hi and welcome to one to three busy planning is JC I'll be your host for today's quick video we are going to be talking today a little bit about our software how it works you know why do you need one two three busy looking you do for me when it comes to helping me create the business plan for my new company so I'm going to kind of share with you some information and also take you into our system a little bit so you can get an idea how it works and some of the special features that we offer to our members the first thing I want to talk about is our membership itself our membership is actually 100% free when you become a member to 1 to 3 this plan com you have unlimited access to all of your content on any of your business plans and you can create as many business plans as you would like so you we're not going to limit you and say well as a member you can only have one unless you'll upgrade it doesn't work that way on our site our site is to provide as many free business plans as you know as many ideas as you can think of as many plans you can create the difference with us that when you become a member and you create a plan and you know let's say for example you have five plans and you decide there's one plan that really stands out that you really like it that would be the plan that you would have the option to upgrade it at the time you wanted to expand its capacity so let's talk a little bit about that I'm going to jump in I have a test page set up here and what we're going to do is when you when you first enrolled you're going to come to our dashboard page the dashboard page is going to have a real simple icon that says start here so we're trying to keep it very very easy for our users when you click on that it's going to welcome you it's also going to give you a bullet point system of just kind of what to expect by utilizing our software how it works how to get started and so I'll let you take the time on your own and when you start your first plan this will be there for you to review but let's go ahead and get started so where I'm at now is on I kind of integrated into our wizard our wizard is really an amazing piece to the puzzle because it takes this complex you know system and makes it very very simple it's one of our first simplicity you know simplistic ways of helping our users really find their way through the system so when you go here I just wanted to create a you know will create a basic plan let's create a cab company I'm going to call this a DC cata company and in here it's going to have it I have John Dell and we're going to put you know WWE BC calm and so with it here if I was to have and I don't have here will be put in Guinea but if I was to have already gone up here to my account prior to establishing my plan one option is I could I would already have a lot of this information in there so what instead of me going in and actually physically putting it in I could just click here and it would automatically populate that but I'll share with you in a little in a minute what this was your button is all about so let's put in here I'm just going to put one two three Main Street and we're going to put this here as a New York company New York New York and we're going to put in a zip code here people phone number keep it a little simple 802 zero zero one two three one two three four and then we will do an email and we're just going to do ABC come to cab company at gmail.com now it's going to ask a few questions here when you get started these are pretty important because it's going to actually populate a few features within the plan that that you're starting to create here in addition to that we also have affiliate relationships so depending on the type of industry that you're in if you need help incorporating your business if you need help finding money funding for your business this is where this auction becomes good so since we incorporated for this thing I'm going to say no so would you like to reserve your business name on here I can put yes I would it's going to ask me what I like help getting some startup funding give for my business I'm going to put yes on that and this is what you like a free LLC so we have some affiliate relationships that will help you set up your first LLC I can click here and then upon clicking save and continue this information will then go to our sponsor that is providing these services you'll receive an email from them and it's probably a phone call just talk a little bit about your business and what type of entity structure would make the most sense do you need a corporation you can ll see how should it be taxed so this gets into a little bit more of the technical side of the business there's also be the great time to have a conversation about the type of funding that you're going to need how much do you have available to start the business how much do you need array so I think all of these are really important when you get here you've got some options for an upgraded plan and I'll talk to you a second about our upgrades if you have an upgraded plan or one of our premium plans you can you know add your logo you can add pictures to the tax develop the plan which is nice but now we're being into kind of the meat and potatoes of our software here so now that we're into it obviously if we're going to say hey give us your executive summary so I'm student ready start this this new calc company and guess what I never owned a cap company before quite frankly I don't think I know anything about a cap company or what I should or shouldn't either what's going to make sense so what I might decide to do here so I'm going to click this magic wizard button and what the magic wizard button is going to do is it's going to actually just populate some starting text for me but I've got one of two options at this point I can either leave the text the way that it is here or I have the option of going in and altering this text to fit what I want it to be so sometimes you might you know say you know I kind of know what I'm looking for but I just need some help getting started so the magic wizard button is here to pull you out of just really tough situations or saying I kind of know what I need to do I just not sure you know at what point I need to make that possible how I'm going to get there so by clicking this it populates and now I have full access to change or adjust this tax put my own text whatever I feel is best for my plan I'm able to do here going through this I can actually go in and do this through all of the sections in the plan and I'm just going to do this quickly but as you can see it's going to pre-populate we have over 75 industries to choose from if you get into our software you realize you have got this really really unique idea and I don't really find an industry that you have in the software that would work just take a note that under the industry here at the very top and we started it won't let me do it now that we selected but when this drop-down first comes up there's also a generic and it's only generic to the point that it doesn't specify any particular industry what it does is it gives you when you click the wizard button it gives you instruction so versus giving you sample content content it's going to actually tell you what type of content needs to go in that and this gives you the ability to custom create and design any plan for any industry that may not be directly currently in our in our drop-down now that being said I would also like to point out that you can also send us an email at support at one to three busy playing calm and you can let us know hey you know I have this industry that you know I think the industry is pretty common I noticed it wasn't there if you let us know we're only adding new industries we're always updating content our goal is to make sure that this is the best software that we can create for for any of our users for just you know years to come so feel free to share comments things that we can do better that's what our support email is there for it's available to all of our members now going back into all I did here just to quickly recap is I just simply added in just a bunch of the content that we have already pre established within the software and so what I can do is I can save it so before I go further I want to save it because you know what I want to do one kind of look at my business plan and go you know this kind of coming out the way that I want right so here's my plan I can go through and already you can kind of see the company the business plans starting to form but we haven't gotten into the really neat stuff we've got into graphs and charts and we have an easy financial calculator things that are going to make this process so simple for you know you're gonna be able to get this done literally in a couple of hours not going to spend a day or a week or a month trying to write a business plan exactly that efficient that simple so I'm going to jump here now you'll notice at the bottom that we have our feature upgrades so if you wanted to add in the funding request or starting to add an additional now want to keep in mind that if you skipped all of this let me just jump before we talk about upgrades you'll notice that there are still open sections throughout our software these sections can still be used so by the time you go through if you did not upgrade the plan you still get a comprehensive complete plan if you want to open up additional content things that will help you better you know sell the plan sell the idea simply click on the banner and we actually give our users three different choices so currently when you come to this page you're already part of the basic package which is a member for life these programs are specific to this individual business plan so if I come back in tomorrow and I create a whole new business plan ninety seven I wanted to upgrade that I haven't even a separate feed so again the goal is to be able to come in create as many business funds as you like and pick the one and invest in the one that you love the best so in here I'm going to close this down but if I wanted to I could turn one of these or or convert this into a premium plan and that premium plan is going to now open up not only all this additional content which you'll notice here that when we get into things like financials let me just try to dive through this thing here at all share with you some of the financial information and then I'll do another video specifically about our our financial upgrade so what happens when we upgrade it what that looks like here but I'm just going through so you can see that there's a lot of areas that are still black out but even through this we make sure we put enough in here to make sure that you've got a well written plan that you can start to work with so I'm just kind of scrolling through here so this is where we start to get any heavier into the upgraded areas here's another section so even though the previous actually had a lot of these banners you'll notice that there's still some available so it's really important that you follow all the way through the wizard when you're when you're initially going through this so getting towards the end here just a few more areas here click this next now I'm into crossing into the financials so this is where I can put some base values tech need you typically don't have to touch too many of these areas here most of this is pre-populated to work we have some really good numbers in financials the way that it calculates but you might come in and notice say you know my rents are going to be a little bit lower or and everything is pretty laid out we also if you hover over the there's here you can see what's going and they're kind of what these costs are for so pre-opening telephone internet hyaline and i might be looking at landline and cell phones satellite back so obviously a bunch of different things but this is where you can come in and if you don't know my recommendation just kind of leave it blank right that's one just kind of leave it blank but again hopefully as you've seen through this it's a very very well designed site it's simple that's friendly it's not designed to put you in a position where you're not going to know what to do what the answer is and and if you ever got into a position where you're not sure what that step is I'll share with you how to get a hold of us here at the end and this could be for questions or suggestions as well but what I want to do is I want to dive in now into the financials side of it so this is all the financial sections are all upgrade version but if you wanted to add numbers meaning you've got to your plan to the point where now the time to start adding some financial figures this is where you could be able to come in and you'll and you'll have the ability to add owners so right now the defaults owner will be use the account holder you might decide that you need to add other owners that will be an available feature in there you're able to add jobs right so I may not know right as I'm starting this new cap company for example and I've never owned a cab company I might not be a hundred percent on what jobs I should be populating inside my planet right so what could I do well when I get into my premium plan I can just click my task wizard button here and it's actually going to drop and list out all of the jobs it's going to have default pay and I'll have the ability at that point to go in and make individual adjustments to each job say with the products and services I can go in and make adjustments to each of the products and services but I can populate the standard right so we have a standard relationship with all of our industries so that way if you're just not sure we can give you that starting point and then from there you can add alter change so it's just really amazing again keeping it very very simple when you're working with the software now again I come here and I have two ways that I can print this planning out we're not going to put a watermark logo on and we're not going to hold this plan hostage we want you to pregnant I want you to find a thousand business plans but this is what our basic would look like just kind of going through and now I could have this right now in showing six pages but if I wanted to by actually satin but my my spin on this company and put in things ever important to me this could end up being you know a 1215 page business plan just like me having my content but everything is well designed we put everything in the right section we base it on what we know of region is going to look for and B order they're going to want to read it so again all of this work is done for you as part of that service so I'm going to close this out I have two options here so I've come to the end of the wizard so I can either just click Next and next we're going to take me to the print plan feature so I can just go there to print it or in my preview as I've showed you now twice you notice that I have two buttons here right out of my clothes and my prayer so if I couldn't click my print button this is going to take me to the final page so on all of our free plans our standard business plan layout it's going to be basically a black and white text document if you wanted to add in if I try to click on this it'll have me upgrade to be able to add in different types or styles maybe I just don't want and we're going to be adding a lot more features to this page as well but this is where we get into the premium so for the most part this fits but if you're really looking to add some lamp to a really make it look professional especially if you maybe rings to a bank or to a tool meeting very very easy to do and also remember that when we kind of get to the point here of putting this together for example if I wanted this layout this $49 is a one-time fee so when you pay it you're not going to be asked to pay any additional money you can come in upgrade this plan you can make changes to it at any time you can print out different versions of it you can print out one in every style and layout that we have and it's all inclusive for that price so remember in our service which makes it very unique and different from everybody else as our price is specific to the plan that y u as the user the owner of that idea want to pursue if you decided it was a good idea but now that I looked at it on paper it's not really guys what I was thinking if you don't have to pursue it your zero invested into it but when you do find that idea that you are just very passionate about that fee is well lower that it's cheaper than anything you're going to find in relationship to the service that you get so that's how this works and it opens up to all these features and it gives you again lifetime access with that plan making changes of course we're always updating and dancing you'll be able to take advantage of that so that's a little bit about how our software works I did want to just very quickly take you to one last page before we sign off today and talk to you a bit about our helping and support page so obviously as a user you might come into this really brand new it happens actually a lot and you say you know I've got questions so you've got a few ways to reach out to us we've got a tech support customer support business plan questions support so it's not going to really be anything that you're going to have happen that we're not going to be more than happy yet assist you with as soon as our tech support team or depending on how those of you do a customer support it's going to go to our business planning game along with the business plan questions you're going to get us response it's all tracked through email we tracked it here within the account so as we start to go through this in this section here will be a history of all the communications that you have with our organization so like me I sometimes can't find an email that I need to find I know I have the
