speaker today is a person with many years of experience in the financial services industry they are fun knowledgeable about this field and has positioned himself to make a lot of money with our company they are fun to be around but most importantly they wear their hair their heart on their sleeves because they enjoy helping people and has dedicated himself to helping others achieve their financial goals and dreams we hope that you will leave here better educated and more informed than when you first arrived I'm honored to introduce to the call Kyle salon thank you so much and welcome living in a time where we're in a multi trillion 60-plus trillions dollars of the financial service industry okay and residual income this is something where you do one time but have an opportunity get paid for a lifetime think of mail box income no experience required that's one of the beauties of this business ladies and gentlemen and the fact that the white collar the blue collar the no collar everybody's welcome if you have a PhD public high school diploma you know you can be a part of this incredible business and have success you don't even need that in words of inspiration you can Joe Rivas Thank You Kyle let's go ahead guys I'm so excited to be here to explain the compensation plan for you for exert us and I want you guys to think of one thing I really want you to ask your question right now ask yourself this question how much am I really worth hourly how much am I really worth monthly what about yearly what's the lifestyle you deserve not that you want there's a difference between want and desert what's the lifestyle that you deserve and this is why I want to show you our compensation plan because whatever that is that you deserve you can get here a Texas and this compensation plan allows you to do something that most of us have long stopped doing which is dream big again and I'm letting you know guys we have the tools in place the products in place the company's in place we have the structure the platform all of that in place for you to be an entrepreneur and come in and do what you do best and take advantage of what our compensation plan can give you so that you can get the kind of income that you deserve that you dream about and then dream bigger that's what I love about what we're doing now some of the ways that we generate business and how personal contracts start at 60 and go as high as a hundred and twenty percent these contracts are some of the highest in the industry guys because we believe that our agents need to come in and make full-time now you're helping two clients a week so you went from one client a week to now two clients a week and that's full-time with us well it's because of the pain and you help the average client do $200 a month same exact formula now at eighty four eighty percent contract national director this is the possibility of your income sixteen thousand 640 but again I ask you what if it was only ten thousand what if his only eight thousand you're still the top 10% of earning people in America at ten thousand and above guys this is a way for you to get out of the rat race to get out of living paycheck-to-paycheck pain last month with this much money and always be behind this is a way to do it right here become a National Director with us and these are some of the other parts that happen you become an agency builder imagine helping ten people that you know or just met come in and do the same thing there that you are doing part time and they're making a great income for themselves part time and those ten only help one client a week that's 40 clients a month guys that's not a lot of clients in our industry but because you did that you get a 20 percent override on what they do this is your monthly passive income not because you're making money off of people because you taught people how to make money that's a difference guys you earn every piece of this because you're going to be training you're going to be teaching you're gonna be learning exactly what you did you're gonna share that's duplication just imagine that's just ten what if you had 20 what if you had 30 what if you had a hundred there are people that have a hundred right now that do this in our industry guys but one of the other reasons why you want to become a national director remember I talked about perks this is one of the perks this is a car allowance that you get because you're hitting your numbers every single month you will get anywhere between 500 and 600 dollars extra bonus over and above what you've made on your commission from the company to say thank you for doing what you're doing for the company guys when's the last time your boss said hey here's an extra $500 bonus this month I'll help you pay for your car payment because you worked so hard for me this month I would I would say never but here that's what you're able to earn see we believe in rewarding our agents for doing what they do best which is take care of their families and do grades so we're gonna reward you for that - there's other ways to be rewarded the extra perks we have travel imagine being able to win a trip or are qualify for all expenses paid around the world that's our industry our industry allows you to go do that all expenses paid to Ireland in 2021 can you imagine that you and your family there in Ireland that's exactly what we do we also have other ways of recognizing you for doing great here's one where you hit fifty thousand in commissions in the year you will receive this watch that is a beautiful X watch now if you do it in a month two months three months hey you can have it then - it's just a platform where you hit fifty thousand room you get the watch then we have the championship ring the X ring that's a hundred thousand or more guys we just want to recognize you for the great work that you're doing with us but the real reason why you want to be a national director the real reason why you want to be an exert us and a ground-floor opportunity and the way we're scaling across that map with the X is all over guys because right now it's like the wild wild west was back in want you to imagine this I want you to look and say oh my god if I can build a business in here and I can grow and you start Ernie equity points from day one from day one there's no level to qualify you start earning points from day one guys think about this close your eyes and think about when we sell for a half a billion when we sell for a billion that's a half a billion dollars or two hundred fifty million dollars it's going to be shared with the field how much of that do you want in your hand look at the check that you're going to get from exertive because you were part of this field in Dream is enjoying family time and I know there's a lot of you right now they're saying I wish I had more time to do things with my kids I wish I had more time to visit my parents I wish I had more time to visit brothers siblings uncles aunts you know you are saying that I understand that this is a chance for you to go get there that's the new American dream now when we talk about The X Factor guys we talk about a lot of things and I'll tell you our training system X Factor our marketing brand X Factor our marketing team X Factor but when we talk about a person we want to know do you have the X Factor do you have what it takes to be a part of exertive do you have the character do you have the ethics are you committed to excellence for yourself are you coachable teachable willing to do whatever it takes learn from a mentor can you focus can you focus for the next three to five years to give that all you got to write that check for yourself do you have the team mindset where you can
