I know this sounds strange, but I was trying something that I found on an article at webmasterworld on how to make that work. It looked pretty complicated to me so I tried it. This turned out to be a good method for managing email address and custom URL. Here's how I did it : Go to in your web browser and navigate to your account. Go to the page called Sign Up at the top of the page and fill in a Username and Password. The page gives you a form to fill out with your custom email address. Then enter the webportal form and click on the sign up button. You will get a confirmation message saying you've done it. Now go to the URL at the bottom of the website and type in the email address you got from the web portal and click on the button that says "create a webportal". That's it!
