Easy to use but could have better organization

We use signnow for setting up contracts with our independent contractors.

It's easy to set up templates so you can send out the same kind of contracts over and over again. The email updates when contracts are completed are also handy.

Fantastic service

Always had great experiences and this has saved my neck many times in the past. It's also super easy for older, non-tech people.

This is an imperative service for me and has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. It is very simple to use and I've been able to get very important documents signed by my bosses. I trust the level of safety as well and have no issue using it for sensitive/legal documents. I especially like how it can tab each area in a document to make it incredibly simple.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

How can clients sign pdf document on phone?

": "Yes. The pdf file can be sent by e-mail or in other ways." So basically: if you want the pdf to be signed, you have to make an account. This is a pretty big security problem. But I'm sure the people who developed the system were trying to prevent that. I also found several other odd things about it. It's not clear who signed for the user's credit card. It's also not clear who created the file. (In fact, my guess is that the PDF was generated in the server with a password. Why? ) I found a lot of weird things in the documentation. The most egregious one is what appears to be a huge security breach. If you look at the file, you see that it's only MB. That's too small to be safe. I've asked the company for more information. I will update this post should I receive a response. It appears that this is not an isolated incident. Other small companies that don't have a large team of developers (but are very valuable in the market) use this program.

How to sign pdf color ink?

1. Download pdf to you computer. The color ink is not included. 2. Turn off your computer and open pdf in Adobe Acrobat. It is recommended to turn off "Acrobat" for Windows. (You can also do this with "Edit" or "Print"). You may choose different software for printing. Choose "Save " button. 3. Select a printer that is supported by Adobe Acrobat. (I recommend HP Color Laser printers) 4. Make sure that your printer is set to "Printer" (or something like that) for PDF printing. Choose "Save As" 5. Choose the printer on your computer. 6. Choose the "Color" option from the "Page Setup" menu. If you are on a computer with no printer, it is suggested to choose "Printer" in "Page Setup" (on Windows). If not, select it from the "Page Setup" menu at the lower left. Make sure to select the "Print Options" for your printer (if it is set to "Default", click "Printer Settings"). 7. You should now have a colored pdf that should have black borders and you should be able to print it to the appropriate size. If your printer is not included, you will have to purchase it separately. How to sign PDF without ink? 1. If you are using a computer, open pdf in Adobe Acrobat. (If you are a Windows user, you can open it in a separate Adobe application). 2. Turn off your computer and open PDF in Adobe Acrobat. It can be done the same way as above, as long as you are able to see the white pages. You do not need to turn off the computer. 3. Turn on the printer that contains the ink. 4...
