It used to be that you would have to post in a local newspaper, or pamphlet of some time, and it would cost several hundred dollars per ad. Then, most likely, very few people would see the ad.Now, you can sign documents in electronic signature format. In the past, you had to sign in person, or fax back and forth, which was a major pain. Searching for comps on properties, many times easier with online sites, such as Zillow. Advertising for free on sites like Craigslist, that didn’t exist anywhere.
