Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. Every US state holds biological family re-unification as its ultimate goal. There are very specific steps with a great many safeguards and court hearings before parental rights are terminated.Because it is a civil, not a criminal proceeding, you are not entitled to any equivalent of a public defender but there are a great many free or very low cost family law programs that will help.. Paper was very much moderate level compared to last year. Attempted 60 questions. ( My best attempt during test series was 55).
