welcome this video shows the process to guide a recipient through electronically signing documents sent via easylink's e-signature after an easy link cesar sends the e-signature envelope the first recipient receives an email immediately with the link to begin signing if there are multiple recipients they will get their email to sign once the recipient before them finishes the process after clicking the link to begin the recipient lands on a welcome page with information about using e-signature at the agreed to terms page the recipient can preview the documents before signing click the triple bar icon to send the agent a question or to decline signing the documents most often though the recipient chooses to sign the documents by checking the box to agree to terms then they will click start signing on the assign page the recipient will be prompted to enter the information designated by the agent they'll type their printed name and click continue next the recipient is instructed to create their initials based on the type selected when the agent created the envelope either typed or by using the mouse to create their initials these typed initials are legally equivalent to applying this information with a pin on paper click continue and the recipient is guided through completing any other options set by the user once all items have been completed the document automatically fills in the appropriate fields with the information given and the signing process is complete after clicking finish the recipient lands on the done page if there are additional recipients the process repeats until everyone has finished signing then each person and the agent receives an email with the link to view download or print the documents this concludes our tutorial thanks for watching
