation of the F-16 in its current form. The F-16 is one of the most successful fighter aircraft ever built and itself has been heavily upgraded through the years, but they just don’t offer the kind of unique capabilities the Gripen E can. No other aircraft at that size does as far as I am aware. Here are some of the notable ones imo:Raven ES-05 Radar: Its a very modern AESA radar similar in raw performance to other modernized 4th gen fighters, though it will give up size/power to larger fighters. However, no other fighter has an AESA radar combined with a mechanically scanned “swashplate.” This allows an absurd radar field of view of 100 degrees or more.Edit: I originally stated the ES-05 does not have SAR functionality. It does.Its IRST uses the latest technology and is better/newer than systems like those found on the Typhoon, and it fuses data with the Raven radar. It may even be a bit more powerful than the hyper advanced DAS system on the F-35 in the forward view, but it provides nowhere near the 360 degree coverage of DAS.The Gripen E can supercruise with an air-to-air combat load! That’s pretty impressive.The Gripen E is extremely cheap to maintain with a minimum number of crew. It was designed to operate on short garbage runways, even highways, and it can rapidly disperse to operating anywhere necessary with as few maintainers as possible in the event of an invasion. Oh, and it costs under $5k per hour to operate, which is cheaper than an A-10! An F-15 can cost $40k per hour by comparison, with the F-35 in that same ballpark. In western armies, personnel costs are the biggest budget busters so this is a HUGE dealNow, for the problems:The Gripen E is not stealthy. Anyone claiming otherwise is lying, its impossible to be stealthy with dirty wings full of external weapons and fuel. People claim this with the F-18 too and I laugh at them as well. Sure its stealthier than a brick like the F-15 but it doesn’t deserve to be in the same sentence as aircraft which can carry stores internally when it comes to RCS signatureThe Gripen E is a light fighter. Comparing it to the F-35, F-22, F-15 or even F-18 does not make sense since it gives up payload, range, thrust and radar size/power to all of them. The Gripen E was designed to marry the high-tech capabilities of the worlds most advanced 4th gen fighters in a lighter, cheaper airframe that doesn’t require an army of maintainers to keep flying. For Sweden, it makes far more sense to put that money into more training rather than developing a hanger queen.Procurement isn’t that cheap, even if maintenance is. They cost $70M each, which is what the latest F-18’s cost. Even the F-35 clocks in at just over $90M due to massive economies of scale benefits (there are already more F-35’s built than were Gripens over the last 40 years). This is a big issue for all European fighters, who simply can’t build (or export) enough of them to compete with US aircraft on cost. I mean, just look up what the Rafale and Typhoon cost. That’s why the Gripen attempts to fill the niche it does, and has done so with decent export successes.The Gripen E is an exceptional aircraft. However, comparing it to the F-35 is a losing argument, the F-35 is simply in another class in terms of overall capabilities (and cost!).
