I have the same problem as you. I can't get a pdf to do that. I'm using windows 7 and have tried everything, even the Adobe Creative Cloud. I've read through several posts about how it's not an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud, and it doesn't work on Photoshop or Illustrator. The way I read it, you need to have a signed version of the PDF you will be printing. And they don't print signed versions of PDFs, even if you buy the Adobe bundle. I'm trying to understand why it's not an issue with Photoshop/Illustrator, and I can't find a solution. I have an older version of Adobe CC, but I'm not sure if it will help. I'm going to contact Adobe about this, because they should have a solution for this.I'm pretty sure the answer is that Adobe doesn't do pdfs with signed versions anymore. But it might be they don't offer them in some places. Maybe if you are able to do the signing process from within Photoshop, I can upload the pdf to Adobe for printing.
