Rivkin welcome here with so many people we have to send I'm sorry first a turkey so and I also would like to announce from the Latvian hydrogen Association I was starring coughs his chairman of the board is the famous Turkish good to have you here so and devote yeah and of course we start of course we would like to have you here among us during the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding it's about the production of green hydrogen so who gentlemen would like to have the word first of you this is after would you please start with your word dear ladies and gentlemen gentlemen is a great honor to speak in such honorable audience you know that Ukraine passed very hard way after the revolution of dignity and in front of our society and our government they were very big challenges and among them one of the major challenge was to make our economy energy it and you know that in 2014 we our government made all our best to reduce the natural gas consumption and substitute it according to our results we have managed to reduce their natural gas consumption by such categories as of consumers like district heating companies population and budget sphere six billion cubic meters natural gas annually in 2014 our consumption was 24 billion cubic meters of natural gas by these three category of consumers in 2018 we consumed only 18 billion cubic meters of natural gas and our aim is to really to make the reduction further hydrogen we consider as one of them very important area of our work and collaboration between Ukraine's government Parliament and German official officials and we hope that having a very big dynamic of installing renewable energy capacity hydrogen will contribute to the balancing and when current contribute to export of from Ukraine through our pipeline in the nearest future you must know that starting from 2015 our new legislation I gave to gave additional incentives for our investors to invest in renewable electricity capacities for example this quarter of 2019 gave additional capacities in renewable electricity up to 850 850 megawatt of new installed capacity from 2015 we received more than 2000 megawatts of installed capacity wind solar biomass biogas so more than 2 billion euro invested in renewables from 2015 renewables electricity so we hope that our business and our government will contribute to increase this dynamic and to make it more sustainable that's why we want to amend our legislation and this is the initiator the initiative from our Parliament and mr. Dombrowski and the Member of Parliament will talk about our amendments to new legislation in terms of auctions and as for the hydrogen we will initiate a program government program for implementing some kind like incentives for business to invest in hydrogen and we will initiate potential collaboration between Ukraine's government energy efficiency agency of Ukraine and Dana with mr.
