The transcript form has typically 5 pages.a.First page as Introduction Pageb.Next four pages where you can fill details about 8 semesters with 2 semester details goes on each page3. Filling the transcript format is easy. Just have all your marktsheet’ copies in front of you and put all details into it. It is like writing most of your semester mark sheet details like subject name, marks, total marks and general details.4.Once you have filled it, cross check that all details are correct so to avoid multiple revisions from verifying officer.5.Take the print out of the filled copy and your original mark sheet to university office in Bhopal on 2nd floor. You can ask at the inquiry at the entrance of the administrative block about exact office number on the second floor.6. You have to hand over the transcript filled copy and original mark sheets to the officer at 2nd floor. Their duty is to verify that what you have filled is entirely correct or not.7. Most employees don't give this but there are some good folks there that will show the human trait of humanity. Do not be happy if they gave you a landline number though-if you stick around enough you will notice they almost never pick that up. You will notice some employees might watch YouTube on their phones and to offer a distraction free viewing environment they will lift the phone receiver and leave it one the table so that no calls get through.At this point your application is basically complete, if all goes well. Congrats you've passed phase 2!Phase -III:Now this is all about the waiting game. My tips below will help you through this.The average time for a transcript to get to an international destination is about 20–25 days (at least for Canada). Domestic postage time is much lower. If you received your transcripts by this time then good for you but if not, then red flags should pop up in your head like fireworks. Follow the following steps below.Remember the phone number that you managed to obtain? Call them. Ask whats wrong. They will at this point tell you that something was off (they should have told you that when some moron verified it in the first place-but don't bring that up here-just accept it as you fault and ask how it could be corrected). The advantage is that you know your application has been processed when you receive you personal copy to your home in India. There you will talk to a totally unprofessional, rude and shit of an excuse for a human being who will give you the tracking details once you give him the details (Date when application was passed by the concerned dept., your reg no. etc) after telling you to not bother him.If the university has been an absolute bitch and nobody has picked up your calls after trying for multiple days you can file a complaint to the Chancellor (The Governor of Kerala). I have explored that option too-I have had to apply for 4 sets of transcripts over a period of time (if you haven't understood that by now). I found things move pretty quickly after this step. I will give links to this as well.Last and finally, let me remind you the actions and attitude you will face from the University employees will make you angry-very angry. Please don’t say anything harsh to them until your application has been mailed (use tracking details). You will find people at every office cubicle who might think that you questioned their great infallible wisdom-just remind yourself that you need those transcripts so be humble and kiss ass. WES has recently changed the process of receiving the Transcripts. Earlier students use to have option of either sending the Transcript directly or through the university. But now WES accepts transcripts from university only. (As told to me by various students). SO in the address space at the bottom of the form fill the address of WES.Count your documents of which you want transcript.Ensure that photocopy of the documents are clear and exact (nothing should be missing on the photocopies like dates, numbers, signatures at the bottom, serial No. at the top.) Also DON'T get the photocopies attested. So to say 4 Documents +1 WES / SAQA (Assessment Agency or Verification Agency) form +Postal Charges will cost you Rs 1200/- per set of Transcript. The more set you want of same documents just increase the amount.There will be an envelope within an envelope. The inner envelope will be a sealed one with university stamps on it. So if you get the transcript at you home please update every one not to open the inner envelope as it will become useless and you will have to go through the entire procedure again.Attach all the documents and fee receipt(if online) / if deposited in OBC, Kurukshetra University then paste on the back of the form.Deposit the bunch in the Exam Wing-2, Certificate Section Top Floor in Room No. 100.
