this part which starts with employer registration number again this applies only for self-employed people so make sure you have all of them click on continue read it if you agree scroll down read it click on agree button right here since March 30 is I didn't work any days I gonna choose 0 since I didn't work of course my cross is less than five hundred four dollars which is zero so the last day the last day I worked it was on March 21st you put yours whatever it is and yes I'm filing because I'm staying home because of covert nineteen yes we're gonna put yes here do you live in New York answered no on on the number one right here and we need to answer for the 1a because it's asking us did you earn more than five thousand forty dollars go for yes if you did of course and so check everything and go for click continue right here so in this part the neck question number seven it's saying you must be prepared to start employment immediately and be physically and mentally capable I'll go for yes let me make it short answer rest of these questions and all those you can compare to mine once you're done click to continue right here for this part we need to check our self-employed all of this information based on self-employed guidance and again you can compare to mine so right here you're going to put the first day of your work when you started and here approximately you'll
