the list of central bank's developing CBD C's or central bank digital currencies as they are more commonly known continues to grow according to research from the bloc of the 60 central bank's analyzed 18 have publicly acknowledged the development and/or launch of their own central bank digital currency or CBD C the most popular platform used by these central banks appears to be our threes Korda enterprise ledger from our list at least four countries and central banks have issued and launched their own digital currencies the remaining 14 are either developing these currencies or launching pilot programs with a third-party blockchain software providers the block did not include central banks that have announced they are thinking about issuing digital currencies or researching them now like I say many times in my videos guys the average lifespan of a fiat currency is approximately 27 years according to another article that I did a video on previously so if you just search like Fiat lifespan you should be able to see that on my channel a lot of people like tend to lose sight especially in the United States that like currency doesn't last forever I mean even people in Europe understand this concept because of the Euro but in the United States specifically we just fail to realize this a lot of people I talked to say oh no the dollar will reign supreme forever the dollars the strong has ever been the dollar has no inflation money printing has always occurred debt it doesn't relate to how the dollar is viewed in the world etc are like things that I'm just like are like factually speaking that's not true right we know that the US has gone into debt a little bit more than 1.2 trillion dollars since last and uh velocities actually it's one year so December 27th of last year the debt was 21 trillion 900 billion and now we're out 23 trillion 156 billion and the dollar supply added is 1.6 trillion dollars in the last 12 months and this is a rolling 12 month period it just keeps happening so all sorry about that all of these banks are either creating or actually launched their own central bank currencies so announced in 2015 Central Bank of Tunisia launched their Eden our Central Bank of West African states in 2016 announced that they were gonna be creating their own currency and they did Central Bank of Venezuela we know that launch also the Central Bank of Uruguay and keep in mind Uruguay is fairly progressive in a lot of the things that they do from a nation perspective maybe I'll do a video on that in the future so that's for and then you guys can see Corte is being used by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as well as Bank of Thailand as well as European Central Bank as well as ripple we know ripple is partnered with Korda so this is very Venezuela China right the country missing is the US and the US did say that they were gonna be looking at an occurrence E but that probably wouldn't come till at least 2025 if not further we're gonna get to Libra in actually let's just start it out with Libra next up Facebook's Libra has failed in its current form according to the Swiss president Facebook's Libra project has failed in its current form and needs reworking to be approved so the president of Switzerland where the cryptocurrency is seeking regulatory Sen he said quote I don't think Libra has a chance in its current form because central banks will not accept a basket of currencies under pinning it and quote that was uh Lee Mora who's Switzerland finance minister and outgoing president and he told a Swiss broadcaster that the project in this forum has thus failed he added in an interview Libra did not immediately respond to requests for comment now I don't know how much this has to do with the US you know worried about Libra and what it can do to the dollar I don't know if this was any pressure that was put on and again this is all speculation I don't know whether there was any pressure put on Switzerland by the u.s. to you know squash libras plan because I I truly believe that the dollar is in a very precarious situation right now and I think that the US government knows this at least like the Treasury secretary the president the Federal Reserve Chairman like these guys know that the dollars days are numbered I think that they're just trying to prolong all of this right how long this debt is gonna last how long is bull run is gonna last how long this they're gonna keep printing trillions of dollars this is the first time in history guys that we have surpassed money printing in the trillions in the last rolling 12 month period this was about half of this at the beginning of the year you guys can pull up my videos from January of this year and you should be able to see it I used usually put the US debt clock up at the end of my videos and you guys can see would be able to see that this was at six hundred fifty billion dollars at the beginning of January of 2019 and now it's almost double that they're scared of Libra look at how many banks are getting involved guys like times change and this is something that we all have to realize times change like think about the TV that you watch when you were a child it was probably one of those large tube TVs and think about where we are now where you can literally hold your cell phone and just watch TV from there you know technology advances at very very rapid pace is usually outpacing what people can you know take in all at once that's why a lot of times a lot of new technologies there's a transition period to getting people on board with it because even the internet people were like what is the internet and it's the Internet work why do I need the internet why am I gonna pay to have access to the Internet why am I gonna pay AOL to have internet why do we all need computers right to now literally it is almost basically a it's not a right yet right there may be a day where technology access is a right but right now just having it is almost like you need it right homeless people on the streets have cell phones right they have access to the Internet rich people have access to the Internet poor people have access to the Internet men women people from all different backgrounds right at least in like the US and Europe but you know I think a lot of times we live in our own reality and it become so normalized right that if you just say to somebody in the United States hey do you think that the US dollar can be overtaken like people's their mindset is stuck from like 20 years ago 30 40 years ago you know I even I even talked to some baby boomers that still talk like they just learned something yesterday in high school they're like well when I was in school this is what we were we were taught and I'm like you were in high school like forty to fifty years ago like and this is still ingrained in your in your mind and this is where you know especially for new type of things like crypto currencies and new type of currency and digital currency a lot of people are in these situations where they're just kind of living you know I remember when you know we had the September 11th attacks like people in the United States I was very very young at the time right but a lot of people were like oh my god I can't believe that happened and people in other countries were like you guys in the u.s. like acted like you guys were better than everybody in the world for so long and just continued that like you don't think that people are going to pushback right obviously that's not the way that people should push back right but like we have to take a step outside of our reality and say there is life outside of the United States there's life outside of Los Angeles or Kentucky or Mississippi or Minnesota or New York or you know Florida or even Puerto Rico or Hawaii there's like different worlds outside of these places and keep in mind a lot of people in the United States have never left their state I know people who have never seen the ocean I know people who have never left the city of Manhattan maybe like two like Staten Island or something like that but there are some people that I know that they've never left the state of that they you know that they live in and you know although that could be you know just a product of their environment it's also really it doesn't give someone the ability to see different ways of life and see different mindsets you know this is why in my view we hear about coal miners like oh well we got to get the coal miners their jobs back it's like you know these coal miners have just been doing that job their whole life there's probably not that many other jobs in the town that they live in so this is not the only thing that they could possibly do in their life and we don't have to keep these jobs going just because they need a job they have to think outside of what they know to do something else you know we're gonna see this in many industries that are gonna be automated coming soon right restaurants retail delivery services these type of things are all gonna be automated and we're gonna have to innovate around that so anyway let me know your thoughts on Libre and central bank's I I think that there's a lot happening I think that there's a lot of people specifically in the United States but also probably places in Europe but probably more in the u.s. that are too completely oblivious to a lot of these things that are happening in the world of finance and you know for me I like to stay very up-to-date and know what's going on and that's why I started this channel and that's why I talk about everything because seeing a perspective outside of from a you know outside of whatever your bubble is whether it's your city your state your country your town it's very very eye-opening and what is happening I think that there's been some pressure put on Switzerland to squash Libra that's at least what it seems like let me know your thoughts on that next up Google suspends meta mask from its Play Store citing deceptive services guys there is a purge going on on cryptocurrency content throughout the Google ecosystem I believe that there has been some type of algorithm change from Google Google does this on the regular they change their algorithms regularly a lot of times we don't even realize that it's happening but YouTube owns is owned by Google and a few guys are not aware at Google and YouTube just removed at least 20 channels contents and gave them strikes over the past week right before Christmas that has since from my understanding being rectified on almost all the channels by YouTube saying that it was a mistake but not giving any reasons as to why those things occurred and then simultaneously Google is suspending meta mask google has been aetherium wallet and decentralized app browser meta mask android client from its Play Store the meta mask team took to Twitter on December 2 6 where they announced that Google has suspended madam asked android client from the Google play's app store claiming meta mask was in violation of Google's financial services policies Google reportedly cited their policy prohibiting crypto mining on mobile devices the meta mask team attempted to appeal Google's decision to the ban meta mask from its App Store to no avail as Google promptly rejected the appeal meta Masco lead developer dan Findlay told coin telegraphed quote I am very much hope this that this was an honest mistake on the part of Google reviewers but in combination with all the crypto YouTube bans it definitely puts me at disease about how Google is engaging with decentralizing technologies if people accept this behavior from a mobile monopoly like Google we may not deserve something better end quote and the other thing I forgot who wrote it somebody wrote it on Twitter and basically what they said was if Google is able to manipulate our realities from something as simple as banning a YouTube video or banning a App Store program that allows you no interaction with crypto currencies what else are they manipulating from our reality that we don't even know and this goes back into the question that I was just talking about right if we are in our bubble and our bubble right now and this is all individual our individual bubbles are becoming more and more siloed because of Technology and because of the you know like when you go on your cell phone and you're getting targeted with specific ads those ads are targeted at you so if I went on Satguru night X in meta mask right crypto visors meta mask results on Google will be different than yours most likely maybe not in the first page but usually it targets you differently same thing with advertising same thing with social media posting etc etc so what I am seeing and taking in from a new cycle and from social media is much different than you are taking in because you're being targeted with different posts and this goes into if we are not allowed to see crypto videos and this is happening behind the scenes we are not allowed to access crypto apps like this from Google what else are they manipulating that we don't even know that we're not even aware of right over the past several days Google own video giant YouTube had removed videos from the accounts of several crypto related content creators today however which was yesterday I believe YouTube representatives have claimed that the removals were done in error and some content has started to be restored nonetheless the unilateral nature by which YouTube videos were removed and then reinstated has led many content creators to begin exploring migrating to decentralized video hosting alternatives they are literally pushing all of us away from their technology while thinking they are going I mean in my view it all comes down to control right and these are a few people at Google a few people at Amazon a few people at Apple and they make the decisions for the entire ecosystem imagine that guys and don't give me the nonsense that Google has come mateys and they have approval processes that's all bs guys at Google there are like five or six top executives I would say less than 20 top executives then make final decisions on how things go number one for google number two for YouTube and all their other subsidiaries and I find it scary I find it mildly offensive that we in the United States have allowed this to occur and have accepted this I think a lot of it is that a lot of people don't even realize how much Google actually and not just Google but all the large tech companies actually alter what our reality is because like I said the reality is not the same for everyone right I get it they may want to adjust a few things but if somebody didn't even know that Google was doing this they would never even know about metamath never know about etherium and never know that they were on Google at one point and Google just blanket ban them it's very very interesting to think about but it's very very scary at the same time because big tech continues to test the waters I believe that the Google doing this as well as the crypto YouTube are bad at the same time was dipping their toes in the water to see if they would be able to get away with it because I've seen this happen with YouTube before and I just think that the crypto community because we are so fairly small I should say compared to you know other communities out there and stuff like that I think that we were able to as a whole right the whole community was able to come together and really address this head-on the other thing is a lot of us on YouTube cover news and you know the happenings in the crypto space which we follow a lot of news agencies like coin Telegraph like the block like coin desk and although they don't need us right they supp rt us because we also support them and a lot of these what do you call it like news agencies did stories within 24 hours of finding out this happened and made the like headlines pretty aggressive against YouTube so I don't know that a lot of the youtubers would have gotten their channels back had the community not kind of come together and said this is not acceptable so it's really cool to hear and think that we as a crypto community all over have some poll and some power and some say in what actually
