The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

It is innovative to send documents to customers and obtain your signatures and to notify customers when documents are signed and the process is simple for them to do so. airSlate SignNow is a configurable digital signature tool.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

Frequently asked questions

Learn everything you need to know to use airSlate SignNow eSignatures like a pro.

How do you make a document that has an electronic signature?

How do you make this information that was not in a digital format a computer-readable document for the user? " "So the question is not only how can you get to an individual from an individual, but how can you get to an individual with a group of individuals. How do you get from one location and say let's go to this location and say let's go to that location. How do you get from, you know, some of the more traditional forms of information that you are used to seeing in a document or other forms. The ability to do that in a digital medium has been a huge challenge. I think we've done it, but there's some work that we have to do on the security side of that. And of course, there's the question of how do you protect it from being read by people that you're not intending to be able to actually read it? " When asked to describe what he means by a "user-centric" approach to security, Bensley responds that "you're still in a situation where you are still talking about a lot of the security that is done by individuals, but we've done a very good job of making it a user-centric process. You're not going to be able to create a document or something on your own that you can give to an individual. You can't just open and copy over and then give it to somebody else. You still have to do the work of the document being created in the first place and the work of the document being delivered in a secure manner."

How do i electronically sign a pdf file?

It should be straightforward with to convert your pdf and open it in Microsoft Word or another word processor. But if you have a pdf reader that isn't (such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader and the free LibreOffice Writer) then you have two options: You can download or use an online converter (the one above, or one in particular) to get the text in the pdf you are interested in, and save the text in an .ods file, then use the open source reader that you want. You can download the free software from the link below (just click download from the top menu). If you have a pdf reader that isn't and you are using the free programs that let you import a text file into an editor, open source reader is probably good enough to read the text in the pdf you want, and export it to .ods. (The free reader I'm using in this example is a free version from the OpenDocument Foundation.) To use the online converter, download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (you can download it from Adobe's website, the links above or the links above the Adobe Download site if it isn't in your browser). Then, install Adobe Acrobat Reader or another free reader, and when its done installing, go to the converter's site and pick the version of Adobe Reader you want, and the version of the file you want to read in. Once downloaded the converter will have a .exe (it's an application) and a .acr file (also an application) to run. Click on the links, install the program, then run the program that was downloaded to...

How do you sign documents?

How do you get people to sign contracts? " "But there were some very basic things I knew, and I didn't need to go to college or anything like that." "I don't think it's a good idea for us to keep asking you for details that you already have." "No, of course not." "Then we have to make an agreement that no one will ever be able to come back to us and find out about your past mistakes." "And I won't tell you the details of my mistakes, because then you might be upset with me? " She sighed. "I'm sorry." "I'll never complain about your service again." "But I have to know. Why did I end up here? Was it because of the fact that I was bad at my job? " "I'm sorry, but I don't know. I'm a lawyer. My job is figuring out if you're telling the truth." She shook her head. "You really are the best lawyer I've ever had in my life, and I hope you're not trying to kill me because I asked stupid questions." "I'll never be able to help you like that again. If we need you, it'll just be me and that lawyer." "I'm not going to be here forever." "I know. I know." "And there's one part that I know, too, that doesn't make any sense at all." "And that's because I'm a ghost? " "Yes." Her smile fell. "Well, we'll see about that." She sighed again, then leaned back and fell asleep. She woke up some hours later and looked at herself in the mirror. She had a strange bruise on her left cheek where she'd bitten someone. And she looked even stranger because it looked like all the teeth were...
