Not Pipedrive but we have quite a similar CRM at Sellsy.We have clients using AS/400s.What we do in this case is that we have the AS/400 data uploaded to a FTP folder every night and get processed to Sellsy through our API.This way, users get the right prices/inventory setup in Sellsy every morning.But this is one way only: AS400 updates Sellsy, not the other way around.I guess it’s also doable, we were simply not asked to.

Lately, finding email addresses has been essentially my full-time job.  I have some new consulting services that I'm pitching to hotel companies, so there is a very specific person within each company that I target for a cold email (which hopefully turns into a phone call).My process is to take a published list of hotel companies and search them online.  Often, the name of the person I want to signNow is listed on the website, so that's where I get the name.  If I'm lucky, there is an email address listed as well - but that only happens about 30% of the time.Once I have the name, I look the person up on LinkedIn.  Again, with luck, the email address may be listed there in one of three places: When you click on the contact info button at the top of the profile.  My success rate with this has been very low - maybe 5%?In the summary at the top of the profile - sometimes people will type it in as part of their summary.  Very low success rate.At the bottom of the profile where it says "Advice for contacting so-and-so."  Extremely low success rate.I have another purpose for looking at the LinkedIn profile (getting to know the prospect, seeing if we have mutual friends, etc.), so I still go through this step even though it's not hugely successful.Until recently, I followed the LinkedIn step by randomly searching online, using a service called VoilaNorbert (actually pretty good but not free), guessing, etc.  With a lot of trial and error, I finally hit on a search query that is giving me 75% or better success rate.In Google, I search email[space][atsign][domainname][dotcom].  Google always tries to take me to the main website, but when I say "no, thanks," I get a list of pages and text teasers.  By quickly scrolling through these, I can most of the time figure out the standard for an email at that domain, one of these:firstname.lastname [at][domain]firstinitiallastname [at][domain]firstname_lastname [at][domain]Etc. through all the variationsNote that I'm not looking for the specific person's email address, but rather the style in which email addresses are set up for that domain.This may be old news, but man, I searched through so many articles about how to find email addresses, and this particular method never came up - maybe I overlooked it.  This works most of the time and has shortened the research portion of my prospecting!
