hi everyone my name is Elena Valentine and I'm the CEO skill scout and for those of you who don't know what we do here at the skill Scout we are helping companies large and small communicate their jobs and company culture through video as a way to attract and hire talent to their organizations but what I'm here to share with you today there are some exciting dynamic job recruitment templates and we created this with the nod to those recruiters who get video right and they want to promote video but maybe their company isn't there yet or maybe they don't have the budget but yet you're still tasked to promote your jobs in a more dynamic way and so we wanted to share something that was kind of in the in between that was a nod to simplicity and to design so one quick caveat this is not to replace your internal job description which I know certainly has to be very lengthy and detailed but rather than thinking about how you display this information in your ad so this is what these templates are about so the first thing I said was about simplicity it's keeping the text short keeping it broken up so that the candidates really have this opportunity to move across the page on what's the most important but that also means that there's some focus here so rather than on the 8 core responsibilities how might we think about the top three of the skills they would master or the responsibilities it's also thinking about sharing what success looks like so what are some of those outcomes performance-based where candidates can see what they would be expected to to have achieved in a period the other thing is helping candidates understand how this role or your company might make them more awesome so for looking at the headline text being able to create something to draw their attention in the other thing that we have also inserted here because that's what we believe in is inserting an action photo for the second template this is also a nod to how I how might we start including employee voices with a photo in a quote box another idea this has us thinking about is how might this job ad look if it was told to the employee voice so maybe we put together a template for those who want to kick their job ads up a notch by sharing a day-in-the-life anyways I hope this is a helpful tool and we want to learn more about what else we could create that would be helpful to you so get back in touch with us we can't wait to see how you use it and more importantly how you modify it to make it your own thanks again
