I think you would need to use some other signature software to do that with the PDF. I do the same thing: I use a PDF reader and the signature of one of the files that I have in the PDF (that I am not saving) looks the same as it does when it is saved. That is, it is not the same signature, so I think I cannot do the signature thing in the same way. That is exactly what I did in the past (with a PDF reader, the signer looks exactly the same as when it is saved), but I had that problem with Word when I was using LibreOffice (a reader of sorts for word processors). I will ask around the office about it, but I think it is likely that the solution I have found for PDF is not the solution you will find. Cheers. If you are on an Exchange server, you have to use the Remote Access wizard to make the connection to the server and get it to start the transfer process in that direction before you try to get the transfer moving in that direction.
