I would say this:
The first step here is that you should first of all print out and save a copy of this paper on a laser printer so that the signature you are going to use is not copied. If you need to do that, you can easily do it at home, or at a local office printer. You want to get a copy of the official letter that you are going to fill. Now if you need to get something done on the computer or laptop, you should make sure that the laser printer is ready. The laser printer requires a battery in order to work.
