alright guys Tom Kubik and president of security pact achill today's press conference it is David versus Goliath at the end of the gun state as we know it so in this little talk I guess I'm Davey gun safe industry is Goliath end of the industry as we know it it's a pretty bold statement for a small business that's almost a half a billion dollar industry so I want to take you through the process that we went through to get to make that statement push history on us I got started weapons towards 2002 working with the military 2007 I was considered one of the leading authorities a weapon storage armory design that year we patent the cradle grid technology working closely with US Army Special Forces simple two key system that secures firearms nothing that protects the firearm how secure it is a company of sports shooters hunters retired military Guardsmen got the reservists and y'all share one thing in common we're all incredibly frustrated with storage in the commercial market so we came out with about three years ago our conversion kit as our first product I got some not the end of the boot the conversion kit allows you to convert your safer cabinet to cradle grid technology our trade alert system our next thought was let's build a safe that's the big market so we started doing research on safe we even did a production run of the safe we had it here last year some of you may remember it was called a milspec now the mil spec was a commercial success however what we learned during the process I'm going through that with the safe and just doing our research got it to a point we said we're not going down this path we're not going to do this ultimate that we thought association with the safe industry would damage our brand so what do we find out there's three reasons you industry's little white line and they kind of blew it up smug about an industry's little white line is included our meeting I went back to my hotel but that really hung with industries little white lie industries lie if you've got little kids in school and the school calls and they say your son or daughter is telling little lies in the classroom and they come home from school and you ask them
