Jade everyone being here know a lot of their faces investors so thank you so much for your support my few 33 industries we went public in June of 17 a couple years ago we have our base of operations in Nevada in Las Vegas it's an incredible market we get 40 million visitors a year in in Vegas and so it was a great place to really launch and we did it in two aspects of the company one was a hemp based CBD brand by the name of can ahem and the other was a marijuana based company called alternative medicine Association and that's what we went public with we have over 250 SKUs so when I tell you brands are everything to us they absolutely are we have partnered with some of the most prestigious brand names in the industry like DNA genetics Gotti's gold corrupt moonrocks jack hair blonde birdhouse skateboards we just did a deal with Tony Hawk you know I played his video game relentlessly as a kid so well know what where's our tech guy yeah we just released our q4 numbers so first year 2018 we did twelve point six million our second year we did 18 million now that growth rate is about 43 percent year-over-year what's what I want you to know is that is done on no murders no acquisitions no new buildings this is pure growth from a company this is us executing in our space as professionals we've got kind of everything from cultivation extraction we do white label manufacturing we've got a number of CBD brands our distribution for our CBD products is across 46 states over 800 retailers all those 800 retailers about 400 of them are actually dispensaries in 12 different states so we have a very significant presence in the medical and recreational marijuana markets across the u.s. our e-commerce platform does a significant amount of revenue for us for CVD products however we are kind of staying away from the traditional brick-and-mortar we absolutely love them huge business with all of our our partners but it's not an area of the business that we feel that we need to be in right now to date our financing has been 35 million I'll give you some numbers this is pretty impressive so 35 million today in financing we have with that we've built over sixty million dollars in assets our revenue last year was 18 million and I have over 18 million in the bank so we're in a really good position we're sustainable or the next big thing this is not a startup or a stock play this is a real company that's actually doing real things so brands brands brands our house brands alternate alternative medicine Association AMA products there are 66 dispensaries in Nevada we sell into every single one of them there is not one that we do not own a shell space in we are the premier provider of branded goods in the state of Nevada we make everything we have the IP and knowledge to do every type of extraction every type of a product you can imagine like these diamonds this is 99.9 percent pure THC a particle the size of a grain of salt is equivalent to one joint of marijuana they are extremely powerful trained opponent and just like diamonds in nature it takes time and pressure to build them so we've got some really good really incredible IEP behind us for our brands like I discuss we've got a number of partners these are the premier brands in the industry birdhouse skateboards we just didn't like I said with Tony Hawk DNA genetics is the premier strain and genetic profile company in cannabis corrupt moon rocks if you google world's strongest weed corrupt shows up denver dab co we just launched this brand with a company out of l.a called blond i have seen all the decks you could ever imagine in the last two years this brand is by far the next big thing like this is built by the same guys that built DBS Lakai diamond supply skateboard companies they have deep culture in the space and they built this premier brand we just launched it this week for them through our premier partner Med men we we also sell we own probably fifteen to twenty percent of all the shelf space in Planet thirteen and the source which is green growth Brands reef which is now Cresco so all the big ones one of the premier harvest is we sell more harvest locations across the u.s. than anybody because of our brands we just brought in the Jack Harris train this week too so Jack Herer is you know it's a notable name in the cannabis space you've been in it plug and play is a very young startup company that is the next big thing for pod based vaporizer systems that are magnetic in addition to those brands we do have our CBD product called canna have you can is the premier brand in CBD we also make all of our products with THC and CBD combinations to create different effects we have a number of products that do different things what we've done is we've actually isolated the individual cannabinoid compounds we've isolated the terpenes which are like the essential oils of the plants we've done the research and found out which one causes a certain effect and have grouped them together so we have products that can help you fall asleep can give you mental focus to get anti-anxiety calm you down and so on so we've got incredible IP the secret to the success of our growth has been the quality of our product by far quality will prevail in this industry it is an industry right now where anybody can put a leaf a marijuana leaf on a product and get some sales it won't always be like that that'll go away eventually and the consumer will know what products actually work what products aren't effective and then they'll choose to stand behind that brand to support that brand then we've seen that wheel ship to some remote city that we've never shipped before and then three days later about five orders pop up in that city in about ten days a little or 20 orders pop ethnicity and it's because that word of mouth which is the best marketing of any marketing campaign ever is behind the quality of our products we were the first in the skateboard scene to actually partner with a legitimate skateboard brand grizzly griptape Torey Pudwill the owner will be the US representative in the Olympics for this upcoming flipping skateboard and will be in the Olympics he's our brand ambassador behind that that took the attention of then Tony Hawk Tony he most incredible down-to-earth guy I had the opportunity to go skate his skateboard ramp with him I'm not a skateboarder and it was absolutely terrifying this guy's insane but he takes these spills in these slams and he's in his 50s and he's done using heavy medication and narcotics and he wants something natural he went out and he tried three four or five different CBD brands for six months and ours by far just stood out to him as the most potent the most effective and so we partnered with him and we'll be launching his product with him soon like I said we own the Nevada market for wholesale branded goods there's nobody that provides more our inventory room and our current facility is always empty we run our machines six days a week 16 hours a day to keep up we're maxed out so now that we own the shelf space and we own the market now we've invested in infrastructure so we just opened a 67,000 square foot state-of-the-art cultivation facility that's specifically built for Crafts style cannabis so we can demand that high dollar in Nevada what this facility does is it allows us to produce about five times the amount of products that we produce now as far as the flower side goes and as far as the biomass for our concentrates we've then taken our old facility that we used to grow and we're retrofitting it into in 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art extraction and manufacturing facility that will then allow us to continue to bring in brands continue to enhance our brands and meet the demand for the shelf space needs our processing facility that we're building it is a monster we went all out on this thing it can produce about 4,500 to 5,000 kilos of CBD isolates and distillates a month the average price is about three to four thousand a kilo to do the math of the capacity for revenue in this thing and this comes online will be done with construction by the end of the year in addition to that we'll be isolating in mass phyto cannabinoids which are your CBC CB n CB G's and a number of other ones as well as isolating terpene profiles on a mass scale this is gonna allow us to enhance our portfolio enhance our own brands take our cost in half of production I mean our our CBD product line canna hemp and that company has done 20% growth quarter-over-quarter for the last eight consecutive quarters at a twenty five percent net profit like it is a moneymaker and when this thing comes on Laura will be able to cut our cost of goods in half so we've got a lot of potential with this company in addition to bringing on the revenue from selling those concentrates of isolates and distillates to other other companies as well our current canon hem facility we just moved into a facility about three times the size that we were previously the end it's going full automated GMP standards and we'll be able to carry a manufacturer out of there about three million dollars a month in inventory I'm sure we'll be out of that in that in the next two years and need even a larger facility but it's how we went into it now California is the cannabis capital of the world it has always been and will always be currently does more Rev new for cannabis then all the states combined I have a good friend that sits on the Department of Taxation advisory board for the dispensaries they're doing about 250 million a month in sales and the state's claiming that's only about fifteen percent reported so there's still about eighty-five percent of all the sales in California on the black market but it was 90 percent a year ago so we're seeing that slow transition over we've been in the California market selling RCB products for about a year and a half but it took us a little time to find the right partner the right facility in the right location to now bring in this portfolio brands to bring in our sales expertise and again now dominate in the California market like we have done than a battle one that facility comes online the end of October so you see our cultivation we're just flipping rooms into flour for the first time that we moved into a couple months ago our new processing facilities that are coming online in the next two months California which is coming all next two months we're on an incredible ramp up for a company completely undervalued ready to go incredible investment for anybody wants to take a look we are yes yes we look love it love it so I've visited a number of LPS and I've yet to find one that kind of has their act together enough to the point where we feel comfortable bringing in our products our print our brands in our IP this the country itself hasn't allowed for edibles and the type of concentrates that we do that's coming online here in the cut in the coming months as you know and so we'll be able to then evaluate a partner who is pulling it off like I don't it's it's like I said it's like another state to us and I don't have the time and resources to come in and build it from the ground up for somebody to run I need somebody to know what they're doing and finding that right partner is a little difficult right now yeah yeah planet 13 Cresco harvest green growth brands all the major ones are where their largest distributed form yeah you walk into any dispensary and ask for us the key to our success has been the management team our president our company Esther she said right here you wanna stand up for everybody so they can see here she's the reason for our success I don't know how it works in your house but in our company I just do what she says and everything is better so she's absolutely incredible she also comes from 17 years in the cosmetic industry and has dominated the cosmetic space and sales brought that same model to the cannabis space and so we've absolutely just combined of done incredible job yeah 1933 is the year alcohol prohibition ended and so we are the end for marijuana prohibition that's a great question our CFO in our executive vice president or also you know come from fortune 500 fortune 50 companies they're knowledgeable we have an incredible team our board of directors also as much as you know we have to pay attorneys I've got a few of them on our board and CPA as well so we're very well staffed and very good knowledgeable our Chairman brain Sutton's been in the cannabis space for a long long time was initially with aurora and supreme as they first got started and has been around a long time so the thing about 933 oh i don't want you to take from this is we are professionals at executing in the marijuana space we come from marijuana we come from this this industry and we know how to make money in it we know how to do it at a very low cost and we're gonna continue the show of this industry that you don't have to spend a billion dollars to make a hundred million and so you know anybody has any questions love to take something from there Chris I have one yeah so going back to creating leading consumer brands in the industry and remember we started this that we yet we agreed right yes creating recognizable household name products is going to be key not only to the success of the leaders the industry but growing the consumer acceptance of the industry in general marketing takes money though yes generally speaking yes and marketing in a competitive environment takes even even more money what is the game plan for 1933 to continue to be a leader in developing recognizable consumer brands without getting into a marketing arms race with the rest of the company right I mean I hear some people are spending three million a month in marketing to making a million dollars like it's insane so for marketing for us is one you have to understand your consumer the cannabis consumer has changed right it our demographic is primarily 30 to 70 year old predominantly female so they don't want to have to grind up some flour load a bong and hit it that's not how they consume cannabis right so catering to what they want what their needs is absolutely essential so we we do more market research than probably anybody we know we are in the industry we are on the ground we know what consumers are asking for we know what consumers want and we know how to make products for that as far as the marketing aspect goes like I said word-of-mouth is still the best marketing today so viral yes absolutely so getting in contact with the right partners the right influencers the right people marketing is not a billboard anymore and hoping 2 to 3 percent of the people see it it's targeted direct to the consumer it's being having them being a part of your company being a part of your culture being part of your industry and that's what we're really good at yeah the safe banking act is everything for this industry our biggest amor biggest hurdles are our our financial side and we've got a lot of companies trying to pay us in checks but we can't have bank accounts because we're in the marijuana space in addition to loans and financing so it's gonna bring in allow also to bring in a little more of consumer confidence as far as the investment community comes as well as institutional investors so we saw some news come about it we're hooked if it passes the first hurdle next week and then on to the Senate so you know it comes down to money and power anytime regulation happens right so a way to track the money for tax purposes and a way to use it to gain someone's power so we see a we have an election coming up we're pretty certain that it'll happen before any within the next year or so that you know those and that can pull it off get that credit great question I think we have time for
