well it's a messy day and we don't have much to do because it's raining like crazy Samia Holly were in the shed and we decided to do something a little different it's this video is basically about the promissory notes that we've sent to pay bills or our debts and we're actually reaching out because how long ago do we do this babe I mean we started this process almost a year ago this is nine 2816 this is a promissory note I sent in the bank and they accepted it for all you that have sent out promissory notes and had them returned they actually accepted two of ours one let me say accepted meaning that they did not return them yeah yeah they kept them they accepted them because by law if they keep them of course if it's an acceptance but they're not honoring so they won't honor it and this is a legit promissory note for just the people that have tried it here's the bank medallion we actually went to the bank and everything was done legitimately had a medallion signature put my social my name social down here I mean this is a legit promise a you know and we sent it along with a oh and I just want to point out I hope y'all like our Flat Earth on our promise but you can't see it I mean this is the letter demand just pretty much telling them that this is a form of legal payment and that you must return it if you're not going to honor it and we sent this to be federal and they never returned it so they kept it even with a letter to man we let them know if if you do not return the promissory note then we are in agreement that the bill has been paid in full so they did not return it they sent us a letter saying you know I'm still obligated to pay and of course they're greedy they want to get paid twice we sent it certified mail and it's two of them yep everything once our credit card one for another loan and they kept both of them they did not return them and what we're realizing is we're coming to the realization that it's very hard to take a pink to court you have to figure out which courtrooms take them what jurisdiction it is yeah do you take them to your your own state you have to go to the town that the the head bank is in so that's where we're at a standstill it's been a long time they definitely they basically ruined my credit and then every time they send me a bill I send them a bill and yeah just I don't know it's like just we were really they kind of stopped they stopped calling they stopped contacting us every once in a while they'll send just a freakin Bobo like bang Oh your accounts behind these are all the bills that we have sent Navy federal because they will not stop sending us bills after we have paid in full with two promissory notes so we are really reaching out at this point we've done all the paperwork we've done you know we followed the UCC guidelines we've we've done everything according to the law but they're not I can't get a car loan I can't buy a house Music I'm like screwed at this point just for practicing my right actually we started it out as an experiment we're just throwing my credit they stopped us from buying another place we live in this little trailer and we we have a new baby we want to move out and like buy a house and hey we're driving this brokedown van you know so and I've always had good credit paid Navy Federal over a hundred thousand dollars over the past like 20 years I mean so I've had loan after a loan and now that they they kept this promissory note I cannot bring it to myself to pay them any more money because now that they accepted my promissory notes and obviously traded them I'm not gonna pay him twice you know so and that's how banks are a baby greedy yeah all I was saying really was it I know that a lot of people have done this on their own without an attorney and I've seen videos of people going to court standing up for themselves and they know the laws and they know how to fight this in court and I love that idea but we don't know how to do that and I don't want to go in court and fumble it and you know just sound like an idiot cuz I'm not an attorney I mean I've done we've done our research but appearing in court is another thing and actually knowing you know the laws and standing up for yourself so I don't know we need an attorney out contacted Gus I've contacted so many attorneys and they say that they don't agree they don't agree with the law they don't agree with lo well they call it an opinion or something they you know so so we're reaching out if you are an attorney or you have basic knowledge of these laws and legal actions if you're even someone who knows how to do this on your own we have all of the paperwork that we that we've done we have so much yeah we have so much paperwork all the legal documents everything's been on sent and if any of our viewers are curious about any of this we could like just ask question maybe we can make more videos on the subject you know we don't just want to do dumpster dive in it I mean it's fun it's fun and we christen Hawley show we want to make all kinds of videos we don't just want to stick with one thing anyway is that it I I guess I I don't feel like we hit everything I wanted to hit but like I said we're not just spare my life we're not professional at this but we just want something big then they kept our promissory notes and we want them to honor them we make so how do we do it you know do you know where do you take them to court I mean so we're just kind of at a standstill or credits just ruined now they so I mean it's not ruined we're not giving up but but for right now they're not honoring it and they're really screwing us and we can't get any type alone now anyway well hit us up if you know more about this we could use to help
