This tutorial focuses on the All Contracts and Services section. Let's go ahead and click in to that. All contracts and services information is consolidated here. Let's review this landing page starting with the search box. Let's use the search term "cloud." As you'll notice, we went directly to the all contracts and services search. On the top you'll see the number of results, the number of results per page, and a button to export results to a CSV. The table below has four main columns. Vendor Name, Contract Number, Contract Overview, and HUB Type. You'll notice that Contract Overview has a descriptive summary of what the contract has to offer. Let's go ahead and focus on the filters on the left hand side of this page. The first filter you'll see is Vendor Type. Under Vendor Type we'll see E-rate Vendor, HUB Vendor, or Vendor with HUB Resellers. Let's go ahead and select HUB Vendor. As you'll see, the results change to show all of the contracts that are related to cloud that are HUB vendors. Let's go ahead and export these search results. All I'm going to do is click on this export results button. As you'll notice, all of your results will be exported to Excel. Let's go ahead and expand out these columns. You'll find useful information in this Excel sheet including vendor name and some contact information. Let's go back to the search results page. Let's go ahead and use a few more filters such as Product and Resellers. We can do that by clicking on Products. Now let's go ahead and select Services. By clicking this I am filtering for all of the services provided by HUB vendors related to cloud. Next, I can further refine my search results by filtering by Reseller Names. Let's go ahead and click on that. After filtering down, we notice we only have one search result. Let's go ahead and click in on that contract. By clicking into that contract we see the contract detail page. In the top section of this page, you'll find a lot of high-level information about the contract including vendor contract information and the contract manager information. Below this we'll see a contract overview, which is the same overview you saw on the search results page and below that you'll see all of the related contract documents. At the bottom of this page, you'll notice all of the reseller vendor contact information. Let's go back to the top. The far right column of this page has some more useful information such as how to order, available brands, available products and services, and commodity codes. Let's go back to the All Contracts & Services landing page. Underneath that search bar we'll find four tiles. In those tiles we'll see Eligibility, How to Order, Exemptions, and Current Contracting Initiatives. Let's go ahead and click on Learn More under Eligibility This is where you can find out if your organization can benefit from DIR contracts and services. Let's go ahead and click on the plus button on this left navigation bar. This reveals all of the content pages under eligibility. Each page defines who is eligible for the specific contract or service area, for example, Telecom. go ahead and click on that page. Let's go ahead and click on that page. This page provides the eligibility for a CCTS, TEX-AN and any other Telecom services. Now let's move on to the Exemption area. I'm going to click on the Exemption Overview page. All of the pages underneath this area talk about all of the exemptions. For example, let's again click on Telecom Exemption. This page provides all information and necessary forms for exemptions related to Telecom. Next let's move on to how to order. I'm going to click on the How to Order Overview page. Again, just like the previous two sections we see all of the child pages underneath this. For example we're going to click on IT staffing. This page provides all of the necessary information to arrange for IT staffing services. Lastly, let's scroll down and click on Current Contracting Initiatives. This is where we can learn about current solicitations in the planning, posting, evaluation, negotiation, and recently awarded stages. Let's go back to the All Contracts & Services landing page. FAQs is a link to all the frequently asked questions about the site. Useful Links contains a few links such as DBITS and HUB programs that provide you a little bit more information that you might need. Let's go ahead and click into DBITS. This page provides all DBITS information including how to order. Let's go back to the All Contracts & Services page. Under Useful Links again, let's go ahead and click on HUB program. This link goes directly to directly to all information about the HUB program including HUB certification and much more.
