We use sign now for our real estate contracts and I can’t begin to tell you how many hours it saves us on every contract. What do you like best?

I'll admit, airSlate SignNow isn't perfect yet, but they have Docusign beat hands down when it comes to the control of the tag placement, the things you can do with the tags, how the tags work, the pricing per user (3x cheaper than Docusign and we get bulk upload!) and BEST OF ALL - we don't have to run our loan doc packages twice anymore, which we had to do under Docusign. Now we send the document through Drawloop, with delivery option of "email", AND at the same time, we can right click and save the package, and when we manually upload it to airSlate SignNow, it recognizes all of the tags! With Docusign we had to run the package twice: first to email it and second to send it through to Docusign because Docusign does not see the tags if it is first saved then uploaded. You have to use a template or manually place the signatures and we have 80 tags per set of loan docs! Another thing that airSlate SignNow can do is utilize tags that are already in the document, so you don't actually have to convert all of your Docusign tags to airSlate SignNow tags. Took us a while to figure that one out, but pretty nifty so we didn't have to recode all of our documents. Although now we use Drawloop Components to place the tags depending on the Delivery Option Name, so not necessary. Another AMAZING thing: bulk upload through a .csv file so we can send out a set of loan docs to hundreds of investors in under 10 seconds. Try doing that with Docusign without paying extra. There is one thing I really love about SaaS and that is the more features they have and the more advanced things they can do, the more I can take advantage of them and make our system even better. And I haven't even finished figuring out all of the advanced features of Sign Now!

Obviously... the price. We'd looked at lots of competing products, but couldn't justify the price. Still our clients were asking for electronic document signing. We had to find something, and airSlate SignNow is great. The product is easy to use, both on our end, and for our clients.

okay in this video we will show you how to complete the government application form the ds-82 this is the renewal application for when renewing a US passport this form is completed strictly online and then print it out so all the information is already pre entered on the form and it has its benefits of ensuring that once the password is ready to be printed at the passport agency there are no typos or no errors or no issues with the agent trying to decipher any penmanship or any penmanship Issy's so your first step would be going to travel that state that gov and at that point when you click on travel and see that gov this is the government's website so you're gonna click on get a US passport and then you want to scroll down to where it says I already have a passport and click on renew my passport once you click on that you're gonna scroll down again to number one fill out form ds-82 and we're gonna expand that and click on form filler so that you can complete the form online yeah now you're under the government's privacy piece you're gonna check out the box and hit submit and under complete online and print you're gonna hit submit and this information here is about the applicant to see you it's about you so you go fill it out it's gonna ask for your name date of birth place of birth etc so we're gonna fill that all that information out and then we're gonna hit next once you've next you're on your contact information and this is your address email phone number an important note you have the option of choosing both a mailing address and a permanent address if your mailing address is the same as your permanent address that's fine but if it isn't make sure and say so on the application this is insured at the passport is shipped to the correct address and to avoid any issues with you getting the password and avoiding any delays the email is in case you need to contact you and so is the phone number so once you enter all that you can go ahead and hit next and this is your travel plans if you don't have any travel plans you can leave this as a section blank and hit next but if you do please do enter it so as this will notify the department to save them of when you need to pass whereby I can sometimes we'll go into your benefits so once you get next is your emergency contact this as well is optional if you don't have any emergency contacts please um you can leave that blank but if you do we do recommend entering something there so that it can be on record in case in case of emergency so you go fill that out and you're gonna hit next and this is an important section here it's asking what's your most recent passport have here Vanessa Denny of the following so you have passport car book card both enough if you're doing a passport renewal you should only be choosing one of the first three options they'll ask if you have to choose the last option you're in the wrong video so it's gonna ask you if you slap the book in your possession and you're gonna have to select yes and then enter your issue data as well as the name printed on the recent passport book so your first middle and last name exactly the way it's written on the passport and the book number so you see here we forgot to select an option if you slap the book in your possession so when you hit next it will allow you to move forward to the next page and it's gonna ask here if your name has changed since your most recent book was issued so you select which option I know you're in your personal application review you need to make sure that everything here is printed correctly and then you get next and you're in your passport products and fees so you can select password book card or both and it gives this here will give you a calculator as to how much your how much is owed to the US Department of State's so you can select your options accordingly based on when you're traveling what you like to get so once you select passport book card or both you have your processing methods these are all various processing methods you can use whether you're shipping it and one ink wanting a text but I did in two to three weeks or you're going directly to an agency to get an agency service completed in eight days and then delivery methods is how the password book and the card is gonna be shipped to you so once I selected you hit next and this is your final page so you're gonna scroll down to where it says create form and you're gonna check the box of and click create form and then that will download your completed government application form ds-82 and as you see the first four pages are basically instructions and ask you how to get everything completed but the last few pages your app your actual application so you're gonna print that out so I always recommend printing two copies keeping one keeping one for in case you lose it or damage it or maybe saving it to your computer and also be sure once you print the application that you saved that you sign and date the application as this can create a suspension with these with the agency but that is all that needs to be done to complete your government application form ds-82 if you have any
