I'm going to enter the effective date that the business was started do not worry about the hour if any and Section seven this is also in applicable and you can strike it out number eight simply states that if you need to attach additional provisions for example if you had more organizers and you couldn't fit them in Section three you can attach an additional eight and a half by eleven moving down here you're going to enter the date I've put the first day of January 2012 and simply if you're a single member you'll sign on a line or if you have multiple members and organizers you each sign here We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed. The reason why we went with airSlate SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). airSlate SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.
