all right we're gonna set up a basic Arizona LLC we're gonna be doing it online through the lead Corp that AZ CCO /e filing pretty basic I mean if you type in how to start an LLC in Arizona you'll probably come across you Corp DCC gov that's where you're gonna do it you'll see it's these five basic steps right here it takes about five to ten minutes now let's look over the information you're gonna need so I'm going to pull up the actual UM sheets that you would fill out to mail in so you don't have to fill out these sheets while I'm showing you you're gonna fill it out online right here okay but I'm just going to show you the sheets so you can see what information you don't want to have handy when you're setting it up online so these are the actual sheets you'd fill out and mail and so but first you use the cover sheet and remember don't we're not filling this in right now but you don't want to look at all this and make sure you know you're gonna you're gonna need your name address what you want your business then to be you're gonna want to make sure that it's available you know what you can do at Ecorazzi C Drive also so just look out some of the basic forms here so the first reason to cover sheet you're gonna want to and see if it's a new entity which this video is pretty much for new small LLC's if you have anything advanced you don't want to give it a lawyer if you have you know multiple multiple parties with multiple different percentages and you know some we're gonna managing the whole corporation then get a lawyer if you're just setting up one for yourself or one for you and your wives or one for you and one partner then you can set up a basic member managed LLC it's really easy so just know what you want to do if you want to expedite it's thirty five dollars extra that'll make it happen you know we're talking about a week or two instead of you know a month or six weeks I'll usually just tell you extra thirty five those eighty five dollars total is not too much okay you know might have a credit card to make came at the end um you can pick up your packet either email or regular mail usually a PM does click mail me my copy takes about a week and then from there I'll set up the things I have to do afterwards which I showed you so just have this information ready your contact information basic stuff articles of organization are going to fill out too so we're to run oath LLC your professional this is for a basic I'll see so obvious Co LLC put a mainstreaming statutory agent can be you or it can be you know a separate company if you want a lot more privacy you can go through statutory agent if you're you know you can use a private mailing address this has no P o box but if you have like a mailbox at UPS store or something that that counts to the street address so you can do it like that uh you know you can rent one of those for like twenty bucks a month so that's another option also you have four if you don't want to mail the stuff to your house or if you don't want your address to be listed your home address because this is going to be public records so your address will be you know will be available if that's an issue for you okay I know one place of businesses so to speak you're either your home address or your mailbox that you set up all your business address duration if you're going to be keeping it for awhile just click perpetual it's a short-term thing then you can put the information in their manager manage to remember manage like I said for just a small basic thing I just go with member managed it requires less you know details and paperwork and basically it's just whoever the members are you know have a say over that and it really just leaves it upstair so you're gonna need to put the organizer your your information what we're setting it off of stuffs like then it you'll have one of these things to fill out either the member structure or the manager structure you don't need both just whichever one you're gonna be doing so for this example you know you might just using the member structure I don't know who's gonna be on the just more than one just fill out more than one and add each member here the statutory a acceptance if you have a statutory agent you can fill this out otherwise you just be putting your own information on there and so once you have all the information handy basically it's just your business name you want address you know your information so it should be pretty easy stuff to come up with and then you'll fill out these five steps we'll run through it real quick just so we can see see what it looks like so well the person assigning the articles of organization be natives at the agent yes so put in your name your information here you're interested type LLC the address you're going to be using how long you want to set up for perpetual running next let's see it just takes you right down this list it's really really easy remember managed name the members if you need to add another member just click here and add another number go next okay you're gonna verify the information okay what I want typing and assign it and your pickup type I'll usually just get mailed to me takes about a week maybe two weeks the most and your total price is going to be I'll expedite the $35 regular $85 if there's no rush you don't even have to pay the expat fee so just be fifty bucks so click pay and you will be done now once you get it in the mail the paperwork you're gonna want to do a few more things first thing is you're required to make a notice of your new formation in a local newspaper so the link will be on the on the site where the video is also so you can go there but you can also just go here or type in you know where the file my notice or publication so it's pretty easy to find but here's a URL up here if you want to look and you'll pick your county I recently set one up at Arizona Capital Times so here's $40 I'll put an email link on the website also so you can look at it really easy so so that's another fee gonna have 40 bucks for that I'll pub they'll publish it three times like is required so if you do that within 60 days of forming it in Arizona it's not a big deal I'll just add another $40 to the total it's gonna be and once you get your EIN I mean once you get your LLC you can set up your EIN number that's free just go to irs.gov or type in how to get my EIN number you go here apply online begin application and then just follow these five steps right here and you'll have an EIN number at about five minutes and you
