What are the best electronic signature (e-signature) services?
Sometimes we really don’t understand what we mean under “best”, even this question doesn’t elaborate what the best service means? Which criteria the author believes the service fits the best? price?best design? Reliability?Let’s better talk about “suitable” for this moment and current needs. As the previous answers mentioned, do you need the service to be available on all major platforms or a signature that will stand up in court?Do you need a free simple solution, a feature-rich service that charges on the amount of signatures/documents signed or on monthly basis?Do you need to work with your documents on the go with low or no internet connection (while travelling, in the airport or plane)? And you can ask yourself with tons of such questions to create a matrix of features-service to choose the one you need. Or you can use 3rd party platforms like Alternativeto to initially select the provider you are interested in.When we conducted a closed beta testing for signNow recently, one of the goals was to understand the main criterias SMB owners from US use to choose a solution or switch to another one.We interviewed more than 230 businesses and what’s interesting, while the top factor goes to Security&data privacy, price or for example, digital signature availability is not in Top-3 of choices. Speed of an app/solution and multiplatform availability (works in web browser as well as on Mac, iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows devices) are what values higher. So, if there is a need to sign/send documents on Mac, iphone/ipad, android, windows and web browser and to work with documents offline, signNow is alternative to go with. We are still in beta, implementing some major requests from our beta users, but will be launching this September. And, signNow is free while in beta.

They are:Class I DSC – Individuals get it for validating the email identification of the users and in situations where risk is minimal and here the signature is stored in software.Class II DSC – Business organizations or individuals use this digital signature certificate to validate the information given by the subscriber in the application against the information available in a trusted consumer database and in other such situations where security risk is moderate. In this case a hardware cryptographic device is used for storing the signature.Class III DSC – This digital certificate is directly issued by the signNowing authority and it is required that the person applying for DSC must be present at the signNowing authority’s premises and prove his/her identity in front of the authority and the security risk involved in this case is very high. In this case also a hardware cryptographic device is used for storing the signature. The Necessity of Digital Signature CertificatesFor e-filing of the income tax returns by any individual, the Government of India has made it mandatory to affix digital signatures to the income tax returns documents. For affixing the digital signature one must have digital signature certificates issued by licensed certification authority. In addition, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has set the mandatory guidelines for the companies directing them to file all reports, applications and forms using a digital signature only and this again requires a digital signature certificate. For GST also a company must verify its GST application by affixing a digital signature using digital signature certificate in order to get registered for GST.These days many Government procedures, filling different applications, amendments and forms require digital signatures made by using digital signature certificates.Benefits of Digital Signature CertificatesSaves Money & Time: As there is no need of physical presence you can digitally sign your PDF files and other documents using DSC anywhere & anytime. You need not sign your paper documents and then scan them to send them across through internet if you follow the above given option. You can save the money which would otherwise be spent on printing and scanning the document. You can also go green by saving paper.Secured Data: The digitally signed documents are tamper proof as the digital signatures are secured with a private key and public key and they cannot be edited after digitally signing the document.Authentic: Digitally signed documents are authentic and the receiver can be completely sure about the sender’s identity and integrity. The receiver can easily execute the information in the document without worrying about the document being forged.Certificate (DSC) is essential for companies and organizations that take part or intend to take part in eTendering processes on various Government sites. For that, we (SwiftCloud) may well be best, but there are dozens to compare, and important to consider is volume, HIPAA medical compliance, integration to marketing, etc.Specific doc / signor - such as a real estate sales contract. The parties are pre-defined, and automation can be added to flow from group 1 (say, “the seller(s)”) to group 2 (seller’s agent, for example) to group 3 (the buyer(s) consecutively or concurrently. The #1 reason to use e-signature is to save time + integration on the data i.e. so marketing is 100% automated for example, and reducing time-to-close which results in higher sales pull-through rates. Don’t get me wrong, saving money on paper, printer, ink, printer jams, etc. is important - but that’s a money saver, not a money maker. Marketing and sales will actually create new revenue for you, so to not use electronic signature is for most businesses, downright neglectful. What is digital signature?
What is a Digital Signature Certificate?A digital signature is a mathematical scheme that validates the integrity or authenticity of a given digital document or digital message. Digital signature certificates are the electronic or digital equivalent of paper certificates. Digital signature certificates validate your digital signature and for affixing digital signatures to e-documents digital signature certificates are required. Generally certificates are used to prove the identity of a person for particular purpose like driving license or passport or pan card or others. Similarly digital signature certificates are used to prove the identity of the person digitally to avail information or services on the internet and to sign certain documents digitally.Check Here : Digital Signature Certificate PriceWhat are the types of Digital Signature Certificates? There are three types of digital signature certificates depending on the validation of identity and type of use. How to get a Digital Signature?A licensed authority also called as Certification Authority (CA) that has been granted the license to issue digital signature certificates by the Government of India can issue digital signature certificate under the Information Technology Act 2000. You should pay a specified fee and submit certain documents for obtaining DSC from CA. The e-KYC documents will fetch your DSC on the same day from CA. The documents are:Self-attested PAN card as identity proof.Voter ID card or driving license or passport or latest utility bill as address proof. The receiver can easily execute the information in the document without worrying about the document being forged. What is the Validity of Digital Signature Certificates? The digital signature certificates in India issued by licensed signNowing authority approved by Ministry of Information & Technology are valid in India as per the ‘Information Technology Act 2000’. The DSC’s come with an explicit starting date & explicit expiration date. Usually the expiration time for standard digital signature certificates issued by CA will be from 1 year to 2 years. The digital signature certificates are managed by Certificate Revocation List (CRL) based on expiration date. An Indian national can have two DSC’s, one for his personal identification and another one for official identification.Check Here : Digital Signature Certificate Price

Which is the best samsung smartphone under 30000?
Best Mobile PhonesOnePlus 6The OnePlus 6 is a refreshing glass-based design change for the phone series. Not only does the phone pack the latest flagship processor and up to a whopping 8GB of RAM, it still comes with a solid battery life. Most importantly, the OnePlus 6 features a much improved camera that even beats the iPhone X. OxygenOS continues to deliver a super slick performance, with its intuitive navigation gestures taking advantage of the stunning AMOLED screen’s larger real estate. The lack of microSD expansion and wireless charging may annoy some, but the OnePlus 6 delivers the best balance between performance and value.Buy from amazon affiliate link Oneplus 6 Midnight Black 6 GB GB LPDDR4X Ram 64 GB MemoryHardware and DesignBuild quality has never been an issue for OnePlus devices, and the 6 is no exception. When it comes to form factor, the jump between the 5T and the 6 is a relatively small one -- down to the near-identical width and height, the subtle curvature across the back and the rounded, tapered edges all around. OnePlus' unique alert slider is here to stay, except it's been moved to the top-right corner. The phone is comfortable to hold, and, with a gentle weight bump to 6.2 ounces (177g), it strikes a nice balance between portability and premium feel. The major difference with the OnePlus 6 is that the series has finally ditched the full metallic approach, replacing it with a glass-clad design. It comes in three flavors: a glossy Mirror Black that gives off a ceramic-like shine, a matte Midnight Black with a softer finish and an equally smooth matte Silk White, which is wrapped in a rose gold frame.OnePlus chose to mimic the special material using glass. The company managed to achieve the same elegant look, but without the brittleness, extra weight and higher production cost of actual ceramic. This obviously requires additional work: Once the glass is bent into shape, it goes through an additional five-layer coating treatment, and the result is a convincing ceramic finish that helps highlight OnePlus' signature curviness. What pleases me the most about the OnePlus 6's design is how the company is once again embracing symmetry, particularly with the central, vertical placement of the camera module on the back. It just looks a lot more premium on that gently curved surface.Perhaps it is a little ironic, then, that the OnePlus 6 is the latest smartphone to join the notch party. Over time, the notch has started to grow on me. It actually makes perfect sense, given OnePlus' return to symmetry, design-wise: it's either the notch or having to somehow blend the front camera into the chin. As someone who eventually got tired of more bizarre selfie-camera solutions, the notch approach is far more elegant and painless. But if you absolutely can't stand the notch, you can still hide it with a black bar in settings. With the additional screen space surrounding the notch, OnePlus' stunning 1080p AMOLED screen now comes in at 6.28 inches wide, with a long 19:9 aspect ratio, covering a good 84 percent of the body. It's an excellent screen -- plus there's power-saving advantages to this resolution -- but if I must nitpick, it would have been nice if it were a little brighter. That's not to say the OnePlus 6 is useless under the sun; the screen manages on most days, but I've found that it can be hard to read with the intense summer sunshine here in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, LG manages to tackle this problem by offering a 1,000-nit super bright mode on the G7 ThinQ's LCD. It's something that's simply not possible with current OLED-based displays.Software and PerformanceWhen it comes to software, you won't find any AI gimmicks, bloatware or heavy skinning on the OnePlus 6; instead, you get a clean interface with a buttery-smooth response. I've been enjoying this Android 8.1–based OxygenOS a lot: I've yet to experience any lag or crash. Of course, Qualcomm's top-tierSnapdragon 845 chipset plus the 8GB of RAM in my unit deserve some of that credit. OnePlus's engineers have apparently labored over scrolling and transitions to make them as smooth as possible -- and it shows. My favorite software feature is the new set of navigation gestures. With these, I get to fully appreciate the extra screen real estate: Gone is the navigation bar at the bottom, and instead I swipe up from the middle of the chin to go home, swipe up and hold to see recent apps, or swipe up from either the left or right side to go back. I was already used to the similarly intuitive gestures on the iPhone X, so soon after I enabled navigation gestures, I fell in love with my OnePlus 6 for the second time.Given that the 3,300mAh battery here is pretty standard, I did wonder if it would be enough to sustain the OnePlus 6's slick performance. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. Over the past few days, I've seen my OnePlus 6 lasting for between 13 and 18 hours on a single charge, with the former including a smooth round of PUBG Mobile, several video streams over LTE and a fair bit of camera usage. It's safe to say that on any normal day, this phone will have plenty of juice left by the time you get home. But if you do end up with a depleted battery, the bundled Dash Charger takes only about 30 minutes to pump it back up to 50 percent, then a further 80 minutes to signNow full charge.CameraOnePlus is sticking to a similar dual-camera formula, consisting of a 16-megapixel main sensor and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor for bokeh effects. This time, it's finally giving what the users have been asking for: optical image stabilization and larger pixels for the main camera, with 480fps super-slow-motion capture at 720p on the side. OnePlus says it will also be adding a new Portrait Mode to the 16-megapixel front camera later, which will rely on an AI algorithm to add stars, hearts and other decorations at a matching level of focus (or blur).Left: OnePlus 6; right: OnePlus 5T.What impressed me the most here was the vast improvement in low-light performance on the 6. When in darker conditions, the 5T switches to the secondary camera and combines pixels to boost sensitivity, but it loses a great deal of detail in the process. That's not the case with the 6: As I compared my nighttime shots side by side, I noticed that the newer model sticks to its much improved main camera, which is able to produce sharp and accurate low-light shots on its own. I even tried long exposure on the streets, and to my surprise, I was able to get many steady and stunning handheld shots. Don't get me wrong, though: I can still see some noise in certain parts of the photos, but at least they are well contained and tend not to be that obvious.Rest assured, daytime shots taken with the OnePlus 6 are also impressive. The colors pop out accurately, especially in my landscape and foliage shots. I'm further impressed by how I can see individual strands of hair in my dog's quick portrait shot. Similarly, the electronic image stabilization worked well in many of my video clips -- it's almost as if I had my phone on a gimbal, so long as I didn't move the phone around too quickly. The 5T achieves similar stabilization results, but, in both videos and photos, it misses out on some color and warmth, as well as detail in the dark areas.Left: OnePlus 6; right: iPhone X.Comparing with my far more expensive iPhone X, I'm still surprised by how the OnePlus 6 comes out with more accurate colors and clarity in most situations. In my outdoor shots, the iPhone X just about beat the OnePlus 6 in terms of sharpness, but I still prefer the latter's colors. Bring the phones back inside and you'll have OnePlus 6 as the clear winner: Its low-light shots are notably cleaner and more realistic, whereas the iPhone X has to make do with an unnatural brightness boost, while also suffering from heavy noise suppression. It seems that OnePlus has finally created a camera that's ready to challenge those from other top-tier smartphones. The competitionFor a relatively small brand, OnePlus relies heavily on the loyalty of its consumer base, so the OnePlus 6's biggest competitors are naturally its own predecessors. Many fans might not be convinced at first with that slight price hike, but the new flagship combines a fresh premium design with a much improved camera, plus up-to-date specs, making it an upgrade worth jumping on.In Asia, the OnePlus 6's direct competitor is none other than Xiaomi's Mi Mix 2S, which is priced and specced almost identically, and it targets a similar consumer base using a real ceramic design plus a screen sans notch -- it has placed the selfie camera in the chin instead. That said, given the nature of both Android systems, chances are Western consumers will lean toward OxygenOS' native Android-like look and feel. And besides, it's unclear when or if Xiaomi will be bringing its current flagship to Europe by way of Three -- let alone the US.For the rest of the world, OnePlus is all about tempting those who are seeking a top-tier flagship smartphone but don't necessarily have the budget to splash on the likes of Apple and Samsung. There's the Galaxy S9+, which packs similar core specs but with a starting price of $840 -- about $310 more than what OnePlus is asking for. As per our earlier review, the S9+ is predictably capable, and those extra hundreds of dollars ensure a handful of extra goodies, including dual-aperture camera, a more powerful 960fps super-slow-motion video capture, microSD expansion, wireless charging and IP68 rating against water and other accidents. The LG G7 ThinQ may also be a worthy contender, with a similar display execution but more versatile cameras, crazy-loud speaker, military-spec ruggedness and, again, microSD storage; we're just waiting to hear about its US launch. And last but not least, we have the iPhone X and the iPhone 8 series, but, based on my camera comparison alone, the OnePlus 6 already has a leading advantage on that end.Wrap-upAs a refinement of the already well-made OnePlus 5T, the OnePlus 6 is a big step toward the company's vision of "the perfect smartphone." Still, it depends on how one defines "perfect"; at least from a technical standpoint, the OnePlus 6 is stuck with a lower screen resolution than other flagships, and it never hurts to have a brighter screen, or wireless charging. But for me, the OnePlus 6 has hit most of the sweet spots: This is a uniquely gorgeous device with intuitive features, as well as solid battery life and a great camera. Then I remember that attractive price. It may not pack as many bells and whistles as its competitors, but it's not as if it'll be needing those: Most of us don't need AR Emoji, Animoji or AI-assisted camera filters. It's safe to say that the OnePlus 6 will most likely win over existing fans, and hopefully win the affections of other buyers along the way, too.Buy from amazon affiliate link Oneplus 6 Midnight Black 6 GB GB LPDDR4X Ram 64 GB MemorySource [1] [1] OnePlus 6 review: A big step closer to the perfect smartphoneOneplus 5t₹32,999.00Buy Now from Amazon affiliate link OnePlus 5T (Midnight Black 6GB RAM + 64GB memory)OnePlus 5T comes with 6.01-inch FHD display and it looks stunning. The colours are accurate and OnePlus has improved the sunlight legibility. OnePlus decision to stick with 1080p display is a good decision for the battery but bad for VR. It has the same design and aesthetics that of OnePlus 5 apart from the fact that the fingerprint is now located at back. The phone feels solid to hold but since the screen is now bigger it becomes difficult to signNow the top of the screen with one hand. However, the phone is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 to provide insurance to accidental drops.Performance and SoftwareOnePlus 5T runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will be upgraded to Android 8.0 in December. As you know you get Oxygen OS which is very minimalistic Avatar of stock Android with forks. In my opinion, Oxygen os is the best software across any android phone. Let it be customisation or general performance. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 835 and comes in two storage & ram variants. Regardless of which one you pick. Both variants will be equally potent. In my usage of 6 GB variant.CameraThe image quality is seriously high and details rich. OnePlus 5T has incorporated 13 MP + 20 MP camera both of them have a f/1.7 aperture for better low light photos. In daylight, photos have good Dynamic Range and colours are tad oversaturated. You also get a Manual Mode which if you use correctly can yield some exceptional results. You can record up to 4k but the 4k footage is good only in daylight. When you record it in low light the footage is jaggery and is unusable. I would recommend shooting in 1080p. There is also 60 FPS support by default. Selfie camera clicks good selfies but I'd recommend switching off the beauty mode as it makes the photos soft and unnatural. The one plus claim of better low light photos isn't quite what company claims and instead of the dual camera had they chosen one good camera like Samsung Galaxy S8 it would have been better. Also, the portrait mode is seriously poor and needed to be fixed.BatteryThe phone easily lasts one full day of usage with 5 hours of SOT on average. You do get Dash charge which is probably the best charging tech in the world.Fingerprint sensor at back is blazing fast but people used to front facing fingerprint with find it bit annoying at first. But OnePlus has given face unlock which is basically a software-driven tech unlike Face ID( by Apple ) which uses 3D mapping of your face. Nevertheless, the face unlock is fast and accurate and no you can't fool it with a photo. The alert slider is a must-have feature. ButOnePlus decision to omit IR blaster is not good The phone isn't waterproof and phones like LG G6, Nokia 8 are waterproof and splash-proof respectively.OnePlus 5T costs same has OnePlus 5 but comes with much better display and slightly better cameras. However, OnePlus could have easily launched this phone as OnePlus 5.OnePlus can increase price before people start moving to other brands. If you don't want to buy OnePlus 5T, LG G6 is perfect phone and if you bond with Nokia, Nokia 8 is a fantastic phone with the latest software. That's all from this review. It has a notch on the top of the bezel-less screen and features a vertically stacked dual camera module on the back. Vivo V9 is made out of a plastic shell with a metallic finish. My phone picked up scratches within days of use. That’s not a good sign, however company provides free back case. If you are someone who do not like to use back cover you will have to use this phone very carefully to avoid getting scratches on phone.Phone front is a 19:9 display with smaller bezels and it looks premium.Display Colors are extremely good and natural with HDR quality.Best for watching movies, camera and games.Display ratio is 19:9 and i have adjusted the video aspect ratio. Edge to edge display works for all youtube and video players after performing necessary settings.CameraVivo V9 has16MP and 5MP snappers at the back placed vertically, along with a single LED flash. The results were fairly impressive considering the price point of the phone. The V9 did a good job in capturing the subject outdoors.Front and rear cameras are awesome. Both works excellent in low light condition.Selfie with AI mode absolutely stunns you with the output. Eventhough it is not having front flash, it delivers good image in low lights also.In low light conditions, Vivo V9 didn’t disappoint either. When zoomed in, there’s definitely noise and that’s okay. The V9 does a fine job in blurring the background, but it should have done better and no doubt it needs improvement. In addition, there’s a 24MP front camera for taking selfie. It has also got an AI-powered beautify mode. The 24MP front snapper is decent enough for self-portraits and video calling.PerformancePowered by a Snapdragon 626 processor and 4GB RAM, the Vivo V9 is essentially a mid-range phone. It doesn't mean that performance is weak. It can handle whatever you throw at it. Vivo V9 opened demanding apps like Facebook and Twitter quickly. It also handled games with ease and without being getting hot. The Vivo V9 comes with 64GB storage, and you can also add a microSD card with up to 256GB. The AnTuTu scores were in the mid-range.Cons:-- Fingerprint needs improvement- Camera background blurr is okay however not as good as expected- Price should have been below 20k- Phone gets scratches easily.VerdictVivo V9 is purely a camera phone with internals that works well as a daily user. Built entirely for selfies and the rear camera, Vivo has also focused on its design. A new refreshed shiny/glossy back with a notch and gestures that gives a feel of an iPhone X.If photos and music is your requirement, you should buy it.Buy from amazon affiliate link Vivo V9Nokia 7 plus) Google Nexus 5X12.3MP primary camera with 1.55µm pixels/f2.0 aperture, 4K video recording, dual flash, IR laser auto focus and 5MP front facing camera5.2-inch (13.2 centimeters) FHD IPS capacitive touchscreen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 423 ppi pixel densityAndroid v6 Marshmallow operating system with 1.8GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and single nano SIM2700mAH lithium-ion battery providing talk-time of 17 hours on 3G networks and standby time of 300 hours on 3G networks1 year manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchaseCAMERA ~ # : During the Reddit AMA this is what one of the Google Employees said about the Camera on these phones"'Both devices have the same camera ' a 12.3MP camera, with a large 1.55um pixels, which works great in all conditions ' especially low light. And both have LDAF for fast auto-focus." - Google"In Short, both 6P and 5X have Great Cameras ( Sony IMX377 Sensor ). Both take great photos in Good Lighting conditions and take better usable photos in Low Light conditions thanks to bigger 1.55um pixels. However, there is one big feature which is normally seen on Flagship Android phones missing in these phones- Optical Image Stabilization. Google says there is no need for that since the bigger pixels allow you to take low light shots in faster shutter speeds resulting in blur free images. However, that's not always the case in real world scenarios. Nexus 6P at least have Electronic Image Stabilization when recording videos while 5X doesn't even have that.# ~ PERFORMANCE ~ #Even though 5X doesn't have the top of the line processor, Snapdragon 808 is powerful enough to do most of your day to day activities. In real world scenarios you wouldn't find much difference in performance between these two phones.Quoting Ron Amadeo - Ars Technica Android Reviewer - "Spec sheet enthusiasts will whip out their spreadsheets and declare the 6P to be the superior device, but performance-wise there's little difference you would notice in day-to-day use. The 6P runs hotter than the 5X, due to both the Snapdragon 810 and the heat-dissipating metal body."Android Marshmallow - Android 6.0 is Super Cool. Even on low end Android One devices, the performance has been satisfactory. On powerful devices like these, it runs lag free and super smooth most of the time, with lovely animations. There is also Google Now on Tap feature on board, which in my opinion is the killer feature in Marshmallow. Both features always on Google Now command which works great. The Finger Print Reader is super fast and accurate on both.# ~ BATTERY ~ #Nexus 6P has a bigger battery on board comparing to 2700mAh one on Nexus 5X. However, 6P has a bigger higher pixel dense screen to power up, so the difference in battery backup between these two devices are not that big. Still 6P lasts more comparing to 5X in tests. It is disappointing that neither of these devices come with Qualcomm quick charging or fast wireless charging. However these devices support fast charging via USB Type-C.~ # Why you should Consider getting a Nexus device over any other Flagship phone? # ~The No 1 reason for me is the Software Updates. These Nexus devices are gonna get treated to the Latest Android versions for another two years. Not only that, you are gonna get critical security updates for another 3 years via OTA which means you will be running the most secure Android phone in the market. Until now, Nexus devices always shipped with average cameras, but that's not the case with these new phones, making it more attractive and value for money option for many.
