first on our agenda um we don't have any minutes to go over right right so first on our agenda is uh 13 do7 115 straford LLC primary Land Development plan um let's have the applicant up to tell them tell us where we are uh good evening I'm George broseman representing the applicant 115 straford Avenue LLC they're the equitable owner of the property um we had granted the township an extension of time on this application uh primarily um because we don't have our conditional use decision yet um since we were last here when you recommended approval of the conditional use we did have the hearing uh later in September on the 16th and uh we completed that hearing and we're awaiting a decision uh so we granted an extension uh to the township at their request through U basically November um so we're planning on coming back to you in November and we'll hopefully be looking for a recommendation from you then but we thought it would be a good idea to just give you a brief update on uh what we have
