In most cases the signed pdf file should show up in your mail, if for some reason it doesn't you can always send me a note to let me know. To get started just go to File > New, choose file and then choose Adobe Acrobat Reader. Choose the PDF format from the menu and click Next. In the Reader preferences set the font size as large as you can and set font style to small bold. In the Document Type drop down menu choose "Word" and select all the text on the page.
