Process:1. Download the transcript form from https://www.rgpv.ac.in/exam/Down... with the link ‘Transcript Format’2. The transcript form has typically 5 pages.a.First page as Introduction Pageb.Next four pages where you can fill details about 8 semesters with 2 semester details goes on each page3. Filling the transcript format is easy. Just have all your marktsheet’ copies in front of you and put all details into it. It is like writing most of your semester mark sheet details like subject name, marks, total marks and general details.4.Once you have filled it, cross check that all details are correct so to avoid multiple revisions from verifying officer.5.Take the print out of the filled copy and your original mark sheet to university office in Bhopal on 2nd floor. You can ask at the inquiry at the entrance of the administrative block about exact office number on the second floor.6. You have to hand over the transcript filled copy and original mark sheets to the officer at 2nd floor. Their duty is to verify that what you have filled is entirely correct or not.7. It takes time for them as well, because they have to verify it at very minute detail. They could ask for an hour based on the other forms they could have to verify.8. If they find some mistake they improve it by pencil & it return to the student.9. Now, you have to rectify mistakes in your form and correct it and then you are good to take the right copy. And you can take 9 xerox copies – to make 10 sets in total.10. I have checked the requirements for most of the top universities. So black and white copies can work and you can just Xerox next 45 pages once your first set is verified. Xerox of 45 pages would cost your Rs. 45 as compared to Rs. 450 for printing out colored 45 pages.2. Envelopes are hardly worth Rs. 2 per piece if you buy that from any outside stationery shop. So, it will cost your Rs. 20.3. Filling the form should not take more than 1 hour for any slow typing person. Even, when a fast person fills it – he will also take 15 minutes to do so.4. Keep your filled copy’s soft copy in the pen drive. Because, when you have got the verification of the filled copy – there could be corrections that you might to do. So if you have soft copy with you – you can go to any shop (or even in your own laptop) – you can do the corrections and get the print out from any shop (even this internet café, I hope he would not deny to take the printouts)5. The verification officer is not that lazy how I have read so far. They have also other administrative works to do in parallel. Even I have seen that they do it with such a details line by line and word by word and I am sure it could take upto 20 minutes for them to review each application.

Most employees don't give this but there are some good folks there that will show the human trait of humanity. Do not be happy if they gave you a landline number though-if you stick around enough you will notice they almost never pick that up. You will notice some employees might watch YouTube on their phones and to offer a distraction free viewing environment they will lift the phone receiver and leave it one the table so that no calls get through.At this point your application is basically complete, if all goes well. Congrats you've passed phase 2!Phase -III:Now this is all about the waiting game. My tips below will help you through this.The average time for a transcript to get to an international destination is about 20–25 days (at least for Canada). Domestic postage time is much lower. If you received your transcripts by this time then good for you but if not, then red flags should pop up in your head like fireworks. Follow the following steps below.Remember the phone number that you managed to obtain? Call them. Ask whats wrong. They will at this point tell you that something was off (they should have told you that when some moron verified it in the first place-but don't bring that up here-just accept it as you fault and ask how it could be corrected). This could be a laughably minor mistake but they do what they can to make you miserable. I applied for 2 sets of transcripts-one to WES another to a Canadian university. I didn't get one set for over a month. When I called them they said they had doubts because I applied for 2 sets together as most people apply for only one! I was furious and they lady at the other end (she had kept my transcript application in her desk) apologized and then forwarded my transcripts when I threatened to sue her. Please note: it will be a miracle if you got someone at the other end of the line at the first ring if not, keep trying.THE ALL IMPORTANT TIPS:Always take pics of your application. You will receive no other proof of application from UniCal. If you ever need to file a complaint this is your only proof. I cannot stress this enough-TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY APPLICATION FORMS (this includes challan reciepts and transcript application form).Note that a complete application form must contain the following items:Copy of original transcriptsReceipt of fee paymentCopy of final degree/provisional certificateWES application form (If you are applying to WES)Note that application fees vary depending on when you graduated, where you want the transcripts to be sent (India or abroad), personal copy required and how many pages your transcripts contain. Make sure you are paying the right fee. Don’t be surprised if a set of transcripts costs around 14k (B.Tech, 2016 graduate for international destination).If you are applying for a transcript to be sent abroad, I highly recommend you apply for a personal copy to be sent to your address in India. Its just Rs. 50 (you can only apply to one personal copy per one set of transcript). The advantage is that you know your application has been processed when you receive you personal copy to your home in India. It just takes 5–10 days and you will have peace of mind than waiting out 20–25 days to know if your application is processed or not.Call your department in university for a tracking number. You can use the numbers from the directory given below and ask when they processed your application and if you could get a tracking number. They will give you the number of ‘Personal Dispatch’. There you will talk to a totally unprofessional, rude and shit of an excuse for a human being who will give you the tracking details once you give him the details (Date when application was passed by the concerned dept., your reg no. etc) after telling you to not bother him.If the university has been an absolute bitch and nobody has picked up your calls after trying for multiple days you can file a complaint to the Chancellor (The Governor of Kerala). I have explored that option too-I have had to apply for 4 sets of transcripts over a period of time (if you haven't understood that by now). I found things move pretty quickly after this step. I will give links to this as well.Last and finally, let me remind you the actions and attitude you will face from the University employees will make you angry-very angry. Please don’t say anything harsh to them until your application has been mailed (use tracking details). You will find people at every office cubicle who might think that you questioned their great infallible wisdom-just remind yourself that you need those transcripts so be humble and kiss ass. WES has recently changed the process of receiving the Transcripts. Earlier students use to have option of either sending the Transcript directly or through the university. But now WES accepts transcripts from university only. (As told to me by various students). SO in the address space at the bottom of the form fill the address of WES.Count your documents of which you want transcript.Ensure that photocopy of the documents are clear and exact (nothing should be missing on the photocopies like dates, numbers, signatures at the bottom, serial No. at the top.) Also DON'T get the photocopies attested. The photocopies should be black and white and not colored.Also double check the details on the Marksheet and Degree like name of the candidate, father name and mother name etc. Even one incorrect alphabet and you will not get the transcript.So if any mistake like name of the candidate, father name and mother name etc. is there then first get them corrected (altogether a different procedure and this is the process for that What is the procedure to correct my name/father’s name/mother’s name/registration number in DMC/Marksheet/Degree certificates issued by Kurukshetra University?).Pay the fees either through online Kurukshetra University or in the Oriental Bank of Commerce branch of Kurukshetra University.Now how to calculate the fees. Hence the fees will be 4 Documents x Rs 200= Rs 800/-. Further, make a not of the point that if you are attaching a WES / SAQA (Assessment Agency or Verification Agency) form add Rs 200/- to the above amount. Postal charges are Rs 200/-(by university sends Transcription by Registered Post Only) (Recently WES has changed the process of receiving the Transcript, earlier students use to have option of sending on their own or through university but now WES will accept transcript from university only). So to say 4 Documents +1 WES / SAQA (Assessment Agency or Verification Agency) form +Postal Charges will cost you Rs 1200/- per set of Transcript. The more set you want of same documents just increase the amount.There will be an envelope within an envelope. The inner envelope will be a sealed one with university stamps on it. So if you get the transcript at you home please update every one not to open the inner envelope as it will become useless and you will have to go through the entire procedure again.Attach all the documents and fee receipt(if online) / if deposited in OBC, Kurukshetra University then paste on the back of the form.Deposit the bunch in the Exam Wing-2, Certificate Section Top Floor in Room No. 100. If someone is depositing the form on behalf of the candidate then attach a copy of Aadhar Card (preferably) of both (Candidate and Depositor) & if candidate is depositing the form himself or herself then no need of it (but to be on safe side do carry all your documents and identity proof and one set of photocopy of DMC / Degree / identity proof)They will give you a Dairy Number after checking the documents and fees. Yeah that's it, there is no requirement of format or performa of anything.Just enter the university and ask for Pariksha Sadan, which is opposite Distance education building.First, Get the photocopy of the degree and mark sheet from the tea stall in front of Parisha SadanSecond, then visit the cashier in from of that tea stall itself and pay the required fees for the transcript. It will be 200/semester so will vary as per your course, mine was MBA so paid Rs.800Then go to R1 on the first floor in Parisha Sadan(Opens 10:00 am), for MBA and ask the concerned person for the transcript as it keeps on changing.Then you ask him to please check your set of paper which should include application/Letter to assistant registrar (Mention your complete address and contact no.), copies of mark sheets and degree and fee slip.He might ask for originals as well so don’t forget to carry them.Then he will keep the copies with him/herself and do the entry in the register(Do take the entry no.for future followup if required)and you can leave for the day!
