How to sign something on a pdf?

How do I send a file to someone or make an appointment on file? How do I make a copy of an image I've made? I've been looking at Google for a while and have found many articles from the early days of Google+, but it seems a bit dated. So I've searched all over, and I've tried every site that has a search function and I've found very little information on how to do anything. To put it simply, the exhibition is meant to show how art and design evolve as they evolve with technology, and this is a good thing, according to project director Martijn van Vugt. In the past, he says, design has been a "time-consuming activity." But with new technologies, designers are able now to make things much faster and cheaper. It's also a good thing because of the way this new design is able to create a new environment, he says. For example, an artist might use 3D technology to make a sculpture, but in the same way as in the past, they might have to use a model to create their artwork. "When you put a computer chip on the wall, it doesn't matter if the piece is made of a metal or something that is plastic or cardboard. We are able to change the material and even add a 3D surface to create the artwork." He says this allows for the creative potential to expand. The exhibition was organized by Brugge Museum and is part of a larger research project, "Art, Design with the Future in Mind" organized by a partnership between Brugge University and Brugge's School for Advanced Technologies. It is the first exhibition that focuses...
