The name and email address corresponding to the sender's user account in signNow will always be shown for sent-out documents. However, to set a custom name/email for a document, you can create a new user here with a custom first/last-name and email - as in the following documentation. Then you can request an access token for that user as described here. Remember to send out the documents that require a custom-name from the new user's acount.
