I would now like to walk you through the process to register a new business in the state of Nevada under the new business header I will select the link titled start your business I am now presented with a screen that allows me to select one of six high-level business structures if I select a general partner ship you will see only one substructure option which is a business license general partnership NRS 76 if I select the option to obtain the state business license for a non qualified foreign corporation once again only one substructure option for a business license other NRS 76 appears selecting the option to qualify a non Nevada entity to do business in Nevada a foreign LLC or a foreign corporation or other now present you with eight sub structure filing types if I select the option to start a Nevada business LLC or a corporation I am now presented with twelve sub structure options if I select the option to start a non-profit a non-profit corporation or other you will see six specific options so you can see silver foam now allows for many more business entity filing types as well as new non business entity filing types for the purpose of this demonstration we will select the simple sole proprietorship which again only presents me with a single option business license sole proprietor NRS 76 by selecting that and clicking the next button I will be taken to the start of the silver floom checklist you can see the first step of the process is the state business license application after I select the green start button I will be taken to the start of the online
