Our leadership team

Vadim leads airSlate as CEO and Co-Founder.

For the past 30+ years, Vadim served as founder, technologist and/or director for various software and internet companies, including FurnitureFan, SharpSpring, ThinMail and Citrix. Prior to founding airSlate, Vadim founded Clear Software, flowcharting and graphical tool software that was sold to SPSS. Post acquisition, he continued as EVP of Internet Products for SPSS.

Vadim invented automatic process diagramming and the internet spider, which is the technology that drives most of today’s search engines. He is passionate about helping people realize their true potential.

Rich leads airSlate’s finance team and handles our investor relations.

He has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, financial and investment management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets across public and private companies. Prior to joining airSlate, he served as CFO at Acacia Research, a permanent capital platform, Clear, a leading biometric identity verification platform, and in leadership roles across the live entertainment and sports industries. Before that, he worked in investment research at Goldman Sachs and later in investment management at Baron Capital.

Rich received his BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Ergün fills two key roles at airSlate as the Chief AI Officer and Chief Revenue Officer.

As Chief AI Officer he is leading innovation with applied GenAI and Agentic AI globally while building a core Machine Learning team driving cutting edge proprietary models, focused on MarTech.

As Chief Revenue Officer he is leading Marketing, Demand Generation, Affiliates, Sales and Partnership GTM programs.

Ergün's background uniquely spans AI technology and AI business leadership. On the technology side, he was one of the founders of IPsoft (later Amelia) and filled roles including Head of R&D and Chief Product Officer. On business leadership he has led building the GTM program and has been the Chief Revenue Officer, while also filling in as interim Chief Financial officer.

Ergün earned his degree from Virginia Tech.

Drew manages the day-to-day operations of airSlate, with a focus on G&A and Sales functions. He also spearheads airSlate’s acquisitions.

He has over 30 years of experience building great teams, introducing innovative products, shortening time to market, and coordinating finances to close deals on a deadline. Before joining airSlate, Drew served as CEO/CFO of several software and high-tech companies, including Liquid Machines (sold to Check Point Security), ProcessUnity, and Yottaa. Drew’s prior experience includes a background in investment banking, venture investing, and strategy consultancy.

Drew received a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business.

Claude oversees the general managers of DocHub, pdfFiller, SignNow, altaFlow, and Instapage, along with engineering and P&L across the businesses, partnering closely with the CEO to scale operations and accelerate execution through the company’s next phase of growth.

He joins airSlate after more than a decade at Adobe, where he most recently led the mid-market and enterprise business for Digital Media, driving product and business strategy for the segment. Earlier at Adobe he was VP and General Manager of Adobe Stock, after leading its rebrand from Fotolia — where he served as COO prior to Adobe’s acquisition of the company in 2014 — growing it from under $100M to nearly $1B in revenue. He also serves as a board member and advisor to several technology companies.

Claude holds master’s degrees from École Polytechnique and Mines Paris–PSL, with a background in applied mathematics.

Roman leads airSlate’s legal, privacy, and compliance team. His passion is finding legal solutions that enable the business to unlock the potential of people, at both individual and company-wide levels.

Roman’s background is primarily in corporate law, M&A, contract management, and intellectual property & technology law. Roman started at airSlate as a Legal Counsel before growing into his current General Counsel role. Prior to joining airSlate, his legal expertise was shaped through working in both law firm and corporate in-house settings.

Roman earned his LLM and JD degrees from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Eugene leads our platform, infrastructure, and integrations teams. He is a passionate technologist, who enjoys working with engineers to build scalable and robust software products.

He has over 15 years experience on the Engineering teams of top firms, such as EMC and SunLife Financial. Roles prior to airSlate include Director of DevOps at Datto, Director of Engineering at Personagraph and Principal Architect at EMC.

Eugene received an MS in Engineering and Management from MIT and an MS in Computer Systems Engineering from Northeastern University.
