Hey everyone. In this video, I wanted to show you how you create a digital signature in Microsoft Word. So if you're trying to sign any documents within Microsoft Word, there is a easy way to create a digital signature that you could just go ahead and add to any document in Word. iI it's your first time here, I make a lot of tech tutorials on Word and a lot of other softwares five times a week, so please consider subscribing. Okay, so here's my document, and I have it opened in a couple of different words. This is the 2011 version of Word and this is the 2016 version of Word for Mac but the process is exactly the same regardless of what Microsoft Word you're using. So this is where my Signature is gonna. Go so let's go through the process. We have to first use preview to create a signature. Once we create the signature we could easily bring it here. So let's go to preview. I'll just search my Mac for preview. And then I'm gonna click manage signature when I click that this is the option that's gonna pop up You could use your trackpad to sign or you could use camera to sign so for trackpad Click to begin and you basically use your drag pad to sign And then you could press spacebar when you're done if you don't like it you could do it again, so use your trackpad to sign and Spacebar when you're done press done That's one way to do it another way to do it is using the camera so if you're using the camera what you want to do is write your signature down and hold it in front of a camera just like this and Then press done and it's gonna pick up your signature Just like that so if this is the signature you wants you should be able to now use it from this drop-down I'm gonna go ahead and press it and we shape it We're creating this image, and we're gonna bring this image into Microsoft Word So let me go ahead and create it and when I'm done resizing it I could go to file save and I could just...
