Today I would like to talk about how to terminate domestic partnership without any court action. And let's jump right into it. There are eight requirements that must be met, it's not optional. All those conditions, eight of them, have to be present in order to terminate a domestic partnership without any involvement of the court. So number one requirement, both parties have to fill out the notice form for the Secretary of the State, which is DP-2, and file it with the Secretary of the State. Second requirement is that both parties do not have children of this marriage. Meaning not adopted, nobody's pregnant, so there are no children.
