Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Sleep for 7 hours. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy. Play more games. Read more books than you did the previous year. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6. Dream more while you are awake. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. Drink plenty of water. Smile and laugh more. Don’t waste your precious energy or time on gossip. Forget issues of the past. They’ll just ruin your present happiness. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone, so don’t even try. Don’t take yourself so seriously. You don’t have to win every argument. Just agree to disagree. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Don’t compare your partner with others either. What other people think of you is none of your business. No one is in charge of your happiness except you. However good or bad a situation is, it will change. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. Call your family often. Your inner most is always happy. So be happy. Each day give something good to others.

In the United States it is very easy to change your name. You go to the local courthouse and request a change of name form. You fill it out, with the most important question on the form being, 'Why do you want to change your name?. You give the completed paper and money to the receptionist and receive a court date in exchange. You appear before the judge and explain why you want to change your name. They give you the documents to use to show every business, etc and your name is officially changed. At least, that is what I did seven years ago when I changed mine.

But some forms will be hard to fill out.If a child gets exactly the same name as his father, the child’s name gets an addition, eg, John Harry Smith, jr jr for Junior. Dad would then become John Harry Smith, Sr (senior). A grandchild might be John Harry Smith III.

Wow. Well the question would be does she still want to continue by this persons side after he deceived her. How did he react to her finding out that she wasn’t married to him like she thought?! Was he confronted about it?! Did he blame someone else instead of himself, was he remorseful, is he still married to his first wife?! In the end what matters is how she feels about the whole situation and how she sees him now that she knows the truth. Can she have Someone like that by her side ?! You can get this at the same municipal office at which you get the Registry of Residence. You can fill out the form on the spot or take it home and do so at your leisure.With the filled out Marriage Application, the Registry of Residence, and the Certificate of Eligibility you are almost ready to do the deed. Go to the local municipal office and give the above papers to the person at the Citizen Affairs Office (shimin ka; 市民課). You will also need to hand over your Residence Card (Zairyu Card; 在留カード). A few minutes after handing all this over, the civil servant will come back and tell you that they are finished with the paperwork and you are now [legally] married. When you go to social security in most states you can tell them what you want your new name to be as long as you have a marriage certificate with the names on it. A few states you will have to go to court and petition a name change to the judge. Mine had first named, middle, and maiden name.
