In this case, though, signing a document is a way to make the document an official (or at least as official as you can get in a stateless situation) document of the entity (the company or organization) which created it and has the legal authority to sign it. So, the "official" signature of the company or organization is not the official signature of the person who signed the document. If someone had a copy of a copy of the original document without a signature on it, it would not be "official" in any way. So the signature is not the "official" signature.
I have never seen a way to get rid of the signature in any manner. Is there any workaround?
There are two ways to "remove" or "recover" that signature (which is not a legal document in and of itself), and both have the same result: the signature is erased from the document and a new one will never appear. This can happen several times a day in your case; it depends on how much work you are doing.
